Can I reinstall the previous iOS , my iphone is now a POS because of the new IOS . My iPad no longer has the YouTube app?? And what happened to google maps? Galaxy 3 for me and a google tablet seems like a better option. Nice job apple!!!

Ever since i did the IOS 7 my Iphone has been doing strange things it didn't do before, why is that?

I work for a business where were using multiple iphones and since we all did our software update to the IOS 7 our phones have all been playing up - freezing when clicking on apps, when you answer a call the new keypads very touchy and hangs up all the time, dials number on its own, the sound randomly stops working, and sound in general is very sketchy. Sounds like were in a car when were talking to someone. and a few other little things.
Is this happening to anyone else? Will another update be coming out to fix these little bugs or could it be all our phones themselves?

There are various issues that Apple is continue to work on. You are running the 7.02 release, so you have been updated twice since the intiital release. 7.03 was just released earlier today, and several fixes have been added to that release.
Hang in there. It appears that Apple is diligently working on addressing the various issues that have been reported. Remember, this is a major iOS change. It is the first major change to the iOS platform since it was originally released with the iPhone 1, so it's going to go through some growing pains....

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button

*Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

In the past, to protect you from [https://support.mozilla.org/kb/use-plugins-play-audio-video-games plugins] that have stability or security issues, Firefox could only turn off the problematic plugin. Now Firefox can prevent the plugin from running automatically (which prevents many issues) and then let you choose to run or update the plugin. 7.1.1 is certainly compatible with the iPhone 4. Just try a reset first.
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

I am, however, asking only for future reverence, as the initial sync which generated the error dialog was done via USB, and almost immediately after the USB sync, I ran a WiFi Sync—two in a row in fact—both initiated from the iPhone. Both WiFi syncs completed successfully with no error dialog.
I then ran another USB sync initiated from iTunes on the Macintosh, as was the first sync which gave the error. This second USB sync also completed successfully with no errors.
I think someone in this thread mentioned non-AppleStore products or DMR issues which I think could not have been an issue in my case, as I was running the sync to install updated Apps from the AppStore, and additionally had deleted some music and movie items to make sure there was room for the App updates. Nothing was added other than the recently downloaded App updates from the AppStore.

You are following the wrong guidelines. The Software Update option was not introduced until a later version. You need to connect to iTunes to update if you currently have iOS 4 or earlier.

Double tap home button and then at the bottom of the screen it shows what's apps you have open. Hold finger on one of those apps till they wiggle and then tap on the X for just those apps at the very bottom of the screen. This closes them but does not delete them. See if that helps

The apps which show on the file sharing section on your iPad when connected to your computer's iTunes, you have exactly the same apps installed on your iPhone - they are not separate iPad and iPhone apps that you have installed on your iPad/iPhone, and only the iPad version supports file sharing ?
For iBooks, that won't show, it doesn't support file sharing. You can add ibooks / epubs / PDFs to your computer's iTunes library (the iBooks app if you are using a Mac with OS X Mavericks on it) via File > Add To Library, and you sync them to a device via its Books tab :
If you want to copy them off the device to your computer's iTunes (to the iBooks app on Mavericks) then File > Devices > Transfer Purchases will copy them over (that will copy PDFs and epubs from the iBooks app on your device, not just ibooks).
