Administrative Interfaces for Adapter

Hi experts,
Can we manage the life cycle of an Adapter, i mean are there administrative interfaces for Adapter-Framework-compliant adapter?

The problem is not clear in your message. be clear in following things.
1. In what kind of adapters you have this problem?
2.how frequent is this connection problem?
3.Try analyzing why this problem is coming.
    there can be many reasons for this connectivity loss issue!
               1. Data transfer over thirdparty network.
               2. Prioritize of the data packets in the third party network (if in the 3rd party network prioritize is not done on it, by default our messages/threads will be assigned to lowest priority - so when data load is high in the network lowest priority messages gets canceled.) - this is one of major cause of data loss issue when we deal with 3rd party network.
4. If you are facing this connectivity issue File adapter please configure below properties in the adapter and do the test again.
      -> Set Connection mode -->per file transfer
      --> in advanced mode set "ftp.timeout" with value around 300ms.
     above two will ensure that the connection thread is released after each processing. else the thread wont be released.
PS: Connection is getting terminated because earlier messages are not releasing the threads after the message processing.
please give us more input what is the scenario/adapter used, what connection error u r getting what network is it connecting to (same network or 3ed party network).

I'm using Sub-20 Multi Interface USB Adapter (www.xdimax.com) for GPIO and SPI. The code is based on .NET constructor Node. I can access the device and perform all the tasks but I'm unable to generate executable.
The application comes up with this error (on any machine including the development machine)
"This VI is not executable. The Full development version of LabVIEW is required to fix errors"
I'm using labVIEW 8.2 and .NET Framework 4 is also installed.

That is good to know, at least we know the cause of the error. The KB - How LabVIEW Locates .NET Assemblies shows the LabVIEW search directories. I suspect what is probably happening in this case is the relative path. If the system is looking for the same relative path this is probably different. You say that even on the development machine the .exe does not load the library. Is this when you have just created the .exe or after running the installer? If it is after running the installer what about before you build the installer?
Finally where is the assembly located?

Adaptation of LIFA (LabVIEW Interface For Arduino) to other Arduino compatible boards

Hello evryone,
I am trying to use a ''Sakura board", which is an Arduino compatible board, having similar programming as Arduino. This board is manufactured by Renesas; more specifications on it can be found on the following link: http://sakuraboard.net/gr-sakura_en.html
What I would like to know, is if the firmware used for LIFA to interface Arduino with labview, or the ChipKit firmaware, can be used to this kind of Arduino compatible boards.
My aim, is to use the Sakura Board for acquiring signals from various pins(Be it digital or analog), and setting other pins (Digital) parralelly, using labVIEW, as this is done using LIFA, or LabVIEW interface for ChiKit!!

I haven't had any experience with the Sakura board, so can only go on the information on the website.
I've used the Arduino LabVIEW interface previously, and it basically uses serial communications between the PC and the Arduino. This serial interface is provided by the on-board USB-serial converter (an ATMega8u2 running custom firmware).
From what I can tell about the Sakura, it appears as a storage device when plugging into a PC, and doesn't seem to have a USB to serial converter. If this is the case, then the LIFA toolkit won't work. That said, my understanding of the Sakura board may be incorrect (for example I'm unsure what operation modes the slide switch changes between). If you can confirm it has a USB-serial port then LIFA may work. I guess the key thing is that the serial port is required.
You may be able to use a software serial port (http://arduino.cc/en/Reference/SoftwareSerial) on the Sakura to communicate with a PC, though that would require a PC with a serial port, or an external USB-serial converter. This approach would also require you to modify the LIFA arduino code (located in vi.lib\LabVIEW Interface for Arduino\Firmware\LIFA_Base) to reference the software serial port. It's probably a long shot that this will work, as the software serial library has been written for AVR chips, making use of their specific internal timers.

User interface for updating/adding attributes in OID

I have not done the develop work in OAS10g (web, oid, +) though I have years experiences as DBA in OAS and Oracle database servers.
I need to develop a user interface for users to add or update the user's attributes such as sn, manager etc.
The IDM system is working in prod: OAS 10g r2, installed (upgraded to) with infrastructure and oid 10.1.4.3.
OID: user attributes have been loaded with: CN, UID, mail and etc.
The requirement
User interface: an app based Ohttp web 10g
I'd like the interface works like:
The user accessing the web interface, is prompted with UID and mail. if the user correctly fills the fields, then will be prompted with the attributes which user can add or update.
Because I have Not done any development in OAS (web, oid), I need know what skills I need to aquire. ANd how should I proceed?
I may know the skills would be Ohttp development and OID API (LDAP), but I need these be specific as much as possible.
Can any point the direction with examples and docs?

2) though the users as their own can access the oiddas, there are only limit of user info could be updated, which cannot serve the attributes we customized and loaded in OID.

What is the interface for MDD connected to monitor?

I got an used MDD 1 GHz for child, which does come with any cord or accessories. The most surprise to me is its port for connecting itself to a monitor. I cannot find an interface for connecting it to the cord of the monitor. What is the part number or where can I find the interface?

If this is the case, then use the HTTP destination for this.
What you need to do is:
1. Create one HTTP destination in visual administrator at services-> Destinations. Provide HTTP url of the your web service and the security options.
2. Specify this HTTP destination in the code before executing web service model.
Write following code for that:
wdContext.current<node name>Element().modelobject()._setHTTPDestination(<Specify HTTP destination name>);
Then execute your web service model.
Now, whenever you want to change the server on which your web service is running, make change in the HTTP Destination in visual administrator.

How do I set up the port interface for the WAN side of my RVS4000 to 100T Full Duplex?

How do I set up the port interface for the WAN side of my RVS4000? The ISP says I need to set it to 100T Full Duplex, but where would I do that? In the Router's administration GUI I can't find any options to make such settings for the WAN side.

The setup of the folders in Finder is entirely up to you. Whatever suits your needs is what you should do. Lightroom will be fine no matter how you set it up.
So I'm not really sure what your question is.

WEB Interface for Visual Admin

Hi,
I'm told there is a web interface for the visial admin tool which can be launched from the examples section of the j2ee home page.
In order to do this you must first deploy the tool.
I've search the net and marketplace for the tool to download and am unable to find it.
Has anyone else come across this before??

just the audio, eh?. If you were using DVI or DisplayPort that might be different, but for audio alone, it shouldn't be that hard. Just grab a 3.5 mm stereo plug to 2 rca cables adapter. Plug the smaller end into the back of your Mac Pro (or the Front), where you see either the headphone or speaker icon). Alt-click on the speaker icon at the top of your screen to show all audio inputs and outputs. Make sure it's set to Line Out. Plug the red and white end into the audio in jacks on the back of your tv and set it to the correct input. I don't know if your tv will allow just the audio to play. Usually one has to connect up something else, but hopefully I'm wrong. If you were using DVI, or DisplayPort, you'd need an active DVI--HDMI adapter or a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, but

Administrative Groups- for MPLS TE

Do the Cisco 7600's have an equivalent to Juniper (and Riverstone's) Administrative-Groups feature? I would like to do MPLS-Traffic Engineering based on the Administrative groups? I have tried searching this feature, but haven't found anything. There might be a different name for this feature which I might not be aware of. I would appreciate if somebody could help me with this.

Steps to be followed:
1. Use the unlock code posted above to enter the BIOS
2. Disable all passwords that are enabled
3. If asked for current password - type the unlock code
4. For new password, just press ENTER key
5. Repeat the same for verify password column.
6. Then leave the BIOS by saving & exit option to save the changes.
Troubleshooting:
Incase if the Password doesn’t work please try a Hard Reset as follows.
1. Shut down the notebook
2. Unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery
3. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds
4. Plug in the Power/AC Adapter (Leave the battery out for the moment) & Start the Notebook
5. If you now see a password box, Please type the same Password I shared before and press enter

Problem to deploy to a WebService interface for ADF Business Components to Weblogic Server

Hi,
I'm trying to deploy a custom application ,in which i have exposed ADF Business Components through a WebService interface, to a standalone weblogic server.
Application Module is configured with a Service Interface for ordinary ViewObjects.
Now I want to create a EAR file of this application to deploy it on the weblogic server.
But I got an error while deploying it.The error i am getting is shown below.
ERROR: No Java EE modules detected in EAR archive. Deployment aborted. == (oracle.jdevimpl.deploy.ear.WeblogicAssembler)
