does labview support API ,CLI
CLI : command line

If you want to handle command line arguments in LV you can use the Application>>Command Line Arguments property. Place a property node on your block diagram, select that property and right click on it to get the help for it and a reference to an example.
Also, please don't post the same questions to multiple threads.

  • C20/SX20: is there a way to get cdr with loss/jitter stats?

I try to get a cdr report with loss/jitter, but can not find a solution to do that.
    a) TMS is able to report cdr but only on call participants/duration/encryption/protocol
    b) C20 web gui has the information but only with a count of clicks and only for one call each time
    c) C20 API (cli) I found some commands but nothing to get loss/jitter
        tried xstatus Diagnostics Call Channels -> only for active calls;
tried xHistory CallLogs  Recent | Call -> nothing usable
Is there a way to get cdr with jitter/loss counters for each C20/SX20 in a reporting format?

Are you at the latest TC 7 software version?    7.2.1 I believe
Not sure when it was added, but in the Web GUI, under call history...it shows summary info as 1 call per row , then you click the line and it will show detail...   I believe it shows Max Jitter values over the entire call, I find the Diagnostics/Call History easier to read than pulling the call log files

If I run the neutron CLI command from my local Macbook Pro, it works just fine. That leads me to believe it is a communication error when the controller node tries to talk to itself. I have tried setting the OS_AUTH_URL and OS_URL to both the localhost IP and the 10-network IP address -- both result in the same error.
    Any ideas?

    Hello Chris,
Thanks for checking out VMware Integrated OpenStack and for sharing your concern.
By default, VMware Integrated OpenStack uses a self-signed certificate, which will require the use of the OS_CACERT environment variable in your openrc file and when using the API.
The better way to resolve this is to use a CA-signed certificate.  Fortunately, VMware Integrated OpenStack makes the CSR generation and signed certificate import process very easy.
If this is production, of course, use a trusted Root CA.  If this is a Dev Lab, you can generate your own Root CA certificate and use it for testing.
I wrote up a quick blog post on how to do this.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
    Regards,
    Trevor

  • API/Web Service/CLI

Does VIN have a CLI, Web Service or API to interact with, and schedule or automate tasks ?

VIN does not have an officially supported API.
But there are unofficial ways to interact with VIN, see William Lam blog post on the subject -

  • SUN 7410 - CLI - RAW XML-RPC DOCUMENTATION / HELP / API USAGE GUIDE

    hi,
I saw the RAW section in the CLI of Sun Storage 7410 console. There a lot of parameters/functions are available.
But was not able to find any kind of documentation , as to how can i use them either from within the CLI or from outside using XML-RPC.
If anyone has the documentation or any knowledge for the above , then please inform me.

Do you have any XML-RPC server side API for Sun 7410 which has to be invoked from the client side.
I used the apache provided xml-rpc client jar in java but did not get the server side api to invoke.
Could please provide the link or doc location. I appriciate your help.

The below query will meet your requirement, but payment amount won't matches with some cases see below .
    1) Check Payment/EFT Payment for more than one invoice we will pay that time invoice amount is
not equal to payment amount, Payment amount is greater than Invoice Amount.  This will be controlled in Report level.
if you develop report using this query, there you can control this issue.
    SELECT aia.vendor_id, aps.vendor_name, aia.invoice_id, aia.invoice_num,
           aia.invoice_date, aia.invoice_currency_code, aia.payment_currency_code,

       AND aia.vendor_id = aps.vendor_id
if it's meet your requirement pls check the Correct/Helpful Answer for your question.
you can modify this query here and there as per your required fields.

  • Splash Screen Inconsistent between CLI and JAR specification

Unlike just about any other java API, the SplashScreen API treats jar-launched and command-line-launched invocations of the same code differently
According to [the Splash Screen Tutorial|http://download.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/uiswing/misc/splashscreen.html]
a command-line invocation of a Splash Screen application would take the form
    java -splash:images/splash.gif SplashDemo
whereas a jar-invocation would allow the splash screen to be specified in the jar manifest with the notation
    SplashScreen-Image: images/splash.gif
This doesn't APPEAR to be inconsistent but the implementation is in fact not consistent.
In the jar-manifest approach the splash screen image is searched relative to the classpath implied by the JAR whereas the command-line version is searched relative to the current working directory. The documentation fails to explain this leading to lots of headscratching when, for example, a Splash Screen works right in a runnable jar but not from an IDE such as Eclipse. If, instead, the image was loaded relative to the classpath (getResource()) then the jar and the command line would work the same.
At the very least, there should be an additional command line switch supporting this classpath-based loading functionality from the command line or failing that, better documentation of what is going on. Neither the tutorial nor the javadoc explains the CLI syntax sufficiently. I spent several hours of headscratching trying to understand this and I'm by no means a newbie.

The only thing I can wonder is: why do you want command line invocation at all?Simple. In the field, I only want jar invocation. In development, I want invocation in Eclipse - which, under the covers uses command-line invocation.Good point, but then I wonder why you care that the splash screen works or doesn't work in Eclipse. As long as it works in the field. In fact, I would probably build in a way to disable the splash screen when running from the IDE myself - apparently it isn't even needed to do any work to make that happen ;)

Complaining about documentation here isn't going to do you much good. There's lots of confusion about this on the internet. Just google it. I didn't find anything that gave me the answer, just references to Oracle's documentation which doesn't answer the confusion. That's now been remedied, though, by me:
    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6906267/debug-splashscreen-from-eclipse-without-generating-the-jar/8087881#8087881
I thank you for your contribution. It is exactly this personal effort that keeps the Java community going...

Oracle really should do something about this.... because Oracle certainly will not. Again: complaining in this forum does nothing. Because like StackOverflow this is a user to user forum, not an Oracle tech support site. It won't be read and it won't end up on a todo list. Sad but true.

Hi John, From the output you shared it looks like you using Performance Advisor and want to share a graph of a 7-mode system.  The instructions link you shared is from Performance Manager which is for Clustered Data ONTAP only.  In the Performance Advisor there is unfortunately no way to share a link.  You can 'save as' to png as you probably already saw, or you can use the dfm CLI to generate the same and email, perhaps as a daily report.  There is also a data collector that will post to the NetApp ToolChest that submits data to Graphite with dashboards in Grafana.  This solution would allow sharing of a URL like you desire.  If you want more info on this let me know. Kind Regards,Chris MaddenStorage Architect, NetApp

I work on a JAVA project that has two parts. In one part we provide Command Line Integration(CLI) for users. Now the CLI part exist in C++ .So, we use JNI to connect it to my java project for processing it. Now I am thinking of converting my whole project to JAVA. I need some suggestions, how I can create a CLI, that is the user must be able to telnet to the system where this service run to use the CLI . I dont have clear idea of how to implement it, is there any packages or some other thing available for it. Need your help. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Hope this will be useful to you.
more over have a look at Adventnet CLI API
you can find some useful stuff
    Thanks

  • Error accessing User-Database from Jython CLI

    Hi All,
once again, we experience a problem, when running udb commands from the Jython CLI, namely one of 'udb.g.la' or 'udb.u.la' (Others may be affected as well).
Our user is logged on and the application handle works well for any other CLI calls.
Our code looks something like this:
    app = PyCLUI()
    app.execRaw('udb.login'{...})   # as admin user
app.execRaw('udb.g.la',{})This fails with a ClientException. I have printed the stack-trace:

I believe there was a bug filed on this issue. A patch for this issue has been released.
    I think following solaris patches address this issue for MS/CLI 122989-02, 122990-02, 122991-02, 122992-02.
    hope this helps,

  • Problem while applying configuration to SCE 8000 using SCE-API

We are facing an issue while applying service  configuration to SCE 8000 device using SCE API supplied by CISCO.
We have sample .pqb file  which we are using to upload to SCE 8000. We are using 3.5.5 version of  firmware on SCE.
Attached is exception file which contains sample .pqb and trace  log that we see when we apply configuration. Please note, that we are  using RHEL5 platform, JDK 1.5.0_1 and standalone java program to apply  configuration on SCE using API

    You are likely hitting  CSCtb94072.
The policy file should be manipulated by development engineer.
Please open a case with TAC and ask the CSE to fix the policy (by getting development engineer assistance).
Once you have the fixed policy PQB file perform the following CLI procedure on all SCEs on which the problem was observed:
    SCE2000>enable
    Password:
    SCE2000#cd engage
    SCE2000#delete MYENGAGE.PQB
    SCE2000#rename MYENGAG1.PQB MYENGAGE.PQB
    SCE2000#
Once done you should be able to apply the fixed policy without any issue.
Note: after performing the above CLI procedure, you can also successfully retrieve the policy,
however, you must avoid doing it since the retrieved poilcy would not be the last applied one, it would be the penultimate one which you probably don't want to use.
After applying the fixed policy, you should be able to retrieve policy successfully with no fear.
    ====
This is more of a clarification regarding the workaround procedure:
To get you better understand the issue.
The last policy applied to the SCE successfully is kept under the SCE  "/engage" directory by the name MYENGAGE.PQB
The penultimate applied policy is also kept there under the name  MYENGAG1.PQB
When the SCA-BB GUI applies a policy it first verifies the matching SCA-BB and PP version by inspecting this MYENGAGE.PQB file.
If the file has the corruption dealt in this defect, the apply will fail with the message of the kind:
"Client version 3.5.5 PP18 is different than SCE version 0.0.0 PP0, therefore apply is not allowed"
The MYENGAG1.PQB is the penultimate applied policy and it's not corrupted, renaming it MYENGAGE.PQB will assure us that the apply operation won't fail when verifying the versions are matched.
Alternatively (for the renaming procedure) user may copy the fixed policy file into the SCE disk space under /engage directory and name it MYENGAGE.PQB, then the apply should also work fine.

  • ACE - unable to execute various show commands. Error: Called API timed out

Hi I am runnng version A2(2.3)  on a HA ACE setup.
I have noticed today that issuing various show commands such as 'show run' and 'show probe' on the active ACE have suddenly stopped working. On hitting return the ACE sits there for a while non respondant before finally outputting an Error: Called API timed out and then returning to the command prompt. It only seems to happen on show commands that would generate a lot of output, for example a 'show version' works. I have also noticed a delay sometimes in logging into the active ACE which has again only come to light today.
We havent made any changes recently and this behavior has not been seen before.
I could only find one similar posting which kind of suggested that a high logging level may be to blame for this issue, we are running at debugging level but have since the ACE's were brought into play over 12 months ago (yep i know logging at that level is far from ideal).
Production traffic does not seem to be affected at present.
Apart from reudcing the logging level I am not sure what else could be causing this issue, has anyone come across this one before?
Unfortunaltey the 'show resource usgae in one of the commands that wont work'
A 'show cpu'  command shows nothing above 10%
Though multiple context are configured (3), the default resource allocation is in place between all three.
Thanks for taking the time to read.

Thanks for the response I will take a look at that Bug ID.
In the end as you have already suggested above I ended up failing across to the standby ACE and powering down/up  the affected ACE module from the switch CLI. This seems to have restored all functionality. Even a soft reload command prior on the affected ACE didnt take affect.
