AGPM - Changed password on AD account - now can't connect to AGPM server - SPN issue?

I inherited a kind of complicated AD structure.
There is an AGPM server in our forest root - AGPMServer.example.biz.  The AGPM service is running as example\AGPM.  If I log onto the server that hosts AGPM, I can connect no problem.
My workstation is in us.example.biz.  I have AGPM installed on my workstation pointing to AGPMServer.example.biz.  I had no problems connecting until a few days ago.  Now I get the following error - 
Failed to connect to the AGPM Server.  The following error occurred: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.  system.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException (80131501)
From what I can gather, this is an authentication failure.
us.example.biz ALSO has an AGPM service account, us\AGPM.  I reset the password on this account shortly before I started having the issues connecting, so I am pretty sure they are related.
us\AGPM has 2 SPNs - AGPMServer/AGPMServer.example.biz/us.example.biz and AgpmServer/AGPMServer.example.biz/example.biz.
When I attempt to connect to AGPM Server from my workstation, it fails twice, so I think it is attempting each of the 2 SPNs.
Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to get the authentication to work again?  I haven't made any changes in example.biz or to the example\AGPM account.  I don't know how to get it to connect again.
Any help is appreciated.

  • PAP2 - Can't connect to login server

    I have been using localphone.com with a PAP2 for the last few month. Last night, I bought another phone and tried to connect to the PAP2. I enabled line 2 and copied all settings from line 1 but it did not work, registration state of both lines is Can't connect to login server.
    I then unable line 2 and undo all the settings, for some reason, line 1 is now Can't connect to login server.
    Please help.

    It seems like I have to restart the ADSL router in order to get the PAP to log in to the server. Few hours ago, I restarted the router, and I can see it logged in. I thought the problem is now resolved, turned off the PC and went out. When I came back, the PAP lost it connection to server again. I tried a rebooting it a few times but nothing happened. Then I tried rebooting thie ADSL router, now the PAP is logged in.

    Welcome to the Apple Support Community!
    It sounds like your Apple ID is used for both the iTunes & App Stores and iCloud. If you edited that Apple ID before signing out of the iCloud on your devices, it may be necessary to edit the Apple ID back to the original email account so that you can sign out of iCloud. Once signed out, you can edit the Apple ID back to the new email account and sign back in. Please use the attached article for further information.
    If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud
    Change your Apple ID temporarily
    If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
    Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
    Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
    Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
    Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
    Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
    Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
    Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.

    See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787.  (Your iCloud ID is also an Apple ID.)  If you don't have access to your old email account and can't use security question authentication to reset your password, you'll have to do one of the following to turn off Find My iPhone so you can chang the iCloud account on your phone:
    If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You should then be able to turn off Find My iPhone with your password. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back and change your primary email address and iCloud ID back to the way it was.  You will then be able to go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current ID and password to reconnect to your iCloud account.
    If you don't have access to your old email address, you will have to contact Apple to get them to reset the password for it so you can disable Find My iPhone and sign into your iCloud account.  You will have to prove your identity to them in order to do so.  You can either contact iTunes support for assistance with this (https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html), or contact Apple Support (http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/).

  • When setting up new godaddy pop mail account, I get this error: Internet Accounts preferences can't connect to the account

    Trying to set-up new godaddy mail account. Walked through it with the godaddy rep, so the settings are correct. It is a pop account and I merely want it to function within Mail. (I have other accounts like it that work with no problem.) However, when I try to go online with the account, I get this error message: "Internet Accounts Preferences can't connect to the account..." It then prompts me to enter the password for the account and says it is "Unable to verify account or password."
    Godaddy says it is an Apple Mail issue because the account works fine in their Workspace. I sent test messages and when I login at godaddy, the messages are there. However, for some reason, Mail won't connect to it. Any ideas?

    Yes. The account is there. There's just a verification with password issue. I had to change my password at Godaddy to include caps, special character, etc., and reinstall the account. Then I had to tweet the settings a bit. But think I have it resolved. Thanks.

    belive it or not this worked for me:
    “Go to Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again or press the button from Passbook. If you get an error message, go back to the Settings app and change Date and Time > Set Automatically back to On. Then go back and try again.”
    please note that when you go to app store when you change time to future go through passbook / and close the app then and then wehn you set time back to auto go back to app store through passbook and it will work then close it and then normal app store icon will work form now on
