After System reinstall Safari crashes

Question

Had too reinstall 10.7 and Safari just crashes. I also tried installing Safari from disk image/pkg downloaded from Apple and all variantions thereof and still no joy. Installed Webkit browser and it crashes also. Firefox works? Do I have a problem with frameworks??

It points to a problem with accounts framework.
I noticed that application has strange permissions "personalised access"
