Alligning Text coming from a package

Question

Hi Everyone, I have about ten reports With Boilerplate text address, Now the address as changed and instead of changing all the reports in the future, I have decided to write a package with the adddress and call it from function in the report. However, the address is not aligned. The package spec is as below.
CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE ADRRESS_PKG AS
v_ADDRESS CONSTANT VARCHAR2(1000) := 'ATTN: Some Company
COST - Benefit
6th Floor, Mole Tower,
10030 - 107 St,
Lagos,NJ T5J 3E4';
FUNCTION get_address RETURN VARCHAR2;
END ADRRESS_PKG
I want the address exactly like the above in the report. In the report data model, the function I created is
function CF_ADDRESSFormula return Char is
v_address varchar2(1000);
begin
select ADRRESS_PKG.v_ADDRESS INTO v_ADDRESS from dual;
RETURN(v_ADDRESS);
end;
The address is showing up, but I cannot align it. Please advice

Thanks Lalitk for your response, I did this but did not work. Its like written address in a particular format. I want the address in the report in this format.
ATTN: Some Company
COST - Benefit
6th Floor, Mole Tower,
10030 - 107 St,
Lagos,NJ T5J 3E4;
ATTN: company name the address in the above format.
