Air.NativeWindow.notifyUser is not object

Question

Hello,
I am using Dreamweaver CS3 with the air plugin. I am trying
to make a simple program to flash the window. However I cannot
access any of the air classes. I am including the AIRAliases.js,
but those objects are null. Here is the error I get:
TypeError: Value undefined (result of expression
air.NativeWindow.notifyUser) is not object
My javascript is very simple:
function alertWindow(msg)
setTimeout(function(){ blinkit() },10000);
function blinkit(){
document.getElementById('box').innerHTML = 'alerted';
air.NativeWindow.notifyUser(air.NotificationType.CRITICAL);
//window.runtime.flash.display.NativeWindow.notifyUser('critical');
The timeout is simply so I have time to unfocus the window.
Can Anyone please help?

Thanks, that worked for windows. But now I need something to
work on mac. I still can't access the air objects for
air.DockIcon.bounce('critical') or
window.runtime.flash.desktop.DockIcon.bounce('critical'). Are there
any other alternate ways to access this?
