Anchors and Section Headings

I'm currently building a single scroll porfolio site using anchors and thumbnails to scroll to specific content on my site. I'd like to create a section heading for each of the major sections on my site that changes when your in viewing content within a specific section of the site.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about: http://mdff.ca/
You'll notice if you click to the filmography section, the title on the right changes. It also changes if you just continue to scroll down to a given section. Is it possible to create something similar to this in Muse or perhaps with some additional coding on my part?

HI. Itsvery easy. You must create "anchors" in your page, and then link to them with a custom menu or hyperlinks.
1. To create an anchor, simply click on the anchor symbol that you can find in control panel.
2. Place the anchor where you want and give it a unique name. Repeat the process as many time you need.
3. Create a custom menu, a button , or a text. Under the hyperlink menu in control panel now you will find the possibility to link at the anchors you created.

Why do my Section headings change colour in Portrait preview mode?

Hi all, hope you can help me.
When previewing a book i have in development, the section headings turn red from the blue i've previously set. I'm very new to using iBA and an iPad 2, so i'm assuming it's something i've overlooked.

Maybe the LaunchServices plist is messed up. You might try this:
To reset all of your files to open with the original default application, you need to delete a certain file. Go to your user folder, and navigate into the Library folder then into the Preferences folder. Find the com.apple.LaunchServices.plist file, and drag it to the Trash. Alternatively, drag it to the Desktop if you think you might change your mind and want to put it back later.
Over time, you may find that the Open With menu gets cluttered with duplicates, older versions or applications you thought you deleted long ago. To get rid of these, you need to use Terminal. Open up Terminal (from Applications/Utilities) and paste the following line:
/System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServic es.framework/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
Press return and your Open With menu should have been cleaned up to only include the most current applications.

Problem with business place and section code in miro screen

hi experts,
i have done the following config. for validate the b/place and section code at the time of invoice and payment.
in prerequisite-com.code=l001 and (posting key=31 or posting key=29 or posting key=21
in check-business place=1001 and section code=1001
by this config. in t code fv60 and f-48 b/place and section code showing mandatory but in miro screen w/o b/place and section code system alowing to save the entry.
please suggest me where i am wrong and what to do next?

i have written the condition as follows
in prerequisite:bseg-bukrs=l001 and (bseg-bschl=31 or bseg-bschl=29 or bseg-bschl=21)
in check:bseg-bupla=1001 and bseg-secco=1001
by doing this in fv60 and f-48 screen is not allowing to post w/o b/place and section code but in miro screen system allow me to post w/o b/place . if i validate the miro screen then after giving the b/place it is not allowing me to post the same and giving the error message which i have created.
how to solve this problem?
please suggest me and please give me the steps.

Not able to edit the words "chapter" and "section" in the document workflow

Hi all,
I would like to point out something that could be a bug. The 2 words "chapter" and "section" are not editable in the document workflow: I can just change the title for each chapter and the title for each section, but I am not able to change the words "chapter" and "section".
The problem is, iBooks Author is using the words "chapter" and "section" (heading 1) to build the TOC: if I am using iBooks Author in English, but I am writing a text in French, I am not able to change "Chapter" into "Chapitre". The only way to go, what I found out, is to close the app, change the OSX Lion system language, log out, re-open iBooks Author and start a new book: opening an English book in the French version of iBooks Author will not change automatically the language in the workflow.
Does anybody has a trick to edit the words "chapter" and "section"?

Thank you, but it's still in english.
I changed to "only number", then wrote the word "chapter" in french or italian or german before the number, then deleted the preview on the iPad and made a new preview, I still have the same result: the word "chapter" is still in the language of the app.
To be clear: I am writing a text using iBooks Author in italian. I have to translate the same text in french, the fastest way would be to rework the italian version (I already have all the multimedia stuff inside). I changed the italian word "Capitolo" (chapter) to the french one "Chapitre" (using the advices of AodhFFXI and K T). And for the first slide of the chapter that's fine.
But if I "close down" the first chapter slide or if I click on the top left botton to go to the chapter TOC, there I still have the word in italian, even if the word has been deleted in the layout:

Trouble with anchor and reference attributes combined with a Correlation ID

Greetings, I'm a little green on FIM and looking for some advice.
We have an HR system where we store the information on Contractors, Interns, and Employees.
The business process for converting Contractors and Interns to Employees is to terminate the Contractor and re-hire as an Employee. This gives us a different employee number for the "live" entry in the HR system.
Also, there is a "Supervisor No" attribute that is a Reference attribute for their manager. This is their employee number.
What do I do in FIM? If the Employee number is the anchor, won't the system consider the employee a new object? Is there a way to connect the new employee record to the metaverse object that was a contractor or intern, and update the anchor attribute (the
new employee number)?
I was thinking of using a different custom field in the HR system as the FIM_Sync. But just realized that if this became the anchor, then no managers would connect since the Supervisor No is an Employee number.

I read some of the articles on Correlation ID that are in the 2003 version of MIIS the TechNet library. So a follow up question would be what happens between the CS and MV when the HR object changes.. Assuming I have this FIM_Sync attribute to be my
Correlation ID.
Contractor is created. Employee ID is anchor and FIM_Sync field is populated.
New object in CS
Projected into MV
Provisioned out to AD and other systems, but they don't have the FIM_Sync attribute in their schema.
Business Event.. Contactor converted to Employee:
Contractor in HR system terminated (employment_state) and FIM_Sync entry removed.
Employee record created in HR system and FIM_Sync value populated with what it was in the contractor record
New Employee object in CS
Does Contractor get disconnected?
Does the Employee CS object get joined to existing MV object?

At one of my previous projects we solved the same scenario as following:
1. That was not a fully automatic process.
2. Once we receive event that Contractor is terminated in HR, we put that user in "Terminated Contractors" set, disabling his active accounts, where the object resides for 30 days (business policy) before his accounts are removed from target systems.
3. There's a custom workflow which triggers a notification to administrators if the following criteria are met:
Name/Surname of fresh Employee are equal to one of the members of "Terminated Contractors" set
Employee record from HR came within a week after Contractor's termination date (also, a business policy, agreed at customer's level. HRs are lazy and not necessarily process that transfer same day).
4. IAM Administrator contacts HR to ensure that persons in question are actually the same one. Upon confirmation, manual join is made. Once object is joined, Correlation ID is written back to HR (actually, a buffer database acting as HR source) to ensure
that the join can be made automatically.
We faced several problems, though, which are beyond the scope of FIM itself:
1. HRs were creating Employee record before terminating Contractor's one. A major pain, since new accounts are created, et cetera.
2. HRs were creating Employee records too late (that's why we set a "timeout" for a week, initially it was two days)
3. We had a case once when Contractor was terminated and new Employee came with the same name, but those were different people and HR application doesnt allow to differentiate "contractor fired" and "contractor moves to employee" events. That's why we had
to stick to a manual and documented procedure.

How to make Row and Column headings bold in 2004s Web template

I have created a web template which has 3 queries.
I would like to achieve the following
1> Bold the column heading and row headings.
2> Delete the space between the three reports(right now there is some space)
3> Align the columns on top of each other so that it looks like a continuous report.
(I know how to suppress the column headers on the 2 reports which are at the bottom)
Is this possible in 2004s???
With Table interface class gone in 2004s--is stylesheet modification the only way to go????
Please provide me with steps to achieve the above.

However I was only able to see the modules for Column Width, Negative number and Document Content.
Is there any other module as well to change Column heading ?Its not mentioned in the documentation.

TOC and Sections in a Page Layout document?

Is it possible to have a TOC and Sections in a Page Layout document?

Create a new, preceding document section, apart from your other document sections. Click in this empty document section, and then Insert > Table of Content > Document.

Too small anchor and direction point size!

Is there a way to increase the size of anchor and direction points, at least as in Illustrator?
I think they are much to small for a comfortable work.

How can I keep my row and column headings fixed on the screen while I scroll through the rest of a large spreadsheet?

Choose Freeze Header Rows in the Table Format pane.

Whilst writing, too many instances of the coloured wheel rotating, nothoing showing on screen, suddenly whole sentences appear. Very irritating, so how can I stop this ?

About the colored wheel issue: does this happen in all applications in which you are typing? Are you doing other things in that app at the same time. For instance, if Safari is one of the problematic apps, are you also downloading at the same time? I have seen this issue a few times - very rarely - and have found that a restart usually gets things back to normal. I'm not sure if this will be a helpful workaround for you, but it has had some success.

Hiding row and column headings in excel

How do I head the row and column headings in excel in docs to go? I have a Q10 and there just isn't enough screen space to also have the letters across the top, and the numbers down the side. How do I get rid of them so I just have the actual spreadsheet itself?
Desktop excel does have this functionality.

I'm an experienced Excel user trying to learn Numbers....help!
So, I have a spreadsheet that I just exported to PDF after which all row and column headings disappeared! No idea why this would be or how to get them back short of closing and re-opening the file....please help.

Move the table away from the top of the sheet, leaving a larger white space at the top and see how that works for you when you export or print.

Mobility Anchor and AAA Overide VLAN Assignment

Hello,
I read some document 2 years ago that dynamic VLAN assignment was not possible with Anchored WLANs. Please I would like to know if this is now possible. The network setup would be as follows:
1. Foreign and Anchor WLC (5508) with single SSID for both guest and internal users
2. Cisco ISE 1.2 performing AAA override with VLAN tag based on AD group. Guest will go to VLAN for guest after web authentication.
Please a speedy response would be helpful.

We have been running an anchor with VLAN override for out Guest services. Works well. VLAN needs to be defined on both the anchor and foreign. We are running 7.6.120 code.

Web Auth using 5760 Guest Anchor and ISE

I am trying to deploy a new guest wireless solution using a 3650s as the MA, a 5760 as the MC, and a 5760 as the guest anchor. ISE is being used as the guest auth server.
When no auth requirements are set on the guest wlan, everything works fine. I get an IP address and can get to the internet, VPN, etc. As soon as I enter the security web-auth command on the wlan, my client drops and goes into an Acquiring IP Address state. When I check the client on the controller, it is in a Policy Manager State of START.
As soon as I remove the security web-auth commamd from the wlan, I connect right up. It is my understanding that in guest, the client gets an IP address first in order to get redirected to the spoofed external web page, in my case ISE.
Any thoughts on what I am missing on my guest anchor, or MA config? Do I need to make any changes to the wlan on the MC? Any documentation about the relationship between the MA, MC, and guest anchor would be appreciated, I am not 100% sure which devices are required to have the client reach the guest anchor and get connected.
