Addition of report in

When we want to add a report to be added to favourites we go to query designer and then add the required report in favourites.
Business Users will not have access to Query Designer, They only access to the report by web browser, How can they add the reports in  favourites.

We already have role menu, But these reports we do not want to publish in roles, due to a internal decision taken on this.
We are using BW 3.5, is there any other way for doing this.
Also convey whether we can have more than one role menu, if so can u convey the procedure / link for it.

    When defining logical databases (via SE36), the underlying database program needs to have this addition to the REPORT statement. See SAPDBSDF for logical database SDF as an example.

  • Mass Additions Posting Report customization

    Hi,
    I am customizing a standard report that has one mandatory parameter. Requirement is to make the report available for all SOBs by removing the parameter. Report is "Mass Additions Posting Report" (FAS824.rdf). While trying to remove the P_BOOK parameter in the standard RDF, I am unable to derive values for "Accounting_Flex_Structure" variable as it is being derived using the P_BOOK value. This particular value is coming from "FA_BOOK_CONTROLS.accounting_flex_structure". I am unable to group it with the main group in the RDF which is using "FA_SYSTEM_CONTROLS". There is no link for FA_SYSTEM_CONTROLS to any table where I can join it with FA_BOOK_CONTROLS to derive "Accounting_Flex_Structure" and make the report run for all SOBs. Please help.

    I think you can use database trigger, Whenever they are running the Mass Additions posting, the trigger will submit the concurrent request (FAS824) in a loop, use Fnd_Request.submit_request by the particular SOB parameter, hope this can help you

  • UCCX 7.0 Additional Historical Reports?

    Running UCCX 7.0 with Historical report clien 6.6.
    I have heard that there are additional historical reports that can be downloaded. The current reports do not seem real adequate. I can't seem to find a report that has a agent + team summary of calls. Does anyone know how I can get my hands on additional reports, create custom reports or maybe know of a specific report that provides agent summary with team totals? Thanks for the assistance.

    I do not know of any additional reports that are available.
    I am developing custom reports for UCCX 7.0.  In order to create custom reports, you need to have Crystal XI, and be able to do some SQL and XML work.  Let me know if you have any specific questions about the development process.  Chapter 6 of the UCCX HR Administrator and Developer Guide covers custom report development.  There are some errors in it, but those are well documented in this forum.

    I have created one additional partner function in Architect in a diiferent account group. Now when i am creating Inquiry/order i am adding this into my partner function. My requirement is how i will get a report on the basis of this new partner function ARCHITECT.
    Where can i  get this report.

    IMG>Sales and distribution>Sales->*Lists>Set Updating partner Index* here you can add your partner functions Architect and Contractor with the respect Transaction Group.
    Transaction group "0" --> Belongs to the orders
    Transaction group "1"--->Belongs to the Inquiry
    Transaction group "2"-->Belongs to the Quotation
    Transaction group "6"-->Belongs to the Delivery
    Transaction group "7"-->Belongs to the Billing document
    If you want report based on these partner functions for Inquiries,quotaions and orders you need to assign those partner  functions to these transaction groups.
    For sales orders,
    Transaction group "0" <--> Architect partner function
    Transaction group "0" <--> Contractor partner function
    For Inquiries
    Transaction group "1"<--->Architect partner function
    Transaction group "1" <--> Contractor partner function
    For quotations
    Transaction group "2"<-->Architect partner function
    Transaction group "2" <--> Contractor partner function
    Now you can get the inquiry list for those partner functions through VA15 transaction.
    Go to VA15 transaction then click on Partner function push button here you select your Architect partner function or Contractor partner function then give other selection data then execute now you can get the list of inquiries based on your selected partner function.
    For quotation and sales orders list you can do same process as mentioned above through VA25 and VA05 transaction.
    Note:- If you want Deliveries list and billing list also based on these (Architect and contractor)partner functions,
    You need to assign these partner functions to the Devery transaction group(i.e 6) and billing transaction group(i.e7) in the same way.

    I have executed RPUEVSUP program  for Activation of Additional Actions , in test mode  it gives the log Additional Actions are already active.
    But when I run it without test mode I am getting error : Error while createing  IT0302.
    In T77S0 table: below value also maintained
    Group name    Semantic abbr. Value
    ADMIN                  EVSUP               1
    In T529A table for both the actions I have upaded  U0000,U0302 check box.
    Its not allowing me to create me to do  MULTIPLE ACTIONS on same date through  PA40 and
    pops with  an Information Message  "This entry deletes a record".

  • SCCM 2012 and VM Additions version report

    We manage thousands of virtual servers globally - 99% are all Hyper-V VM's and running the latest configuration manager agent.
    I am interested in getting Configuration Manager to show VM Additions version number for each one of these  servers. This way I can use the information to create reports and also upgrade the ones running older version by creating intelligent collections.
    I suspect this needs to be added manually, but before doing so I would like to double check and see what the easiest way to do this. In the past, I have used tools such as RegKeyToMOF.
    Is this still the case or are there a better way?

    you have various UX option as described below. We provide various new Operational Reporting Applications e.g. for Manager(KPI Reporting) or Controller(Interactive Drill Down). In addition we have embeeded now reporting in our applications where its useful.
    Of course the classical GUI reporting is still working as well. For FBL*H we have Fiori applications in addition. e.g. Customer, Vendor and Account Line Items or Financial Statement. You find more information about the available applications here.

    I need a report with PO number and GR document number with GR posting date .
    THere is any standard report available in SAP system.
    PO number + GR document + GR document posting date in a single transaction code like MB51 ..etc

  • Our I-pad was stollen out of our vehicle.  Does anyone have anything that we can do in addition to reporting it to the police and going on ICloud and locking it?

    Stolen I-pad.  Do you have any ideas on how we could track it if it is not on?  We went to I-Cloud as soon as we found out it was missing and locked it.  We also reported it to the police in St. Augustine, Florida.

    Like Allan said, you can't track it when it isn't on. So, keep checking back periodically, you might get lucky and get a location when they turn it on. You can then provide that information to the police.

    I want to add all results values into using formula,
    Eg:

    Explanation for above formate,
    I Have A,B,C, columns these are coming from Cube.
    M1,M2,M3 are Materials. So now I want to calculate Result of A, B and C in D column.
    See if I use formula like D = ABC, but it is not giving desired output, so I need to calculate only result.

    D = abc should work. What is going wrong with this formula.
    Also you can try D = SUMCT a + SUMCT b + SUMCT c.
    Now use this CKF in column ann then goto the last tab i.e calculations.
    Here for calculate single value as pur supress result.
    ifs still resutl row is not meetin the requirement, try to play with calculate result as from the calculatin tab.

  • AP aging report from SAP

    We found that AP aging report from SAP  is not tie with Balance in Balance sheet.  Please advise how to find the report which match with our requirement.
    Concept of the AP aging report is to age outstanding AP as at the end of month (Open item date).  We found that A/P aging report which we currently use is cannot match to balance per G/L. (Please see detail in attached file). And the balance in AP aging report is always changes if we retrieve data on difference timing.
    Additionally, this report is not show the reconciliation account, please advise whether it is possible to show summary line which sum by reconciliation account.
    Please advise if you have another SAP transaction or any advise on this.

    For ageing report please go to fbl3n and go for change layout there is a option for ageing and posting period choose those two and subtotal it according to posting then you will get period wise meand month wise ageing  report for vendor.
