ADF af:selectBooleanCheckbox not rendering af:commandLink

Question

Hi,
JDev Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.5.0
I have one Boolean check box.
<af:selectBooleanCheckbox text="Accept T&amp;C"
label="Accept" id="sbc1"
autoSubmit="true"
valueChangeListener="#{myLoginMB.TCcheckUncheck}"
binding="#{myLoginMB.tcCheckBox}"
partialTriggers="cl1"/>
and a command link.
<af:commandLink text="Item Add Options" action="taskflowLogin1"
id="cl1" partialTriggers="sbc1"
binding="#{myLoginMB.myLink1}"/>
I need to Render  af:commandLink   True if Check box Checked  else Rendered False or Hide if Checkbox is not checked.
I tried creating Value Change Listner on CheckBox
public void TCcheckUncheck(ValueChangeEvent valueChangeEvent) {
// Add event code here...
FacesContext context = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance();
if(this.getTcCheckBox().isSelected() == true ) {
System.out.println("Checked ");
myLink1.setRendered(true);
} else if(this.getTcCheckBox().isSelected() == false ){
System.out.println("UnChecked ");
myLink1.setRendered(false);
context.renderResponse();
It is not working . Please let me know if I am missing any step or is there any other better approach ?

How to wire it up?
If yes you can do it like
