As we cannot login we cannot raise a ticket with billing or anything else for azure.
Have two valid azure subscriptions, one microsoft account (ex-liveid/ex-officelive) and an organisation account (err microsoft office365).
Cannot access the azure portal!
Please raise a ticket for my as it is impossible for me to do so, the system is broken, the website workflow is flawed.

ps: cleared cache several times, IE11, does not work from Win 8.1, 8.0 or 7. It is broken totally.

By having that relationship it seems that you could call up all of the events tied to a customer while in the address book or likewise call up all of the events tied to a contact that was in the iCal program as a scheduled meeting. Even in the to do's you could easily look back at the events tied to an individual so as to bring yourself up to speed with what you were doing with the individual in mind.

        I definitely understand your concern and I apologize for all the frustration. Verizon Wireless has a strong customer commitment to delivering the best from our service and staff. I am disappointed to hear the service you received did not reflect this commitment.

    I received an email stating my wireless bill is ready. First, I have already paid the full amount for my previous bill. And second, I am in the middle of my current billing cycle. I checked My Verizon account and I am paid in full. Why did I receive this email? Is the email a mistake?

    I am thinking this is a system fluke.
    I went in and paid on line and days later the email came to my phone stating the same amount I already paid.
    However the payment was posted immediately and shows a zero balance and the text message came right away after the payment.
    I think its just a screw up in sending out the notice of your bill being ready. They send to me at 1 AM in the morning.

    Since the new iOS 8.0.1 update I found that when I log into find my iPhone i then get an email saying: Your Apple ID was used to sign into Find My iPhone. It then proceeds to tell me what device it was (my one at this time) and the date and time. I do not want this setting on. I have looked into it and can't find the option to switch it off. This gives a potential thief the notification that the device is being tracked which is certainly NOT a good idea. Please help!!!!

    What a stupid update! Let's just hope I or anyone else doesn't lose their devices! Hopefully Apple will sort this out and give us the option to turn this setting off!

  • Why did I get an email from the fraud dept saying my order is on hold, told to call a number, and then told by dept it's not true?

    I placed an order to upgrade my phone yesterday, and the order went through, I was told the new phone would arrive Thursday. After I got home from work today I saw an email from Verizon that says "Dear Customer:
    Verizon Fraud Prevention Team is currently reviewing the following order on your wireless account. Please call the Verizon Fraud Prevention Team at 888-483-7200 option 3, press 1 to verify this Order."
    I called this number immediately, since I need this phone ASAP, assuming it would just be a recording and I would have to verify an account number or something. But instead, after following the instructions, I was put on hold because I needed to speak to someone in person. After several instances of my call being cut off after being on hold for at least half an hour, I finally got through after three hours and was able to speak to a fraud representative. I gave her my info and told her the problem and she told me I had called the wrong department. Instead of the fraud department, I needed the online order department. She transferred me, and I waited on hold again. When the representative from the online order dept picked up, she first told me if it was a fraud issue I'd need to speak with the fraud dept - who had JUST transferred me to her. After this, she said that my order is not on hold, because it hasn't even been processed yet or had the credit check done. When I asked if this meant I hadn't needed to call at all, she said yes. Is this actually true or is there a chance that there's an issue with my order I don't know about? If there is no issue, these emails really shouldn't be sent out, they're incredibly misleading, and I've wasted a whole lot of time and experienced an incredible amount of anxiety for no reason.

    Hi.  I checked on the order and it says the order is currently being processed and I should check back tomorrow. I'm mostly just concerned because I got an email saying the order was on hold, and I want to make sure it actually does go through and I'm not just waiting for a delivery that's not going to come. We are on a 20mb broadband connection and there is around 20 people using computers at my work but when I start my Adobe Cloud Product update or when I try and download my Adobe Cloud Product everyone at my work looses their internet connection and so do I. But the update keeps downloading and installing.

    I am sorry FooWingLi but the difficulties you are describing sounds more like a local network configuration issue.  I would recommend working with your I.T. department to investigate this matter.

    It means that your machine does not meet the system requirements for InDesign.  Check the system requirements for InDesign against those of your machine to see where your machine comes up short.

    Hi! Im using a macbook Pro 17,5 and I´ll have one audio input and one mic input! But Im using only the audio input with my iphone 5 headset and using the mic from that headset!

    You should post in the Skype forums. However I would presume that Skype needs a WiFi network not a 3GS network to function.

    10.6.8 here, MacBook Pro. Comcast. Mail  freeze ups. Occasional warnings to use "Log Out" under the Apple icon.
    Disk Repair run several times. Shows lots of Java  "remote" issues.

    Hi Lisa,
    I know from experience that this must be a frustrating situation for you especially if you don't want to loose the music/video content that is currently on your ipod. Unfortunately though you may have to consider re-syncing it as it thinks its currently synced with another computer.
    If you bought any music that is on the ipod through itunes you can opt to right click the ipod in itunes and 'transfer purchases' if you authorise your library in the 'Store' menu in itunes. Some reasons for this happening may include some of the following:
    Deleting and reinstalling your itunes on the computer.
    Removing the account you had on the computer you used itunes in and making a new one. (User account, eg: Lisa).
    Changing computers in the past.
    A friend or family member syncing it on their computer to give you there music.
    A sign of a failing iPod.
    Alternatively you can opt to not sync it and keep the music that is on your ipod there but this means you will never be able to update your ipod.
