APEX 4.1 with patch Flash problem

Question

Hi all, first if my eng. is not best one sorry.
I have problem witch apex flash charts. I create one using wizards. My theme is 24, HTML5.
When i start application i get message error on flash chart witch says: XML parser failure: The markup in document following the root element must be well formed.
First, how it must be well formed when wizard formed it :S!!!!
Second, when i put Asynchronous Update for 1 second or 5 second or n second and start application, i get same massage but only for n second after that is well formed and i can see chart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How is this possible?
Also, i was using 10g Express two days ago, yesterday i installed 11g Express and apex 4.1 with last patch. I do this following oracle documentation. Could this be problem?
I saw that my apex is much more slower then two days ago.

Size is not 1, its 10 :)
