Address in PO on print?

Hi All,
I want to have the address in the delivery address tab of the PO as the delivery address on the PO print.
How to specify this?
Which table and which field does this correspond to?
Regards,
V S

The adress is stored in table ADRC and the link is in table EKPO field ADRNR
Usually the delivery adress is printed automatically in the standard form.
If it does not in your case, then you should contact your SAPScripter.

  • How do I find the IP address of a wireless printer (via bonjour) on my Airport Extreme?

I can see the MAC address of my macbook and the printer using the AirPort Utility, but I can't find the actual IP. Attempting to connect through the printer utility puts:http://hp88388e.local./ in the URL, but the page just hangs. isn't there a numerical address associated with the printer? how can I find it?

Thanx for the help! It was not the problem, however. I fixed the issue. Here is what happened:
Because the HP D110 printer was set up manually with the previous UBEE wireless router cable modem, the printer's IP address stayed fixed at 192.168.0.238 even after I performed a "factory reset" through the touch-screen menu. bonjour is apparently able to "see" the printer, and even establish a physical layer of communication with the printer, but it is unable to transfer data to and from the printer. Thus, while the network detected and could establish a link, no tasks could be accomplished (i.e. ink levels, paper out, actual printing, etc). additionally, the link to go to the printer webpage was dead (that was my first clue).
I tried hooking it up via the USB port on the airport extreme, and it would work perfectly. After I set it up, it automatially printed a test page and I discovered that it was still 192.168.0.238 - even though the airport extreme had it listed in the logs as 10.0.1.3. I figured that was the problem, but I was still unable to log into the printer webpage to reset the IP on the printer side.
Because I was unable to force the airport extreme to assign the printer to the existing address, I had to keep playing around with the on-screen menu. Evenually I found that inside the wireless menu, there is an option to reset all wireless parameters, and once I did this, I deleted the printer and added it again from the print/fax utility. this time, it worked wirelessly, and the printer web page could be accessed.
As an aside, the apple interface to the print/scan/fax settings were far smoother, faster, and more intuative than the HP utilities written by HP on windows! Hope this helps anyone who is also stuck.

  • Carry over ePrint address to a new printer

If I buy a new ePrint-enabled printer how do I use my existing ePrint email address with the new printer?

You can't.  You will get a new one.  The old one once deleted will be available again in 6 months.

  • Migrating email address to a new printer

    HI,
I had an old HP printer which had a specific email address for ePrint. Now I bought  a new HP printer and will no longer use the old one. I would like to use the old email address on the new printer. Do you know how I can do that?
    Thanks!

    Hi chrisdelz,
I afraid that cannot be done.
The same HP ePrint address cannot be used on multiple devices, once it was registered for a device it cannot be used for any other device and will not be available for selection.
You will have to use another address for your new printer.

  • I have a new yfi address and now my printer is now working.

I had to get a new yfi modem so got a new address now my wireless printer is not working.  I have tryed unpluging it but it is still not working.  What do I do.?

If you've had a new modem installed, the wifi password has probably changed.
For wireless printing work, you'll need to have both your printer and device connected to the same wifi netork so that will mean entering the new network password on both your printer and device that you are printing from.
The password is often somewhere on the modem/router or with the documentation supplied by your internet service provider.

Do you mean a static IP address for wireless or LAN?
Why do you  want to set the IP address manually?
I suggest that you use the Home network diagnostic utility. Normally your wireless router will provide the IP address when it is set to be a DHCP server in your home network.
    Kind regards,

  • Address book can not print

I am having an issue with Address Book showing menu File > Print. When I select Print, nothing happens, no print dialog box appears. It seems to ignore the print command key command as well. Then at times it is showing Print as grayed out - and it is not even selectable.
    Any ideas on this?

quit Address book and delete the file homedirectory/library/application support/address book/AddressBook-v22.abcddb. then start Address Book and try printing again.

  • Return address on envelopes not printing correctly on HP C4580

I'm printing envelopes from a MAC 10.6.8 using Pages.  The software is pretty reliable.  The envelope size is 4 x 9.5.  I set the return address with my logo in it, set the margins, looks good on screen, but once printing begins I never know where the return address is going to be printed.  It does not print like it looks on the screen.  Sometimes it starts printing in the middle of the return address, other times it prints fine, sometimes just feeds the envelope and I can hear printing but nothing is printed on the envelope.  I've had this printer for several years and am very meticulous about loading and aligning the physical envelopes correctly.  It always prints the sending address correctly aligned.  It is frustrating.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hello @Sc00ter ,  and welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!
I see you're having issues printing envelopes.  I would like to help!
Do you have the same issue printing envelopes from a different program?
I'd recommend starting with a power reset.  Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.
I would also recommend downloading and running the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting steps. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!

  • Address Book Won't Print to file or printer or PDF

    Greetings -
Using 10.4.8 on MacBook Pro 17" - Address Book will not print to the printer or to a PDF file when I attempt to print ALL of the addresses. It works for just 1 address. I didn't try 50, 60, etc. to see where it stops. I have about 750 names/contacts.
Archived here is the same question, but with no answers given.
    Help!
    David

I have giving up on syncing contacts. In my iMac Address Book, everything is correctly entered and formatted to suit the country where the contact lives. But MobileMe appers to allow you to select only the US, France, Germany and Japan, I think. Other countries seem to default to a US format. Despite the opening of yet another Apple Shop in the UK—in Covent Garden—MobileMe apparently can't recognize a UK address. What seems to happen when I try to sync addresses is that MobileMe thinks it has found different address entries on my coputers, and tries to replace what are correct formats with incorrect ones.
I have just been right through my iMac Address Book, and the MobileMe contact list, and made sure that the data was entered in the same order. The only difference in the two lists was that the Address Book had address data correctly formatted for country in which the contact lives. Yet when asking for the Address Book to sync with MobileMe, the system says it wants to add 109 new contacts and delete a handful of others. These 109 addresses would either be duplicates of existing contacts, or replacements with the address formatting pushed into a US format.
There has been another problem. Some time ago I found that the MobileMe contact list was full of duplicates in which the same data was displayed twice in a different order or a different format.
Unless I am missing something, it seems that syncing using MobileMe, with its lack of address formatting options, is useless for anyone living outside the US, France, Germany or Japan, and useless for them if they happen to have any foreign friends.
Apple seems unconcerned about this. Surely they must have realized that syncing contacts wouldn't work for many, perhaps most, users, yet they continue to promote it as a simple and effective option.
    Or am I missing something?

  • How to change the hardware address (MAC) of my printer to match my mac

how to change the hardware address (MAC) of my printer to match my mac

    Hello @giomarcondes ,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you wish to alter the MAC address on your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3525 e-All-in-One Printer to match the MAC address of your Mac OS X computer. Unfortunately, what you're requesting is not supported. Just to clarify, "a media access control address (MAC address) is a unique identifier assigned to network interfaces for communications on the physical network segment". They are programmed into the device and are not designed to be changed. (Source: MAC address)
Are you experiencing issues configuring your HP Deskjet on your wireless network to communicate with your Mac computer?
If you do actually require support configuring the wifi connection on your printer I would be more than happy to assist you with this. I look forward to hearing from you!

  • Need cloud e-mail address on my e-print set up to set it up.

I made a mistake and erased the cloud e-mail address on my e-print set up. I need that address and was hoping some one could look at their set up and give it to me Thank you.

    Hi,
Any removed ePrint address cannot be used for 6 months due to security reasons, I afraid you will need to use a different ePrint address due this restriction.

  • How can I retrieve the IP address of the default printer from the windows registry

I am using LabVIEW 7 on windows NT4 computers.
I have a SubVI that I use to ping the network printer to make sure that the printer is on line prior to sending a print at the end of testing a unit.
If LabVIEW does not get a reply to its ping data is saved locally and the user informed.
I would like to modify the VI that pings the printer to ping the default printer of the computer on which the VI is running.
I would be grateful if anyone can show me how to retrieve the default printers IP address.

    Hi Stuart,
The registry entries for User's Default Printer are:
    Win 9x:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Windows]
    NT/XP:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows]
    "Device"="Printer Name"
The device is the name used to represent the printer in the registry. The name can be found in the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\Settings] key.
Machine name is part of the "Printer Name," which you can use to ping directly (i.e., w/out having to look-up its IP address).
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Khalid

    My ask is:

    Hi,
Any used ePrint address cannot be used for 6 months period due to security reasons, during that period the address cannot be used on any device as the original devic, if that has been reset or on any other device.
Once the 180 days period overs, the address becomes free for the usage of the first one who select that address.
Only once that period will over you will be able to reselect the previous address.
