Additional field in report layout

Dear Experts,
In t code me2j (ALV format) there comes option change layout. when we click on this, we found displayed column and hidden column. if i want add one  extra column in hidden column. how can I Add this. this extra column is related to report that my client want.
please suggest me step by step...

Hi
Following are the settings you need to do for adding the field in the report layout
1. Select Settings-> Layout -> Changes
2. you will be able to see 1. displayed Columns and 2. Column Set
3. If you want to display some column from the column set, select the field and press show selected fields arrow or viceversa

    Hi Nikita,
    Once you have added special filed you have to run the below mentioned program to extend the new filed in FBLxN report.
    Run below program from SE38:
    RFPOSXEXTEND
    BALVBUFDEL
    The correct way to fix this is mentioned in SAP note 984305. Running report BALVBUFDEL resets the buffer.
    The special field is now available in the layout selection.

    Hi,
    this is decribed explicitely and detailed in the WIKI entry Include additional fields in Standard Fixed Asset ALV reports.
    That´s much faster then enhancing the report. Further more you would still operate on a standard report, not a copy based on the standard report.

  • FBL5N : Adding additional field PERNR  to layout

    Hi experts,
    I had added additional field PERNR - personnel number in FBL5N layout for displaying in output.
    I had added pernr- personnel number by following the path
    SPRO -> Financial accounting ( new ) -> accounts receivable and accounts payable-> customer accounts ->line items -> display line items -> define additional fields for line item dispaly
    here i added bseg - pernr
    after adding , in FBL5N layout the field is appearing , but it is displaying blank in output  .
    Is there any thing needs to be done to display additional field in output of FBL5N.
    kindly give me any suggestions.

    Hi,
    FBL5N: customer line item display.
    BSEG-PERNR: personnel number.
    Under which circumstances should BSEG-PERNR contain a value if you create customer related postings?
    If there is no personnel number given during posting (why should it?)  the field added to the FBL5N-layout will be empty.

  • Additional fields in report for form with report

    Hello,
    I got the problem, that I want to create a form with report where the form only changes the values of one table but the report is also using additional fields linked from another table. If I take a view with all fields for my form with report, the form is about all fields and not only about those from the first table. So is there a way to have another table linked to the form than to the report and get a link between them by a key?
    I hope that someone has got a great idea and can help me solving this.

    Jochen,
    you can create a form with report on the view and afterwards you change the SQL-query into a query on the view. Take care that the original column names remain the same. You get your extra columns in the report and your link to the form remains,

    I want to have Material stock & safety stock field in on report.
    In MB52, I get the stock but not safety stock of material.
    Is it possible to add safety stock field in MB52 Report?

    The safety stock u can get from the MARA table if u want to include that in the report then create Zreport
    this is not available in MB52 report

  • Unable to generate a multiple field nVision report from a  layout

    Hi,
    I have developed an nVision layout that lists the Budget Vs Actuals for specific Account nodes from an Account tree and works well . But as per the requirement, I am needed to include a second chartfield (CLASS_FIELD) in the report. In other words, the report needs to show the Budget Vs Actual amounts for all the Class Fields associated with each Account. For this , I have added column criteria for Budget and Actuals, and row criteria for Accounts , but I am stuck at adding the second Chartfield criteria at the row level , which is CLASS_FLD (for example, Labor and Other); i.e On the same row that I added ACCOUNT criteria, I have added additional Field in the Layout Defintion > Filter > Fields and Dimensions – added CLASS_FLD after ACCOUNT. When I run the report, the results show only the breakdown by Account but not with the additional Class field values.
    I am aware we could achieve this by a Drilldown but the users are looking this in the original layout itself. Please advise. thank you!!

    If you want to insert some of these fields in the list of the

    output: material, SLED, plant, values from characteristic field.
    I have created sap query with additional field type c.
    Below my code:

    2. Need i fetch exporting parameters before calling FM? Or sap query do it automatically, based on given values on selection screen of the report?
    3. How i can return only needed field from FM output? Now, when i'm executing FM via SE37 it's show desired result, but when i'm getting it from code i see strange values.
    4. If i don't know exactly return by an FM values, how i can fill structure dynamically?
    5. How i can return result of a program not only to additional field but to layout?

  • Additional field in infotype 0009 issue ( PBO and PAI )

    Hi Guru,
    I need your help please.
    I have a additional field in IT0009 and when I want created a new infotype 0009, I fill all field but after ENTER or SAVE all field are save in the layout but not the additional field.
    To save the additional field in the layout, I must fill it again and after the ENTER or SAVE the field is save in the layout.
    I have checked in the debbugger, when I create a new infotype 0009 it goes to the PBO but after ENTER or SAVE it doesn't go to the PAI so I must do it again ( fill the additional field and ENTER or SAVE ) and then it goes to the PAI.
    Thus I would like to know how I can make so that after the ENTER or SAVE the screen goes in PAI before the PBO and at the first time.

    After more investigation, the probleme come from a check over country bank.
    In fact, the screen of the infotype 0009 must be adpated following the country bank but to do this, the standard module pool (mp000900) check if the country bank have changed.

    But when you create a new infotype 0009, the ls_bank_data_old-banks is always initial. So when module pool compared the ls_bank_data_old-banks with the ls_bank_data_current-banks, those are always different.
    In conclusion, when you create a new infotype 0009 it is always mandatory to push ENTER before to fill any additional field because at each first time that the standard module pool go in the PAI, it make a leave screen.

    You need to find additonal field details from functional consultant & ABAP'er.
    After that you need to create Z message type with that additional field/segment and further assign it to IDOC.The process is as follows :
    1)Create Message Type
    Go to transaction code WE81
    Change the details from Display mode to Change mode
    After selection, the system will give this message u201CThe table is cross-client (see Help for further info)u201D. Press Enter
    Click New Entries to create new Message Type
    Fill details
    Save it and go back
    2)Assign Message Type to IDoc Type
    Go to transaction code WE82
    Change the details from Display mode to Change mode
    After selection, the system will give this message u201CThe table is cross-client (see Help for further info)u201D. Press Enter.
    Click New Entries to create new Message Type.

    In order to add additional fields to standard report i copied the code into zreport but i am unable to  add additonal field into report because the code is looking so complex.

         or
    sapmenu->accounting->financial accounting->accounts payable->information system->reports for accounts payable accounting->master data->S_ALR_87012087-Addresslist.
    Additional feilds to add is :Region,company code,country

    First check whether these three fields are available in the text elements area.
    Please write your code in the subroutine %comp_ldesc.
    Repeat the code for your three new fields

    Hi,
    In your report footer, set it to create a new page before it is printed (In 'Section Expert', select the Report Footer -> 'Paging' tab -> Check 'New Page Before' checkbox). Throw your Terms & Conditions into the Report Footer section.
    If you already have a Report Footer that you want to keep, just split the footer into two sections (Right-click the Report Footer section -> 'Insert Section Below') and follow the same procedure for the newly created section.

    Hi,
    I think you need to show more programs.
    you said, the report program is 'RHXPE_EXPIRED_QUALI', but you upload  'rhpk_find_pers_with_expired_qu' program.
    usually, ALV field is modifyed in 'PERFORM fieldcatalog_modify', if you use Functional ALV.
    Try to search 'fieldcatalog function', you will find easy.

  • How to add Additional fields in standard SAP Report RMCLOBJVN ,TCODE CL6BN

    i am facing problem in Report RMclobjvn , TCODE is CL6BN
    i have to add some additional fields on the result screen.
    but when i search inside the report i could not retrieve any user exits but through a search utility i got 4 user exits of which 2 seem to be useful.these are
    <b>Exit name
    CLCLRS01  Additional Fields on the Result Screen
    CLCLRS02  Fill the Additional Fields on the Result Screen</b>
    i activated the these exits and have tried putting in break point in side the include.
    But the problem is this that
    [<b>b]that CL6BN Tcode is not triggering anyhow these userexits.</b></b>
    does anyone has any solution for adding the additional fields.

    You can do it in two ways using append structure or include structure of that standard table.
    once you added , you need to adjust it and activate using the menu utilities->data base utulity-> Activate and Adjust .
