After upgrading to 3.6.10 the aadvantage eshopping toolbar extension disappeared and I can't reinstall it. It looks like it is still partially installed and un-install does ont seen to work. Can I force delete and try to reinstall?

I think this problem started after installing 3.6.9 , but not positive. I only noticed it after installing 3.6.10. I get the following error.
