Af:tree hide child icon

We are using <af:tree/> component in our application and the tree is populated using a POJO Data Control.
If the tree contains a leaf node (no children) first time when it's displayed, theicon is displayed. After you click on it, it does disappear.
We don't want to show it from the beginning, is this possible? If it is, how can it be done?

I was thinking about a way to apply specific css classes for the each node and then using that class to override/remove the default icon. Something like this:
styleClass="#{node.childrenSize eq 0 ? 'ChildNode' : 'ParentNode'}" the problem is that i could only apply this classes to the <af:outputText /> and the icon is outside this component. Is there way to change the icon based on the css class?

Instead of removing the music from the cloud or the iTunes library why not shuffle your music using a Smart Playlist which excludes the holiday music, or tracks that are not checked. For example, use this very simple Smart Playlist:

In order to display custom training PDF, an alternative approach could be to make use of workbench channel "Links". You can store the custom PDF on intranet and display the link under links channel.

Regression with tree.iconFunction: default icons have disapperead

I have a tree control, with icon function redifined.
However, for some items, I would like to use default tree
icons (folder, sheet,...)
In Flex 1.5, if returned null from the iconFunction, the
default icon was displayed.
In Flex 2.0, this does not work anymore. The doc says that
the icons are in Assets.swf, but how to reference and embed them in
my application ?

There's a a style property mapping to each Tree icon (ex:
folderOpenIcon, defaultLeafIcon).

Its possible.
1.Open the .master page in some textpad/SP Designer.
2.Look for below tag. This is the holder for SITE ACTIONS
<SharePoint:SiteActions
3.Look for the Menu item templates. These will clearly give you an idea on wht they will hold.
<SharePoint:MenuItemTemplate
4.There will be 2 attributes for each menu item called
PermissionsString & PermissionMode.
In the permission string give the required permission to the user to be shown or hide.

Hide levels icon in lower right?

Does anyone know how to hide the icon in the lower right corner of master images that appears to indicate that levels have been edited? I'm trying to retouch the image in that spot, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to make the icon disappear. Every time I move the retouch tool to that location, the icon remains and I cannot see what I'm working on. I've taken a screenshot that can be viewed here:

Go to Preferences, Metadata, and uncheck the box next to Viewer. That should turn off overlays so that you can edit the image without the badge in the way.

Hide Desktop Icons

Hello all,
I have seen various posts around the place about hiding your desktop icons by turning the desktop "off", but i would like to hide select icons of my choice.
Mainly I would like to hide the hard drive icon, but i cant work it out? Does anyone have any ideas?

in addition to what francine said, i find it useful to turn off the selection for hard drives showing up as i have tons of partitions and drives, some of which are clones of other ones etc, but I then make an alias of the ones that i decide i DO want on the desktop.
even better in leopard is that you can hide certain options that still leaves a newly inserted CD showing up on the desktop, without tons of other ipod's and disks showing up that you don't want. up until leopard i think the new CD remained hidden along with other removable drives and disks.

Hide disclose icon form ADF tree row depending on row data

I've got an ADF tree based on recursive View Object. So basically we don't know how many tree levels are there, but depending on a row data we know that the row is a leaf and there will be no children rows.
But the disclose icon is there event though we definitely know it is currently useless.
So is there any way to hide the disclose icon from ADF tree(treetable) row depending on row data?

Great, it works.
The only thing is suggested style just makes the icon invisible, but it is still there and can be clicked.
I applied .hideDiscloseIcon af|treeTable::collapsed-icon-style
display: none;
}and there is no disclose button at all.

I'am working on the Hierarchical Tree structure which should have three levels, I need to have a check box in the place of the icon & if i select a node that node & the child nodes should get selected.
After this when i say move selected ( i'am trying to use picklist class also) the entire checked tree has to move to the display area to the right & should display as tree structure & after this if i save then the checked records which are moved to another text area should get saved!!
How to achieve this? I have the tree structure ready but the check box part is the worrying factor! & then moving the checked records to the right using picklist class is the second problem & finally saving records to database.
Any help in this regard will be deeply appreciated:)
If check box is not possible then i will have to look at other methods, will the tree structure allow checkboxes????
