Adobe dreamweaver cc div option not to be seen, how do i get it back?

Hi all,
Am using dreamweaver CC, creating a fluid layout using div's, when a div is selected there is option panel, that allows you to: hide, re-position it, delete it, copy, move up and move down.
This works fine for a while then it disappears and I can't re-size div's or move them around, but now doing manually which would consume more time, which i wouldn't opt for.
Could i please know how do i get back this option panel for div's?

DW does some pretty strange things when it runs into code errors.
For example, placing the letter "x" in the CSS column definitions for a fluid grid layout disables the FGL tools AND brings back Design View in DW CC2014.1. Design View is normally disabled for Fluid Grid Layouts in that version and a single misplaced character defeats DW's detection of FGL entirely.
Other code errors, like unclosed tags, invalid nesting and unclosed quotes can cause problems up to and including making Design View completely blank, even though you have hundreds of lines of html in Code View.
It may not be the problem, but it's definitely worthwhile to validate code frequently to catch small issues before they turn into big ones.

Sig, I don't know what happened. I was printing in duplex frequently. My wife installed a new computer (PC) and was hooking up to printer via wifi. Then I couldn't print, turned the printer off and on and it printed for a short time. Then quit again. In all of these cases, the box for duplex printing was not showing. I tried to go to the systems and turn it on, without any instruction or help. Turned the printer off again, disconnected the connection to the router and turned everything back on again. It printed and printed a document in duplex. I consider your response as having some magic and therefore mark it as "solved." Thanks for responding.

If you are now in the US then you can only use the US store, so you should update the address on your account
Changing country : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account.
Had you copied the songs over to your computer's iTunes library, do they show in the Music section on it ? You can copy purchases that you still have on your iPad over to your computer's iTunes library via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option

How did you try to import those pics?
You import pics from iphone just as you would from any digital camera. They are not part of the sync process at all.
I am trying to figure out what exactly you did.
Bottom line is that the pics are gone unless you have a backup of your iphone on your computer from a time when the pics were on the iphone.
In the future you should be importing your pics to your computer regularly.

If that did not work, then try triple-tapping the home button. If that does not work, then double-tap 3 fingers and hold on the screen, dragging to change the zoom level. Settings > Mail, Contact, Calendars. Scroll down to Calendars and set "Sync" as desired.

If the shows are in fact still on the pad, they will be found in the videos app, not the music or I tunes app. Look there and see if they are still there.
If you don't see them there, go to the searchlight screen ( farthest left home page) and type in the name of one of the shows. If it is on the pad, hiding somewhere, this will find it.
If they are not there, they should not be using up space.
To get them back onto your pad, plug in and sync again. Make sure you transfer purchases first. Before you sync, take a look at the video tab in your I tunes, and check what you want and don't want synced.

They need to go into their settings>messages and make sure iMessage is on. Also they should click on the send & receive button to make sure their phone number is selected.
