Using an LG G3 I started having an issue this afternoon at about 1PM PST. First I noticed that my texts did not appear to be going. They would sit in the "Sending" status for several minutes. Then, it started being reported that my texts were being delivered twice or three times.

Yes mine happened after the last update as well. However I did do a factory reset which temporarily fixed the issue but after a few weeks it came back. I finally called the warranty center at 1-866-466-5154. I told the first rep it started after the update texts sending being delayed and I mentioned the factory reset already performed. I don't know the password to this email address that's why I changed the rescue email to a new one. But on the name, ID and email address page it has both updated emails on there

You will have to contact iTunes Support and tell them you have forgotten your Security Questions and need them reset. They will respond to you by email, usually within 24 hours. Here are two links to contact iTunes Support:

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Make sure you have the correct Security Code.
Then click: Done

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

My iMessage says sending and i dont get messages back

When i send a imessage, it says its sending for about 10 minutes and then i have to hard reset my phone or it will just keep saying its sending. But, it actually sends to the person and when they send an imessage back i never receive it because on my phone it still says my message is sending. this happens with normal text messages too. so after i hard reset my phone its back to normal until about an hour later when my messages stop sending again so im probably resetting my phone 10 times a day and im never getting messages back, how do i fix this????

You'll have to reset them. Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click on manage your account on the right, sign in, click on Password and Security on the left, look for the link to reset your security questions to the right. This will send a reset email to your rescue email address.
