After upgrade Server 3.1.1 : ical:error = "CANNOT_LOAD_BUNDLE_ERR"

All services were working fine until last night upgrade to Server version 3.1.1
Calendar and AddressBook now broken
Any idea how to fix ?
The details are as follows :
serveradmin status ical
ical:error = "CANNOT_LOAD_BUNDLE_ERR"
serveradmin status addressbook
addressbook:state = "STOPPED"
addressbook:setStateVersion = 1
addressbook:readWriteSettingsVersion = 1
I do not know where the addressbook.log is but in
the ical log : /var/log/ical/caldavd/servermgr_calendar.log
I find

Thanks for suggestions or fixes

Replying to myself:
There was probably some mismatch between old and new stuff. Actually ical appeared in servives list but it does not exists anymore and is called calendar.
So "CANNOT_LOAD_BUNDLE_ERR" makes sense as it just does not exists.
Now settings:calendar  -> empty
Attempts to fix that have failed for now.
Any comments ?

  • Hanging on boot after upgrading server.app

After upgrading to 10.9 Server.App my boot hangs at "/etc/rc.server: line 14: /etc/rc.server.firewall: No such file or directory" and won't boot into safe mode either. Anyone know how I can fix this without restoring from a backup?

    Cameron, thanks for your feedback.
I'm on a 2011 iMac, with a DIY Fusion Drive (I added a SSD inside). I always had slow startups. I thought it was the custom Fusion Drive's fault, but now I know it was not.
Now I can't boot at all, just after applying the most recent 10.9.2 security update. This is a software issue. The iMac was running Mountain Lion Server, then I upgraded to Mavericks but did not upgrade to Mavericks Server. However there were remains of the old 10.8 Server app.
As I said, yesterday I deleted all those remains (booting from an external drive). However I forgot the most obvious thing: open that **** /etc/rc.server file and comment out line 14.
This morning I booted the iMac again, in verbose mode. The message about /etc/rc.server was not there, at last, but fsck was launched and took a long time. I had to go to work, where I am now, and I don't know if fsck finished its work. I'll let you know...

  • After upgrade OneNote folders cannot sync, show error code: 0xE402005F

I've found many threads discussing OneNote Sync errors, though none of them so far have addressed this error code or specific behavior related to a Sharepoint upgrade.  There also doesn't seem to be a fix discussed for this particular problem.
After upgrading from Sharepoint 2010 to 2013, all upgraded OneNote folders fail to sync with the following error message:
"We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0xE402005F)"
Very inspecific error, very little information on how to investigate the problem.  And no references to this error code can be found.
After the upgrade our URLs are the same, so the notebook path information should be intact.  These were mostly folders created by OneNote 2010.  I've used the suggestion to run "onenote.exe /safemode" and reset cache files and settings
to no effect.  Right now my only solution is to access the folders from our old farm, export the contents and then import each page into a newly created notebook.  But, this is just a workaround and not a solution.
Does anyone have advice on what to try next?
    Thanks

    Hi Brad,
Find a very similar case internaly, it provides the the following approach, which is similar to what you have done.
SharePoint 2010 is migrated to 2013, the Notebooks references are broken, for each notebook we had to fix the references.
    1.Downloaded Notebooks to local machine.
2.Then create a new notebook on local machine.
3.Transfer all sections into new notebook.
4.Copy all references folder and files from SharePoint library to desktop
5.For each section built the reference to the folder
6.Close the notebooks and re-launch the onenote.

  • TNS Listener Service won't start after upgrading server from NT to 2000

I am new to Oracle and have worked my way through downloading and installing Oracle Enterprise Edition on an NT 4.0 SP6a server and I believe the installation was successful--I was able to run the Oracle Enterprise Manager successfully and I browsed the Oracle services in NT and they all appeared to be working.
I upgraded NT to Windows 2000 Server and Service Pack 2 yesterday and after that I am unable to run Oracle Enterprise Manager and have noticed that the TNS Listener will not start. Actually it starts and immediately stops. It does not cause any messages in the Event Viewer.
Any help on how to proceed would be very gratefully received.
I am a database administrator with a school district and are evaluating/comparing Oracle vs. SQL Server 2000 for creating a data warehouse.
    Thanks!

    Srinivasa and Allen,
Thank you very much for your replies. I tried the lsnrctl show connect_timeout command and got a message that connect_timeout was an invalid parameter. Is that true of 9i? However, I used the help show command and tried some of the other parameters and the error messages said something about not being able to locate the host. At that point I recalled that at the same time I was upgrading the server to Windows 2000 I also changed the name of the server from MISNT to just MIS.
At that point I renamed the server back to MISNT and after rebooting, the TNS listener works fine. I do want to change the server name back to MIS. It appears there is a configuration file somewhere that has the host name in it that I will need to change. It makes me wonder if there are any other places where I am going to need to change this before I'm done. Will I be better off to just completely uninstall Oracle, change the server name and then reinstall?
    Thanks!
    Rick

  • Tirefox will not load in windows 7 after upgrade but is ok in linex(error taking too long to connect)

my harddrive is partitioned 50/50. 1st half has windows 7 on it and 2nd half has ubuntu 11.10.
Since latest upgrade of firefox the linex runs ok. but the windows 7 will not connect and gives error "taking too longto connect"
I have tried deleting firefox and reloading yo no avail.

The windows update sometimes creates issues. I've had this happen to me two times. I rolled back to the Firefox 8 and didn't have any problems, however one thing you can try is to increase your timeout range and try that. If its loading fine in linux we have to assume its not systemic, but is an OS issue. How long does it hang before you get the error?

Blackstone was CF 6.x. You are running a CF 6 CFIDE against a
    CF 8
installation. Find the right CFIDE and try again.

  • After upgrading to LION, I receive following error message when I open iTunes:

"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occured (-42408)."

Firewall turned on in System Preferences > Security?
If you have anti virus software installed, try disabling that.
    And try this..
    Launch iTunes on your Mac.
From the iTunes menu bar click iTunes / Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Click: Reset warnings and Reset cache
    Click OK.
Restart your Mac. Try the iTunes Store.

  • After upgrading iTunes i now have the error box AppleSyncNotifier.exe

The message reads 'The procedure entry point xmlTextReaderConstName could not be located in the dynamic link library libxml2.dll.
Can anyone help with this as I am unable to back up or sync my iphone

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

  • Problem in VC iview after upgrading the server

    Hello All,
We have created iViews using VC application in NW07 SP17. It was working fine. Recently we have upgraded the server to SP19. After upgrade, VC iview shows Portal Runtime error.I am getting following error while tracing log file.
    com.sapportals.portal.prt.component.PortalComponentException: Error in init method
Caused by: com.sapportals.portal.prt.component.PortalComponentException: Error occurs during the compilation of java generated from the jsp

    Hi,
This is a known issue, and you have three options:
    1) Upgrade to SP20 where this issue is fixed
    2) open an OSS ticket to SAP support, and you will probably get a fix.
    3) sounds like you are using flex 1.5, start using Flex 2 runtime where this issue will not occur.

  • OPC errors after upgrade

I was running a LV 7.1 VI connecting to objects through the OPC server and after upgrading to 8.0 I had errors on all objects reading either "Not executable in RUN mode" or Incorrect frame check SUM (FCS)" when the OPC server would start.  Even after running the LV and LV DSC 8.0.1 patch, mass compiling and converting the .scf file, I still received the error.  Desperate I uninstalled 8.0 / 8.0.1 and ran the VI under the 7.1 version but still receive the same errors when the OPC server starts. Is there other files effected by the DSC upgrade that I can check to make sure I am back to the starting (7.1) version or is this a total wipe and re-install case?

    PDR,
Since the errors show up in the Industrial Automation OPC servers window and the DSC tags presumably do show "bad" quality, this means that the OPC connection between the DSC Engine (7.1) and Industrial Automation OPC servers is functioning correctly.  The errors that you described indicate an error with the device or with the serial communications to the
    device, not OPC.
Actually, DSC 7.1 is not even aware of OPCEnum.  Instead, DSC 7.1 (and earlier) uses registry browsing to list OPC servers on the local and remote PCs.  OPCEnum is only used by OPC clients to list which OPC servers availabe on a computer.  After that, OPC clients connect to OPC servers using DCOM.  DSC 8 doesn't modify the DCOM settings of any previously installed OPC servers or clients in the installation process.  Besides OPCEnum (used only to list which servers are available on a particular computer), DCOM, and the actual server and client, nothing else is involved in making OPC work.
Thus, based on the evidence you have presented in this thread, the only determiniation that I can make is that, 1) there is a communications problem between IA OPC servers and the device you're connecting to and, 2) the problem does not involve OPC.  The communications problem is related to either the physical connection between the device and your PC or is related to the communication settings defined in IA OPC Servers for the device you're using.
    Regards,
    Nick

Yeah, that's happened to me a bunch, it's a pain the the arse. Delete your shortcut and create a new one.
To do this navigate to the c:\program files\iTunes folder (assuming you've selected the default location) and find the iTunes.exe file using the right mouse button right click on it and you should get a menu with an option to create a shortcut. Once the shortcut is created you can drag it and drop it wherever you need, start menu, desktop or quick launch bar.

  • Authorization issue after upgrade

    Hi Everyone,
We just upgraded from BI 3.5 to BI 7 last week.
At the moment, there is an issue with Information Broadcaster now, all the information broadcaster settings are created by different business units general account  (Eg. BW_unitA, BW_unitB, each account only has access to their own workbooks).
All IB settings are scheduled by BW analysts, some are run by process chain.
After upgrade, most of IB jobs get error message in transaction code "RSRD_LOG": No authorization to scheduling workbook for user BW_unitA.
    Any suggestions welcome!
    Feng

After upgrade, the authorizations will change or upgrade to 7.0 Authorization concept.
Go to SU25 and generate the authorizations. sometimes, the authorizations would add in excess or it would be low after the upgade.
So please check the roles and other authorizations which are assigned to the end users with the roles matrices that you designed,.
    Hope this would help you.
