Dear All,
Created PO for 20 qty ---> done MIGO for 10 qty -
> in ME22N ticked on delivery completion -
> Did MIGO again, it allows to do the MIGO for balance PO qty.
Then i have blocked the line item in ME22N now system does not allow to do MIGO wrt to PO, is this the right procedure ?

Hi,
The "Delivery completed" indicator specifies whether a purchase order
item is considered closed. This means that no more goods receipts are
EXPECTED for this item. If the delivery completed indicator is set, the
open purchase order quantity becomes zero, even if the full quantity has
not been delivered. It is however still possible to post goods receipts
of remaining quantities, but these no longer change the open purchase
order quantity.

In order to prevent any further postings to the line item in the PO,
you can block the line item.
You can set the blocking indicator by selecting the item and then
choosing Edit -> Block if you do not want to allow subsequent
functions for the item. Note that you must manually remove the
indicator as soon as subsequent functions are allowed again.

Mostly this is the message number or by testing you can find out the exact message number
It is V4 type only available for customization in OVAH t code
this will take care of qty change
Now in VA02 mode material C should not be added along with material A and material B both 10 of each
This has to be controlled by userexit

Unable to update purchase order after partial delivery

After upgrading from v2005 > v2007:
1) We created a PO with two different purchase items :
row 1: 10 pcs Item x
row 2: 15 pcs item Y
2) create a Goods Receipt PO based on the PO row 2 (15 pcs Item Y) so this row will be closed in the PO.
3) after saving the GRPO item Y is set as a non purchase item (deselected the tick box "Purchase Item" on the Item master), because the supplier will not be able to deliver this item again.
4) After changing item Y, we want to update the amount of Item X to for example 11 (instead of 10). This item is still a purchase item > while updating the PO the following error appears:
[Purchase Order - Rows - Item No.][line: 2] , 'The item is not a purchase item (2)' [Message 131-10]
In v2005 it was possible to follow the above procedure, however since the upgrade of v2007 the error appears.
The problem is that that it happens very often that the suppliers change the items, so they cannot be delivered anymore.

I hope the above workaround is suitable. I agree with the expected logic, but per Note937297, the stock status of an item is not meant to be changed after documents are added in the system. It seems a limitation in the current system.

Price Condition&Price update are disabled in S.O even after partial invoice

Dear All,
We are using manual pricing condition in the Sales Order, when we do a partial delivery and billing for a Sales Order line item, the update prices function (button) is inactive and price conditions are greyed out.
We are using Pricing Type "C" in the VTFL item copy from Delivery to Billing.
Even after partial quantity invoicing from the Sales Order there will be pricing changes and users will need to enter manual price for the item that is partially invoiced.
Currently system does not allow any change in the manual price condition as the all the price conditions are greyed out in the S.O even if partial qty of the line item is invoiced.
Please let me know what needs to be done to enable manual condition entry and Price update functions in the Sales order even after partial invoice quantity of the line item in the Sales Order.

This is the standard functionality and system treat like
sales order conditions once invoiced should be freezed.
As a work around you can do like
in sales order order
Go to Item - Shipping
Part.dlv./item B Create only one delivery (also with quantity = 0)
Max.Part.Deliv. 1
This make only one delivery for the line item
Considering if you have a material Sales order of 2 KG and you added some manual price.
And you are doing partial delivery of 1 KG and Invoiced.
Now user can use the same sales order and create a new line item of the same material and can enter the balance qty and change the condition which is not grayed out.

-Your device needs both the CR and LF. To accomplish this:
option 1: Concatenate the "end of line" string constant (this is a combination of CR and LF, located in the string pallete) to all your outgoing commands. Make sure in the "Visa configure serial port" the "Termination character enable" flag is false.
option 2: Concatenate only a CR to your command's strings. Make sure in the "Visa configure serial port" the "Termination character enable" flag is TRUE AND that the termination character is set to 10 (meaning LF) which I think is the default.

Hi,
I am having a 2 radio buttons in group and depending on the radio button selected, fields are displayed. I am handing this using the partial page rendering. After partial rendering, the correct required fields are displayed but the last radio button in group is always shown selected. This happens even if I have selected the first radio button.
Can you pls help me on this.

Thanks for your help!! It is working now. Earlier I was setting the value of the required RadioButton in processRequest as setSelected(true). It started working fine when I also set the value for non selected Radio button as setSelected(false).
Both the Radio Buttons were required to be set.

After the currently active tab is closed, I don't want to see the tab on its right or on its left. I want to see the tab that was active before the closed one, whatever its position is on the tab strip.

My trackball has 4 buttons and a scroll wheel. Each of the 4 buttons is programmable. The 4 buttons are normally pre-programmed for single-click, double-click, drag and right-click by simply pressing on them
Each of the 4 buttons may be programmed to also have other functions. For example, I programmed "control/single-click" to produce a middle click. I could also have used "shift/single-click" or "alt/single-click" to produce the middle-click. Or I could have similarly programmed double-click or drag or right-click. The Kensington Expert Mouse is quite versatile ... once you get the hang of programming it.
I have had it for about 4 years and I had never had the need to program one of them until you told me about using a middle-click.
