AFS Size wise pricing detail

Dear All
I am working in ECC 6.00 with AFS. I want to know how to maintain size wise price in Purchase Order.
Shobana

Dear Shobhana,
The pricing determination procedure in AFS is same as that of the R/3 pricing determination for the purchase order.
Additionally, if we want to have the size wise prices, you have to do the following..
In SPRO- IMG- MM - Purchasing - Conditions - Define Price Determination Process - Define AFS condition types..
Here, against your condition type, you have to check the indicator - Dim.Cond.
In addition to that, make grid as one entry in your access sequnece, and maintain the condition record for the same..
Hope this clarifies you..
(Please close the thread, if this is answered)
Thanks,

  • I need to host a website with a SQL database - Azure pricing details are too confusing

    Hello,
I need to give a potential client a hosting price for a somewhat simple web application they want me to build. I told them it shouldn't be a problem. After gathering the requirements, I figured I would use the following technology to build and host
    it:
    ASP.NET 4.5
    MVC 5
1 SQL Database ~ 25GB with options to expand and also with a backup
    SSL certificate needed
Hosting would be on Azure because I have some experience using Visual Studio 2012 and integrating the Visual Studio Online (TFS) source code and scrum web applications. I've never actually spun up a website with a SQL database using Azure before, but I
imagined it wasn't too difficult to find a general hosting plan to support the above requirements.
The use of the website will be very simple and limited to the basic CRUD operations. Will support forms authentication using the Identity 2.0 framework. The web applications main purpose is to fill out a form for new accounts, have a search page for
those accounts, a page to view a created account and add notes to it. So performance wise, it isn't asking for much. I just want it to be fast and secure.
So I start looking on the Azure's pricing landing page which is here: (can't put links in here, but search Azure pricing on Bing) and I see this Pricing Calculator, so I click it
First thing I notice is the Websites tab doesn't mention SQL Database - in fact the Data Management is a separate tab from Websites. And if I made my selections on the Websites tab, the estimated monthly price doesn't stay the same when I go to the Data
Management tab - so I get the illusion I have to have two separate purchases.
I'm not exactly sure if the Pay as You Go billing feature would be okay because it's just a bit scary to leave every monthly payment up to chance; somewhat. Would love to know if there is other payment options that I could see for what I described above.
I want to use Azure to host my asp.net website - it makes sense and the integration with Visual Studio is amazing. I love the publish feature for both MVC 5 Projects and SQL Database Projects.
Thanks in advance for the help!

    Hello jdevanderson,
I suggest that you start by looking at the pricing TIERS for the Azure website. This link will give you clarity on different Service TIERS that are availaible:
    http://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/pricing/details/websites/
You can guage your requirement and choose the Service TIER accordingly.
And regarding the database, you are right about it. You will be charged seperately for the database. You can refer to this link that will give you clarity on SQL database pricing:
    http://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/pricing/details/sql-database/
Refer to this link for more information on 'How pricing works':
    http://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/pricing/
Use the full calculator to add your website and the database to get an estimated cost:

    Hi Tarpan,
You can create a pricing report besides standard pricing table by using V/LA t-code. in V/LA, you can add  if which fields are needed for your report.
Additionally, you need new table and need a new t-code for this report.
Please explore this t-code and try it. please share further issue for this requirement with us.

PDF requires the font be registered correctly, since it is not appearing you have missed something in your configuration.
The most common error is the font family name does not exactly match the font name in Word. (Open the font on your PC and the name is present there also.)
You can use the xdodebug.cfg troubleshooting method,  then see what error appears in the xdo.log when the font is accessed.

  • PO pricing details

    Hi All,
We are going to implement a PO print layout. Is there any way to fetch the PO pricing details using FM/BAPI in PO printout.
    Please Suggest.
    Best Regards,
    Basab

If you look at output NEU in NACE transaction under application EF you will see that it is configured with a Smartform (/SMB40/MMPO_A) as well as SAPScript (MEDRUCK), that already retrieve the pricing from PO. You can analyze what program tables these are accessing for pricing conditons.
Also ME_READ_PO_FOR_PRINTING, that is used by SAP print logic in the above output routines, has logic to read PO data from memory buffer including pricing conditons. You can use export parameter DOC that has DOC-XTKOMV[], that has all pricing conditions. This is necessary, if you want to see latest changes on the PO in ME22N that are not saved.
In any case you can retrieve pricing conditions using BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1 in structures POCONDHEADER and POCOND. But I think these will only come from the pricing that is already saved.

  • Lot Number-wise Pricing

How do you effect lot number-wise pricing at the Sales Order stage? This basically reduces to the three basic questions: 1.How do I create pricing for an item, for a lot number? 2. How and where do I make the lot numbers pop-up in the LoV in the Sales Order screen (only those Lot numbers that are assigned to the item being entered in the sales order line)? 3. How do I narrow down the lot numbers to only those for which the On-Hand quantity is non-zero?

Which release are you on? Also, which Service Request UI are you looking at? Is it the main SR form or the SR Tab in Contact Center?
FYI...Lot Number is not used and is not handled by the SR API.

  • Batch wise Pricing

    Dear All,
I have received a requirement from the Client that
they need a batch wise Pricing in the R/3 System eg: If material (A) is of 500 and the Material Code XY00.
and if the cost of Product Increase /Decrease and the Material Code remains the same XY00
How will i maintain in the batch wise pls let me known step by step so that i can Configure it its on the Urgent basis Pls help
    Thanks
    Sana

No, you do not have to assign to Sales Document Type.
You should create it as a table & assign it to relevant Access sequence. You require to maintain condition record for the same to be called in Sales Order.
    <b>Write-up on pricing procedure</b>:
In SD, Pricing Procedure is determined based on Sales Area (Sales Organization + Distribution Centre + Division) + Customer Pricing Procedure + Document Pricing Procedure. Sales Area is determined in Sales Order Header Level. Customer Pricing Procedure is determined from Customer Master. Document Pricing Procedure is determined from Sales Document Type / Billing Type (if configured). Once the pricing procedure is determined, Condition records are fetched. If appropriate condition records are found, the price is determined. If Mandatory pricing condition is missing, system will through an error message.
In SD, the steps to configure Pricing procedure are as under:
    Step 1:
Condition table: If existing condition table meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition table. Considering the requirement for new condition table, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Table (select the required fields combination, which will store condition record).
    Step 2:
Access Sequence: If existing access sequence meets the requirement, we need not create a new access sequence. Considering the requirement for new sequence, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Access Sequence (Access sequence is made up of Accesses (Tables) & the order of priority in which it is to be accessed. Here we assign the condition table to access sequence.
    Step 3:
Condition Type: If existing condition type meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition type. Considering the requirement for new condition type, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Type. It is always recommended to copy an existing similar condition type & make the neccessary changes. Here we assign Access sequence to Condition type.
    Step 4:
    a. Pricing Procedure: It is recommended to copy a similar pricing procedure & make the neccesary changes in new pricing procedure. Pricing Procedure is a set of condition type & arranged in the sequence in which it has to perform the calculation. Considering the requirement for new Pricing Procedure, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Maintain Pricing Procedure.
    b. Pricing Procedure: After maintaining the pricing procedure the next step will be determination of pricing procedure. Configuration for determining pricing procedure in SPRO is as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Determine Pricing Procedure.
    5. Condition record: Condition record is a master data, which is required to be maintained by Core team / person responsible from the client. During new implementation, the condition records can be uploaded using tools like SCAT, LSMW, etc.
It is assumed that document pricing procedure, customer pricing procedure , ... are in place.
