I have a theory. You don’t want to controll your car, you want to controll somebody who is driving the car. Volvo XC 60 is a nice family car, usually used by married men between age of 35-45, probably with small children, so it’s very unlikely that you want to controll your teanage kid, mainly because probably even if you would give him/her to drive the car in the neighborhoud, I don’t think that he/she would be „several hundred miles away”… If your child is not young teneage anymore, and he/she has his/her own life, but you want to control him/her, that is sick… So I am convinced that you want to controll your husband who probably travelling often! That would be between the you and the carrier that you have the contract with. In the past, I was able to purchase only one month of service from AT&T. Not sure what carrier you have or what contract you have, but you would have to cancel it with them.

Yes, the email addresses need to be unique to each device. You may use the same Apple ID on each device, but the email address used by each device needs to be different.

Duplicate your book and try to change the theme in the copy. Chnaging the theme may change the layout of your text fileds. That is why you need the copy to be able to compare the pages before and after.
Ctrl-click the book in the Source list and select "Duplicate".
Click the "Change Theme" button in the upper right corner of the Book pane, make sure, you have the same theme selected and the same size. Click Hardcover.

You can use an USB stick to transfer the saved bookmarks file to the new computer.<br />
You can also copy the places.sqlite file from that computer to have the bookmarks and the history.

You can't.
Messages - the replacement for iChat in Mountain Lion and beyond will do Screen Sharing but only to the accounts it did in iChat 5 and 6 (actually it includes iChat 4 as well)
That is to say in earlier version of iChat you could login to AIM and Jabber servers as well as enabling the Bonjour option to chat on your LAN.
All these will do Video and Audio only chats which in turn means they will Screen Share.
At iChat 6 an Yahoo option was added but it can only Text chat (it can't even send Files or Pics)
This means only the Internet able accounts that login in to AIM or to a Jabber server can Video and therefore Screen Share.
The iMessages account will Invoke FaceTime if you use the Video icon during text chat. (I.e. it is not Video inside the app like the AIM or Jabber accounts can do)
NOTE.
AIM includes Apple Issued Apple ID as Valid AIM Screen Names.
Google Mail ID s can be used and Google Talk IDs with Messages as they run a Jabber server.
Facebook allow you to create a Chat ID (Facebook Chat ID) which is also a Jabber server.

In addition to johngrussel's suggestion the delete key by itself will run the Remove from Album comand.
Note that's the delete key with no modifier.Command-delete will delete the version from the project.
