Agent Software

Question

hello all,
I want to install agent11 software i was download it form the below link:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/oem/grid-control/downloads/agentsoft-090381.html (on solaris platform)
and try to install it after unzip the file and go to response directory and edit additional_agent.rsp( all the entries its correct and the oms_host its running and there is no problem on it).
when i try to install it
./runInstaller -silent -responseFile /oracle/app/oracle/product/9.2.0.1.0/sysman/agent_download/solaris/response/additional_agent.rsp
i have this error

thank you for replay
yes i was added it to /etc/hosts (make ping and telnet to check the port and there is no problem)
the response file have the correct oms_port i taked it from the oms_host (./emctl status oms -details)
