Hi,
To access the MIDI ports you will need to call the Windows SDK. To send MIDI commands is relatively easy, here is an example that shows you how to send data to a MIDI controller or keyboard.
As far as input goes, this is the hard part. There are a series of functions that you need to call to open up the device, set some buffers and and possibly a callback to get notifications on the incoming data.
Reading MIDI data will not be an easy task, your best bet will be to implement this in a DLL and call that DLL in LabVIEW, there should be some code available o the web.

If we are using multiple match transforms and consolidate the final output we will use associate transform .
Let me explain with one example based on data quality blue prints for USA .
We have customer/vendor data .     We need to find the duplicates .
1. First we will find the duplicates on   Name and Address
2. Second we will find the duplicates on Name and Email
3. Third we will find the duplicates on Name and Phone
Here why we need to find the duplicates in multiple stages . If we are finding the duplicates on combination of Name, Address, Email and Phone we may not get proper duplicates   as we are finding the potential duplicates . That's why we are finding the duplicates on different combinations .
In this case we will get the different group numbers for each match combination . Each combination name is there .
We want to consolidate and give the group number to the whole set of duplicates . We will pass these 3 match groups to associative transform and generate the consolidated match group for the input data.
I hope you understand the concept .

OK, here's an quick example. Create a new Windows Forms application and add a ScatterGraph and a Label to the form. Add a cursor to the ScatterGraph, then add the code below to the form. This generates 50 random data points when the form is loaded and plots them, then uses the cursor's AfterMove event to display the current X and Y positions in the label. Here's the code:

Oracle ADF RichSelenium class - any examples on how to use this?

Digging around the net and found that there is a class for Selenium testing ADF Rich components, namely oracle.adf.view.rich.automation.selenium.RichSelenium located in oracle_common\modules\oracle.adf.view_11.1.1\adf-richclient-automation-11.jar.
I've been searching for half a day now and cannot find any example code on how to use RichSelenium class for the life of me.
There are examples of using Selenium with ADF (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/articles/adf/part6-094560.html) but not using RichSelenium.
Any lead or information would be highly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Is there any example snippet for XPath using namespace

Hi,
I have used XpathApi class to get the XML node matching my xpath that does not deal with namespaces and it works for me. However, it does not seem to work well when I construct the xpath with namespaces (probably I may be doing something wrong example: //ns:node1/@ns:attr1).
Can anyone give pointers or some example snippet or some links to handle Xpath with namespaces.
Also if there is any better approach (Classes or framework) for handing XPath with namespaces then please let me know.

Oracle SQLJ currently does not support the ForUpdate functionality - that's why you did not see any further mention in the documentation.
Though you can define iterators that implement the ForUpdate interface and write UPDATE/DELETE statements (UPDATE ... WHERE CURRENT OF :forUpdateIterator), you will receive an error during the profile customization that positioned updates are not supported.
In Oracle the workaround is to also select out a ROWID column in queries for update and then use WHERE rowid = :(iter.rowid()) instead of WHERE CURRENT OF :iter.
(One of these days, when SQLJ supports WHERE CURRENT OF, this would actually be what we'd do in an implementation of this feature.)

Any example for a MFC, WTL or Win32 without Measurement Studio?

It seems that NI wants you buy their Measurement Studio which can easily cost you a fortune. I am looking around a simple example for MFC, WTL without touching the measurement studio. But if you do not have measurement studio, NI only gives you very old examples in ANSI C which is difficult to implement to MFC or WTL. Apparently they want to increase their revenue by forcing you to buy the Measurement Studio. But I will not buy their hardware in the future if this is their strategy.
Anyone successfully implement the ANSI C example to MFC or WTL without measurement studio? Can you share an example?

Im a little confused with this request in general. What development environment are you using? Visual Studio? Also, what language are you coding in? We provide C, C#, VB.net, and legacy VB6 examples with our DAQmx driver that do not require measurement studio. They can be found in documents\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples
Now forgive me if Im misinformed about this, but MFC and WTL are just libraries that have some of the windows API wrapped into them, correct? If so, I dont see how interfacing with them is any different than interfacing with any other library, or why this would cause issues with doing DAQ calls. If you need help with the MFC or WTL library, there are many good places to find help with on the internet. MSDN, codeproject.com, and many others come up as having examples of using MFC in various projects.
The MS examples dont install withough MS because they wouldnt be able to be used because they use libraries that are installed with measurement studio, so they would be nonfunctional and largely useless.

Any example for ENQUEUE_ARRAY for JMS compatible messages?

Is there any examples of using ENQUEUE_ARRAY with messages that are compatible with JMS? either a VARRAY or NESTED TABLE of JMS content?
I have an after insert trigger that propagates to JMS and in the for each row loop I'd much rather enqueue as a batch than for each individual message.
It's hard enough getting JMS compatible content working where you are enqueuing just a single message but just what's involved to get this working with batches of JMS compatible messages?

Thanks for the response. I already looked at the link and a few other links in this forum that are related to array inserts/updates. However, I could not find answers to my specific questions. I am specifically concerned with the setup of parameters to the API calls (OCIBindByName and OCIBindArrayOfStruct) that fully reflects the two-dimensional nature of the array of structs that I am trying to insert.
Moreover, I need to set the data type of the columns to be inserted as SQLT_STR. I think this data type requires the programmer to supply the length of the null terminated C strings as well. If we are inserting just one column, we can provide the length of each of the strings to be inserted into a VARCHAR2 column as part of a OCIBind call, for each of those columns.
Since in an array insert, we are supplying multiple rows at the same time, how do we supply the lengths of strings to be inserted ? Should it be some form of two-dimensional array ?
I could not get clear answers to these questions from either the Oracle documentation or the links on this forum. May be the answers are there and I am just missing them ?

Any example code for WVD spectrogram in labview ?

I heve been trying to implement the WVD spectrogram in my vi with no luck. Can't find any examples on how to do it.

Look at the Functions palette >> Analyze >> Signal Processing >> Frequency Domain >> WVD Spectrogram.vi.
This is in LV 7.1.1 Full.
The WVD uses a different kernel than the Fourier transform and works well with rapidly changing signals. The major disadvantage is the large amount of spurious signal that appears in the spectrogram.
