Anybody having trouble with their iPhone after updating to 4.3.2? My phone is slow to react when I try to get out of an app, or it actually locks up.
After updating to 4.3.2 my phone is either sluggish when changing apps or non-responsive. I have tried sync'ing and turning the phone off and on, doesn't make any difference.
Have you tried a hard reset?
Hold the power and home button at the same
Wait until the screen goes black and the white Apple logo comes up on the screen.
DO NOT release the buttons until the white Apple logo comes up on the screen.

If you mean you are having trouble activating your iPhone after

Generally this is a sign that the iPhone had previously been
hacked/modified/jailbroken and the update relocked it to the
original wireless carrier. If this is the case, only that wireless

I am having trouble with my iphone, I updated it and when I turned on the screen the ituns and USB icon appear. I've tried to restore it but it sends me to the ituns icon right away and I dont know what to do.

Is anybody having trouble with your ringer after installing OS 6.0 and using the new GPS system?
The good (?) news is many people are have OS 6.0.1 wifi problems.
I could not connect to my home network. What eventually worked for me (twice now), though it makes no sense, is to go to the particular connection you want to use, hit the little blue arrow on the right to get the details screen. Scroll down to the bottom and change "HTTP Proxy" from "None" to "Auto". Then leave the "URL" field that pops up blank.
This should not work. However, it has for me where many other suggestions have not.

HT3529 Is anyone having trouble with their iMessage since updating to iOS 6?
Ever since I updated my phone to iOS 6 I have had trouble getting my iMessages to work. I have wifi signal but when I try to send an iMessage it will not send and I cannot recieve any either. I didn't have any trouble before I updated my OS. Does anyone have any idea's on how I can fix this? I've tried resetting my phone and removing and readding my email address in the Settings; General; Messages; Send & Recieve. That worked for a few hours then it stoped working again.
I am stationed in Africa right now and I would use it all the time to stay in contact with my family back home.I have this same problem....was hoping maybe it was just my music library today so I could listen to some music but it happens with pandora too ..... Sure hope they send a fix quickly!

Is anyone else having trouble with their iPhone on any kind of speakers?
Just last night, my iPhone 3gs just decided to stop working on any kind of speakers, iHome or other brands. I've plugged my phone into multiple speakers, and my phone will say that it's charging, and the power button to the speakers will say that the speakers are on, but my phone doesn't really register that it's connected to speakers. Whenever I hit play, my iPhone speakers play the music, not the speakers of the iHome. But whenever I plug my iPod classic into any of the speakers, the speakers work just fine. I'm thinking this must be an issue with the recent 4.1 update, but I don't know.
Does anyone know if there's anything I can do to solve this problem?Yes, we all are having this problem. Search for Sony+iPhone and you'll see the threads. I have a Sony clock radio that used to work fine, now it's just a giant charger since applying OS4. Some people have got it to work by doing a hard reset so no apps are running except iPod. This didn't work for me though, and I used to also be able to play Pandora too before the upgrade.
BTW, I took my iPhone (it's a 3GS) to the Sony store and tried it on the models in the store. It worked with one of them, but not the others, so the newer ones might work. Not very useful if you've had one for a while though. -
Is anyone else having trouble with their keyboards after installing iOS 7.1?
A few days ago, when the update for iOS 7 came up for me to upgrade to 7.1, I went ahead and upgraded it. After that, my iPad's internal keyboard and the external one I got for it started lagging for no reason.
I contacted Apple about it and they said to wipe my iPad. After it came up, my internal Keyboard started working like normal again. (I haven't tried my external yet but I'm sure it'll work too.)
From there, I went ahead and restored my iPad from my iTunes... and the problem came back since my iTunes had 7.1 saved on it.
What I'd like to know is what happened and why did this happen and if anyone else has had the same problem as me?Try resetting the keyboard dictionary

As it is completely impossible to downgrade the OS on these S40 phones, you are left with no option other than bearing it up. You cannot play MP4 videos on your phone anymore. -
Anybody having trouble with their USB Superdrive?
Ok, sooo, the superdrive on my laptop has ceased receiving disks and the new external USB Superdrive I just got out of the box makes a very brief noise when I plug it into the computer but then also refuses to accept disks. Am I missing a step or is something out to get me? Thanks.
First contact the manufacturer of your new external drive and/or read the user manual. Should have a troubleshooting section.

Anyone else having trouble with their iPad dropping wifi about once a week since 6.0.1 update?
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

I have been having trouble with my iphone 4 for the past day . i tried to update it to 7.0.4 then the screen went blank and it keeps telling me to connect to itunes . I have connected it to 2 computers , using different cords and it doesnt recognize it . It says it is in recovery mode and i need to restore . after clicking restore it says that my iphone cannot be restored . I am very frustrated because i have been online searching for solutions all day and nothing seems to work . As soon as i turn on my phone it goes to the apple logo for about 2 seconds then the connect to itunes screen . SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ! my phone is my life and i need it back on .
Connect the device to iTunes and restore from the most current backup.
If the issue continues, restore as new. -
