Adobe Flash installs but can't use.

Am using Windows 7 Pro and IE 9. When I download it says Download Install Finish. When I go to your website it does not show my OS or that Adobe Flash was installed. However my Rebo Uninstaller Pro shows was installed and can be unintalled. ActiveX Filter is not in use. I have spent several days trying everything I can find on the internet to try (except for instructions that were not clearly written) and nothing works.

How can I install Adobe flash player on my Mac using Safari OR Chrome? I have gone through every step on all of the help pages. The installation process always stops with the black box that briefly says, "Retrieving Install . . . ", then nothing.

I have followed every step in the various help pages I was directed to when troubleshooting the inability to install Adobe Flash Player on my Mac using either Safari or Chrome. Everything has failed. Then it gives some links to follow for troubleshooting. I have followed ALL of the links there and on other help pages, to no avail. I've run into problems installing Adobe before, but it's never been this bad. Would someone please develop another format besides Adobe? Trying to get help from Adobe feels a little like trying to find a building in New York City with no map or GPS. The time required is voluminous, the emotional energy a/k/a frustration is overwhelming, and long before I get anything resolved, I wish the earth would open up and swallow all things Adobe@. Absence that miraculous intervention, I have to figure out what to do next. Does anyone know? Anyone?

The same thing happens to me, Safari asks me to update the Adobe FlasPlayer, I download, start the installation process, ask me my username and password in order to install, then see a window where I choose if I want to always install the updates , or ask first, or not inslate updates, and at this point it is not progress, I can not cancel the process, I turn off and turn on my machine.
What can I do ..??

The page which the link directs you to should also show the version of Flash Player installed.
Please verify if that meets the requirement for the software you are trying to use.

You can't install flash player on your iPad, nor on your iPhone - it's not supported on iOS devices, and as Adobe have stopped development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites. Also some websites have their own apps in the App Store.

Similar problem , but my computer displayed stripes! This is a known problem apparently but site only warns you after taking you directly to Adobe, and you have updated the new problematic flash.

Where are you trying to get Flash Player from? Downloading is different from installing but many malicious websites offer to supply Flash Player as a means of installing malicious software and gathering personal information (e.g., passwords). You should get Adobe Flash only from Adobe and this link lets you download the full installer (Mac OS X (Intel) DMG) and run it locally. At that point OS X will ask for your password and if you've been using it successfully for other purposes (e.g., changing some items in System Preferences), it should work there too. Exactly! The password I used to log on here and write my post I figured was the same Apple ID password I would use to reset my computer login password. But my computer isn't recognizing it as the correct password so it wont let me update my login password. I have 2 user accounts on my computer.
As far as the link you provided, I already looked to that for help earlier. It states:

I did these steps, but I don't remember my admin password. The question is: How do I reset my admin password so I can reset my log in password.
Is my admin password the same password I use to log onto this website to post questions? If so, like I said previously, I already reset that password and my computer isnt recognizing it.
