Anybody know of a way to add or modify Accounting Periods through an API?

I am trying to import and modify Inventory Accounting Periods. Does anybody know of a way to do this through an API? I can't find an API to do this so I'm thinking that I might have to a direct insert. Thanks for the help.

I think that I have figured out a way for 3/4 to be solved. Some background on the problem is that the two Oracle instance are supposed to be in sync with one another. I am currently working on syncing the GL periods and INV periods. For GL periods, I have found GL_PERIODS_PKG.Load_Row for creation and GL_PERIODS_PKG.update_row for opening of a period. For INV, I am going to use CST_ACCOUNTPERIOD_PUB.open_period to do opening however I can't find a seeded creation procedure.

Does anybody know of a way to get PSX Emulator for iPhone 4s (iOS 7) w/ out jailbreak? Im trying to relive my childhood on my phone. I have the gameboy emulator and i know the date and time rule. I was just wondering if anybody knew a good place to get a psx emulator without having to jailbreak my device.
Also, does anybody on the off chance know a record-your-screen program for iOS 7 without a jailbreak? That would be much appreciated.

I think that the psx emulator is actually in the retroarch emulator.
Haven't tested it as of yet, because the download link isn't working.
I'm using the GBA emulator at the moment too but I'm pretty bored of it, I wanted to play final fantasy :(

Anybody Know of a Expanded Warp Add-in/Plugin?

I would like to find an addin that does exactly what the Warp
transform does, except it provides many more handles. The current
plugin provides only 2 handles (4 if you count the corners). Ideally
I would like to be able to define the number of handles, but just
giving a selection of discrete sets (4, 8 16, 32, etc.) would

Anybody know of a way to drive a Casio CW-K85 media printer from a Mac?

The title says it all. Since the thing has its own keyboard, and its own graphics, and apparently even the ability to create graphics, hooking it up to my iMac isn't a big deal, but it would be nice.
Unfortunately, it only comes with software for WinDoze.

I can't say. I rarely need to do this activity. I have them in case I have a case of mysterious disappearing hard drive space, which hasn't happened to me. Unfortunately I know what all my files are.
I could qualify that by saying the free ones. Three of them are free so there's no harm in trying them all and you deciding which is your favorite.

FB4. Anyone know a "SIMPLE" way to add scroolbars to the application AHHHHHHH

Some of my users have 800x600 resolution set and thus the app is not visible in IE, since FB4 removed the scroll policy feature from the app, WHYYYYYYY.
Does anyone have a simple solution. I tried skinning using a boarder but that fails as I have other components that will not play nice with the external boarder.

There are a couple of options I can think of:
1. Add a Scroller to a custom Application Skin (useful if you intend to reuse this). Create a copy of the ApplicationSkin and add the Scroller around the contentGroup:

Why isn't there an easy way to add a photo to photoStream from the finder?

Apple makes it easy to share your photo with Twitter, FB, Flickr, etc. Why not Photo Stream? As far as I know, the only way to add a photo to photo stream is to open iPhoto and then add the photo to that. This seems to be a very poor way of quickly adding a photo.

Is there any way to add sub-mailboxes to the Inbox in Mac Mail 4.5?

So, back when I was using Mail 3.0, I was able to create new mailboxes/folders within the INBOX of a specific account. When I upgraded my machine, Mail changed to "Locations" with the generic locations "MAILBOXES", and "ON MY MAC", "REMINDERS" as well as locations for any account, say "IMAP" and "EXCHANGE". Currently, I can add a new mailbox, but my only options are to add to "ON MY MAC" (and any subfolders within), "IMAP", and "EXCHANGE". The option of adding mailboxes to anything under the "MAILBOX" tab is not an option.
What I'm wondering is if there is a way to add mailboxes to accounts and have it show up under the MAILBOXES location, rather than under the specific mail account location, as each mail account, ("IMAP", "EXCHANGE") also holds additional folders for Trash, Sent, Drafts, etc. I have about two to three folders per account that I would like to keep stored on the server, and when Mail is handling multiple accounts, using the "locations" for each account takes up a surprising amount of space.
I know that there is a way to get sub-mailboxes for each account in the MAILBOXES location (as I currently have several in an IMAP account), but these were all carried over from Mail 3.0 and any additional mailboxes are delegated to the location "IMAP" rather than MAILBOXES/IMAP/sub-mailbox.
Basically, I'm wondering if I can create mailboxes like this: MAILBOXES/Account/Mailbox rather than ACCOUNT/mailbox

There is no way to add anything to the face of a photo in iPhoto at all You will need an extenral editror for that kind of work. You can add text and arrows etc with Preview, already on your Mac or with apps like these:
Seashore (free)
The Gimp (free)
Graphic Coverter ($45 approx)
Acorn ($50 approx)
Pixelmator ($50 approx)
Photoshop Elements ($75 approx)
There are many, many other options. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store.
You can set Photoshop (or any image editor) as an external editor in iPhoto. (Preferences -> General -> Edit Photo: Choose from the Drop Down Menu.) This way, when you double click a pic to edit in iPhoto it will open automatically in Photoshop or your Image Editor, and when you save it it's sent back to iPhoto automatically. This is the only way that edits made in another application will be displayed in iPhoto.

Anybody know how I can get 3.1.3?

My 3G iPhone is currently at 3.1. I have my iPhone 4 but keep the 3g just for misc stuff. I tried to download the find my iPhone app so I can use it to track down my iPhone 4 if I need to But it says that I need at least 3.1.3 to use it. I don't want to put 4.2 on it but that's all that iTunes offers me.

IF it is a manufacturing defect and you bought the device from Apple or an authorized Apple retailer, then take it into Apple.

HT201263 my iphone 3g is coming up with an error message once it gets half way through the restore it says error phone cant be restored anybody know how i fix this

As far as I am aware no the only work around is that you create 2 quick time movies import them into one session of imovie then export as a quick time file which yu would then import into Logic hope this helps

Is there any way to automate this utilizing style sheets or something? It is for a directory with tons of entries. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If each of the special prefixes corresponds to an identifiable field in the source text, such as a database file or spreadsheet, the text prefix can be added by programming the database, or creating a calculated column in the spreadsheet. To format the prefixes separately from the text that follows, use a nested character style, or a GREP style within the paragraph style; both a nested style and aGREP style need some kind of identifiable pattern to detect where to begin and end the prefix style.
Search Google for terms like "InDesign data merge," "InDesignGREP paragraph style," "InDesign nested paragraph style," and similar terms for more information on these topics.
InDesign's Data Merge has some ability to close up the blank lines when a data field is missing, depending on the layout. One example is when some addresses require two lines, but others require only one line.
