While adding a new responsibility in the User Screen, I am getting the following Error:
APP-FND-01929: This responsibility has already been assigned to this user. Please eneter a different responsibility.
But in the list of responsibilities this particular responsibility is not added before..
What will be the cause of this problem..
How can I overcome this situation.. Please update...

Hi,
As per your other thread, I believe you have restored couple of tables from your backup and this is not supported. In order to have everything running properly, then a full database restore should be done.

I'm sorry I gave the impression I thought Overdrive was an Adobe product. I know it is not. The problem I am having IS with the Adobe product and the message I receive concerning "This license has already been fulfilled....." appears to be the result of the Adobe product. I had Googled Adobe Digital and discovered what I felt were conflicting or at least ambiquus statement including: http://http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1232101.
Anyone else have any thoughts? I DID send a help request to Overdrive but have not yet heard back from them.

Error: "This license has already been fulfilled....."

This past week I updated my iPad to the new IOS7 software. Immediately after doing so, I tried to download a book through Overdrive...software used by most libraries. Unfortunately, two problems occurred. The Overdrive sofware was not compatible with IOS7 update (but it is NOW). Second, a pop up indicated I needed Adobe Digital to read and/or download the book. This included books I was in the process of reading and had worked fine previously, as well as a new book I tried to download. I sign up dor Adobe Digital (though I already had Adobe Reader on the iPad). Following that, each time I tried to download or read a book (even after Overdrive was made compatible) I get the message: "This license has already been fulfilled by another user." Fulfill:2004.....
I have no idea what I have done or how to correct the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Actually the stack trace indicates the the error is happening in KaptchaExample.jsp, not in a Servlet. I'm guessing that the code you've presented is in a scriptlet (i.e. inside the JSP in <% %> brackets). This is altogether the wrong place for it. JSPs are purely for generating HTML and to try and generate image responses in one is doomed to failure. Write a servlet class to generate your image file. If you want to embed a dynamically generated image in an HTML page, then you need to generate HTML which accesses the Servlet through the <img src=... tag, i.e. the browser retrieves the image data as a separate transaction.
The immediate source of the crash is that the JSP already opened the output stream in order to write HTML output, so it's too late to try and open it for the writing of image data.

I am trying to export a pdf from a jsp page using the crystal report viewer. The jsp is deployed in a .war archive on JBoss 4.0.4. The PDF comes up fine, but each time I make the request I get the error listed below from the JBOSS console. Can anyone explain what is going wrong? Thanks.The most likely cause is that you are forwarding to or from another JSP or servlet after already sending output to the client.

 We are running WLS 5.1 sp7 on an NT box.
 Our application consists of jsp pages with <jsp:include...>, servlets
 and stateful/stateless beans. The only class that actually performs a
 forward is a servlet that serves as a dispatcher. We are getting from
 time to time an IllegalStateException - response has already been
 commited exception. This phenomena is irregular and non reproducable.
 Does anybody know if this has anything to do with a certain
 configuration issue? Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
 Is there a known workaround?
 Any help would be highly appreciated.

You are getting the illegal state exception because somewhere between the
 intercept of the request by a jsp/servlet and your
 requestDispatcher.forward(request, response), a class along the way is
 calling either the getInputStream() method or the getReader() method of
 javax.servlet.ServletRequest. Once you call either of these methods to
 read from the ServletInputStream() you may not be able to do a forward.
 I am having the same problem see my post from today. I have no idea how
 to get around it but I have an identical exception in wl6.0sp1 and that
 is the cause and I have never seen anything like it.

[ServletException in:VIView1_Browse.do] Response has already been committed

Hi,
I have a JSP-Struts application. By the default generation, JDeveloper build a main.html Page. This page have many Frames and one Frame is "navFrame". On this frame I have a link for a JSP Page : Browse. The call is OK. No Problems.
No I have another Page with Tiles :

The "body" Tiles call the same JSP Page as the link on the "navFrame", but now I have the following error :

Please help me, I need a solution. Does somebody use BC4J/Struts/Tiles ? Any Experience ? Problem ?

This is a somewhat common problem for people who are using Struts and frames.
What I have found to work was to create an action which calls the page (say index.jsp) which then sets up the frames or tiles..

I am getting the below error when I try to call a DB Control( pointing to DB2) when I run my Process in Weblogic WorkShop( BEA WeblogicWorkShop8.1.4)
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Connection has already been created in this tx context for pool named cgPool. Illegal attempt to create connection from another pool: Mypool
I even tried changing MyPool as XA- Connection Pool.
I set the cgPool to Emulate 2phaseCommit- non XA.
Still the error is occuring. I am not able to call any of my methods of the DB Control.
MyPool is pointing to a DB2 Server.
If Any of you guys have got a solution . Please post the solution on how to solve this problem!!

Hi,
WebLogic Workshop uses a built-in connection pool, cgPool, to track conversation state. If you create a Database control that uses a data source created on a different connection pool, you may get an error that stating that you already have a transactional context created in the first pool (the one that Workshop is using to track state), and you cannot use data sources from two different connection pools within the same transaction. You can solve this problem by using a transactional (XA) driver.
Solution: Please use a XA driver for your application pool and the error should go away.

WLS 9.2: Interpreting the error - This RJVM has already been shutdown

Hi,
I have encountered the error message (stacktrace below) in one of the managed servers of my Weblogic 9.2 cluster (containing 4 managed servers). There are ALSB proxies consuming and producing to JMS distributed queues on the cluster.
The server reporting this error (server01_01) is complaining about the Remote JVM of the other servers (server01_02, 02_01, 02_02) being shutdown, but what I have observed is that server01_01 was killed by the Nodemanager(may be due to failure or being unavailable).
I would like to know:
1) When does this error occur usually?
2) How is it different from "weblogic.jms.common.LostServerException: [JMSClientExceptions:055169]Network connection to server was lost."?
3) Why did I get an error complaining about the other healthy servers when actually the problem is with the server reporting the error?
Any hints are appreciated.

EJB keep traks of Bea CLUSTER using JVMID as an identifier of each manged server's JVM. When this JVMID is no longer valid, you can see "JVM is already been shutdowm" as client exception. This issue happen when, on client side, EJB can't recognize server side JVM shutdown. In WLS 8.1 there was a PATCH to solve this problem. Ask to Bea support if you need a patch also for WLS 9.2.

When use export report button from CrystalReportViewer, always download a html file with error message "The response has already been committed".
Why does this issue occur, and how can it be resolved?

'Appears this feed has already been submitted.'

Hello,
I'm trying to get a podcast up and running but have run into a snag. I had set up and submitted my show a couple of weeks ago. Since then I figured out it would probably be a good idea to have a way to track downloads so (due to where I originally hosted the files) I had the show removed from iTunes completely. I have a new host, and run my site's RSS through Feedburner and have submitted the Feedburner feed to iTunes. I get the error message 'It appears this feed has already been submitted.' I've changed the title and the Feedburner link to a couple of different names and tried resubmitting again to no avail.
Is there something I'm missing? I contacted Apple support but got the same canned response that most everyone else gets.

Thanks for the tip Roger. I found a different area of the Feedburner Optimization tab to change the name and description and that worked fine. I just submitted my show and will change stuff back once it's approved.

when trying to deploy web parts
question 1 - how do i use the force attribute when deploying from visual studio
question 2 - am i deplying it to the right place, if i deply it to the
url:port that points to my central admin tool it deploys but i cant seem to see it in any of my webs in my site collection, if i deploy it to the
url:port that points to my site collection I get this error.
im new to all this by the way :)

If you are deploying from Visual Studio then please follow this post:

Open the visual Studio and navigate to the feature XML file and add the bellow attribute.
AlwaysForceInstall="TRUE"
The <FeatureName>.Template.Xml output would be some think link this.
