Anmeldung mit bestehender Adobe ID auf Digital Edition nicht möglich

Hallo Leute, ich habe bereits Adobe Edition auf einem Computer. Nun hab ich mir einen weiteren PC gekauft und möchte dort auch Digital Edition installieren. Die Installation hat gut geklappt aber ich kann mich nicht mit meiner Adobe ID anmelden. Habt ihr eine Ahnung warum?

Wie kann ich meine bestehende Adobe ID auf ein weiteres Gerät (Tolino) transferieren?

Ich versuche seit Tagen meine bestehende Adobe ID auf meinen Tolino zu bekommen. Gehe direkt mit dem Tolino ins Internet, kann auch Seiten aufrufen, jedoch die Einwahl funktioniert nicht. Kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung. Mit meinem PC geht das ohne Probleme.
Eigentlich wollte ich nur ein Buch lesen.

Da es sich wohl um en Internetproblem mit deiner Hardware handelt, solltest Du ein Forum aussuchen, das genau diesen Bereich abdeckt. Da wird Dir hier niemand helfen können.

it was working fine at the first time , till i turn off my computer.
It stopped working after I turn back on my computer.

What operating system are you using? Besides rebooting your computer and reinstalling the software have you tried any other steps? If you are using a Windows based operating system you may want to try running in selective startup to see if there is a conflicting application or service which might be interfering with Adobe Digital Editions.

sofern Ihr Kennwort Umlaute enthält, ändern Sie dieses bitte einmal in etwas anders ab. Ich konnte das Verhalten einmal bei einer Bekannten in Verbindung mit Digital Editions nachstellen.

PS CS3 uns AE CS3 aktivierung auf neuem iMac nicht möglich

ich habe einen neuen iMac 21" und die Daten von dem alten iMac migriert. Nun kann ich PS CS3 und AE CS3 nicht mehr aktivieren. Bei dem Versuch es über das Internet zu tun, kommt die Meldung "keine Verbindung".
Die 7 Tage sind schon rum.. was kann ich tun?

ich habe heute PS CS3 mit Hilfe einer Kollegin (Manja Kügler im Chat) von ihnen auf dem neuen Mac aktiviert, über den Punkt telefonische Aktivierung. Das hat super geklappt.
Mit After Effects CS3 geht das auch, nach ihrer Aussage.
Sie brauchen nur die Sereinnummer und die Aktivierungsnummer. Daraufhin gab sie mir einen Autorisierungscode.
Hier die Seriennummer: 1023-0046-1462-2509-5636-1057 After Effects CS3 professional.
Die Aktivierungsnummer: 2829-1191-0792-9742-4033-2721-6550-4959
Es wäre nett, wenn sie mir die Autorisierungsnummer zusenden können.

Migration geht bei Adobe-Produkten nicht. Die musst Du schon vom Originaldatenträger installieren.
Zudem habe ich Zweifel, dass CS3 mit Deinem neuen Mac und dessen OS kompatibel ist. Da wirst Du wohl upgraden müssen.

Kein Update auf einem Imac Ende 2009 / os 10.10.1. von lr 5.6 auf 5.7
Es kommt sofort eine Fehlermeldunf vom System und LR 5.7 startet nicht.
Erst nach löschen von LR 5.7 vom System und einem Aufspielen von Lr 5.6 steht das Programm bereit@

um doch noch zu einer Lösung zu kommen schlage ich vor, dass Sie sich an den Support - evtl. auch per Chat - wenden und den Leuten von Adobe vortragen. Wir hier sind "nur" Anwender, die versuchen zu helfen, wir sind jedenfalls keine Adobe-Angestellten.
Eine andere Möglichkeit wäre noch ein Eintrag in das sog. Feature Request/Bug Report Form, hier der Link: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform (nur englischsprachig).

Adobe ID and Digital Edition 2.0

My downloaded ebook from Human Kinetics won't open. It asks for an Adobe ID but does not recognize mine. I reset my password and got a confirmation email but Adobe digital Edition 2.0 keeps saying that it's an invalid password. I know the password is correct because it's the same one I just used to log on here.

Need to ask in the Digital Editions forum. They'll know better than we will.

iMac Intel running OS 10.6.8 I downloaded purchased books from Google Play/Books in EPUB and PDF. They are encrypted (.pdf.acsm). Adobe Digital Editions reader will not add them to my library because, I suspect, my computer is authorized with an Adobe ID that uses a now defunct email address. I have updated my ID on the Adobe web site, redownloaded and reinstalled Adobe Digital Editions but my computer remains authorized to the old Adobe ID. How do I decrypt these purchased books and read them in Adobe Digital Editions on my computer?

Ok so, I finally managed to remove the failed activation and then I reactivated after which I could read the ebook.
I used this method here: I can't de authorize my computer. It just keeps saying to try again later.
to deactivate, and then repeated the activation process.
Adobe, surely many many people have this problem with a new install, and to have to resort to editing the registry in order to fix it is just madness.
Why does the activation fail the first time, and why then does deactivation also fail? PLEASE FIX YOUR PRODUCTS.

Is Adobe serious about Digital Editions or is it going extinct?

ADE is lagging further and further behind as iBooks keeps getting better and better - the complete propagation across Apple devices, the ease of use of color coded highlighting and notes, the layout, the links, the ability to copy then paste with automatic citation is awesome. We provide DRM protected content and ADE has been our recommended eReader. Our customers are in technology fields and yet find the entire process of working with ADE clunky and confusing; the complaints I see in the ADE forum are issues we field routinely - the acsm files, the separate mobile readers, the Adobe ID and other download problems. We have to deal with students who've waited to the last minute to study for an exam and then contact us in a total panic when the eBook they purchased months before no longer opens because of some syncing issue or OS update or equipment change. There are a lot of amazing Adobe products and Adobe Cloud is fantastic, but I need to know if I need to start looking for an alternative to ADE, or if Adobe's going to be releasing an updated version of ADE with it's own mobile version that allows for all the things people want - color coded hightlighting, notes, complete propagation across all their devices - in the immediate future, i.e., within the next 3 months. Thanks.

It's sad that Adobe have managed to make such a mess of their DRM,
with a second rate DRM infrastructure and third rate software (and that's even ignoring the lack of features you mention).
In an area where things ought to be easy even for very inexperienced users, they have made a monstrosity that is difficult for professionals.
I guess you are librarian in some technical education; it is the librarians in the public libraries I have most sympathy and admiration for in their attempts to help thier users.
Adobe don't seem to have any interest in improving it, bugs in ADE2.0 they have know about for over two years remain unfixed.
It looks as if their team consists of design (0), development (1 part time trainee), product test (0).
The relative openness of the Adobe DRM makes it attractive over alternatives such as Kindle.
For example, very few libraries in the UK offer Kindle loans.
That is why I try to help others in its use, but it becomes more and more difficult to justify Adobe's attitude.
I guess they aren't making any profit and are allowing it to go extinct as you suggest.

Comme il s'agit d'un produit «gratuit» vous n'enregistrez pas avec Adobe.
Cependant, parce qu'il est utilisé pour lire des livres électroniques de DRM, vous ne devez enregistrer votre compte Adobe avec ADE (Digital Editions)
Pour ce faire, l'utilisation Bibliothèque / Aide / Autoriser l'ordinateur dans ADE, et entrez votre compte Adobe email / mot de passe.
Parfois, l'enregistrement se confond et vous obtenez des messages d'erreur obscurs:
dans ce cas, vous devez radier (ctrl-shift-D, cmd-shift-D sur Mac) d'abord, puis essayez à nouveau d'enregistrer.

As it is a 'free' product you do not register it with Adobe.
However, because it is used to read DRM eBooks, you do need to register your Adobe account with ADE (Digital Editions)
You do this use Library/Help/Authorize Computer within ADE, and enter your Adobe account email/password.
Sometimes the registration gets confused and you get obscure error messages:
in this case you need to deregister (ctrl-shift-D, cmd-shift-D on Mac) first, and then try again to register.

Authorizing Adobe Digital Editions

Just bought new laptop. Downloaded Adobe Digital Editions. Tried to authorize. Received error message that same Adobe ID cannot be used on diff computer.
Not had this issue before since used ADE on both desktop and old laptop. Only have the one eMail address to use as Adobe ID.

              The one thing with Adobe Digital Edition is, it is for limited devices.
              When you tried to authorize your device with your adobe id of digital edition, it would have not worked.
              Not to worry, you can just through the de-authorize and re-authorize steps to keep your email address working for the device.
              In Adobe Digital Edition (ADE), if you press Ctrl+Shift+D (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+D (Mac) will remove the activation on your computer, and allow you to reactivate with a different ID or the same ID when you launch ADE again.
              Press "Ctrl+Shift+E", this will bring up the "Device Deactivation" dialog.
              Select your Reader and deactivate it.
              Unplug and replug your Reader
              The Device Authorization dialog should show up, and you can authorize again with your Adobe ID.
               In case if the above steps do not work, you can surely approach Adobe trained agents on adobe.com Monday to Friday on working hours and you will come out with smiling face.

Can't get adobe digital editions to run

I downloaded adobe.com/products/ digital editions but my computers says windows can't run it?? help - I have the lastest flash... ? (I have windows vista )

Here is what computer (Windows Vista) says when I try to run the program. "Adobe digital editions has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"
