This afternoon, when I just restarted my IPhone 5s, I found that all the app has disappered.But my photo is still here, accounted for 4.9G and I check the Usage, there are about 180MB available, and I am pretty sure that I didn't get my phone updated to ios8.2.There is an app on my phone called Wechat, before I restarted my phone, this app accounted for 1.1G in storage.But now I still have 180MB left. If all my record just be deleted, there will be at least 1.1G left surely,And that's the reason I didn't give up finding the real situation.I think it may be a bug of today's updates. And I have restarted my phone for like 4 times,hoping it can get back, but it doesn't work.
I really hope my IPhone 5S can back to what it ever was, especially the record in Wechat, I have been really depressed about the data loss.
I don't know whether I am the only person that mess up with this problem.

As the manual explains, you should be importing all pics taken with iphone regularly as you would with any digital camera, most especially before any update/restore/etc.
If she failed to do this, then the pics are likely gone.
She can try restoring from backup.

to retrieve from where? If you synced with icloud all you need to do is go to settings- icloud- turn calendars on. After a minute your calendars should show up and if they do not you can try to turn off and then on again. Thank you for providing the details of the issue you are experiencing with your iPad.
I recommend following these steps for an issue like this (you can skip 4 because it does not relate to the issue you are experiencing and any other steps you may have taken and any other steps you have already taken):
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on),reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more about restoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.

Plug it into iTunes, Control-click on the iPod in the left frame and select "Restore from backup." Should put it back like new.

Try downloading any free app using the App Store on the phone.

ICCID unknown is a critical failure, usually caused by hacking or jailbreaking the phone. It can not be fixed. The phone will need to be replaced.

7.1.1 is certainly compatible with the iPhone 4. Just try a reset first.
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

I understand that some of your applications are not appearing under Settings > Cellular on your iPhone so that you can restrict or allow use of cellular data. If you have some installed applications on your iPhone that are not showing here, the first troubleshooting step I would suggest would be to reset your iPhone. I'm having a very similar issue, paired with iTunes not being able to get online.
iTunes shows up in processes and then hangs at 17,000 K or so -- sometimes it will start up, but that (if it occurs) is a delay of literal hours.
Pretty meticulously went through all the 'cannot connect' trouble shooting, and have uninstalled, restarted, and then reinstalled every piece of apple software; issue is just as firm. Starting in safe mode or admin mode don't fix it; signing in as a different user doesn't fix it.

just to explain quikly how my situation is I bought an IPhone and connected it to my regular computer, a few weeks after that i bought an macbook because my old computer was having problems with all kinds of things. recently my old computer "died" and now i cant add any music to my IPhone unless i connect it to my macbook but it's saying it will delete everything on the IPhone and use this library but does it also delete all the application data? for a quik example. Angry birds do you lose your progress on it?

If you are saying that you didn't back up your old computer ever, especially when you knew it was failing, then you are out of luck; you cannot restore a backup that doesn't exist. However, you can probably save some of your content from the iPhone as follows:
Connect your iPhone to your new computer, but do not sync
Authorize iTunes on the new computer to your iTunes account
Go to the iTunes File menu and choose "Transfer purchases"
Click on the phone's name in iTunes and then click on the Info tab on the right
Set up apps on your computer to sync contact, notes and calendar to
Make sure there is at least one of each in the apps you have selected
Sync
You will still lose any non-iTunes music and videos, and any photos in the photo album (but you will not lose the camera roll).

Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums, but you can use Google to find information on how to install an older version of iOS on any device.
