  • "I" transactions for CRM-ISU connection

I am trying to further restrict my standard role that we use for the CRM-ISU connection. I have everything working except I have to add a seperate S_TCODE object with I* in order for the connection from CRM to ISU to work. Does anyone know which specific "I" transactions this would be using? Considering there are 9,204 of them, I would just leave it with an asterisk but mgmt wants it more restricted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks Andy

These are the transactions needed;  IC_LTX - IC integration
    IC_LTXE - IC integration
ISU_CRM_IL_REMOTE - Dummy for Remote IL Access

  • CRM-GATP Integration

    Hello Gurus,
I'm configuring CRM-GATP integration in our server. I'm facing few challenges while doing so.
CRM team has configured customized transaction types & Item categories in CRM. These ord types & item categories do not exist in ECC system. Also the sales org being used does not exist in ECC side. Still as a part of urgent requirement, I need to configure CRM-GATP scenario for existing ord type in CRM.
I am done with basic settings in CRM like - ATP profile, RFC connections, Transaction type-item category determination, user ATP parameters etc.
When creating order, ATP check is triggered, but I'm receing an error in order: "Message no. CRM_APO 203"
Availability check/information: ATP error log (display via long text)
    Message no. CRM_APO 203
    Diagnosis
Errors occurred during availability check or availability information in the ATP System.
If you use an SAP APO System or an SAP R/3 System for availability check/information, the relevant system issues an error log to CRM Online. The messages of the error log are listed below with the message ID (message class) and message number. If more detailed help is available in the form of long texts, these long texts are listed right under the short texts.
    System Response
The ATP System cannot report any results of the availability check/information until the errors have been fixed there.
    Procedure
You can obtain the meaning of the messages from the ATP System. If you cannot fix the errors yourself, contact the responsible administrator of the ATP System.
    Procedure for System Administration
Follow the recommendations of the ATP System.
    Error Log ATP System: SC1CLNT001
Msg ID /SAPAPO/ATP Msg. no 059 With follow. descript:
No business system could be determined for logical system CR1CLNT200
CRM team is using the Z ord type (not in ECC) for the service part availability check in GATP. From GATP point, I have done basic settings of RBA, requirements profile etc.
Could you please help me out sorting the problem and the solution? Is it really not possible to call GATP from a stand alone CRM system?
    Thansk,
    AP.

    Michael,
Kudos.....you are master... It solved my issue !!! Now I can ATP my product from CRM system.
Now need just a small help, I'm configuring service order scenario in CRM where I'm entering a service name (defined as a product in CRM, not in ECC/APO) and under spare parts, I need to enter my ATP relevent product. ATP will happen to the spare part item and relevent location to be appeared in order.
Till now I was only entering the spare part product in CRM just to ensure trigger to GATP and by working on above mentioned issues, GATP was triggered.
But now I'm entering service product & spare part at the same time in CRM, and ATP check is not happening, throwing some error asking for correlation profile maintainance. Please see the screenshot attached. (line item 10 is service material & 20 is Spare)
Can you please guide on how to go ahead?
    Many Thanks,
    AP.

  • Issues in retrieving the Planning profiles in CRM from BW while doing CRM-BI Integration

    Dear Folks,
We are in the process of doing the SAP CRM & BI Integration wrt Trade Promotion Mangement.
For testing purposes, we tried to create a planning profile in BPS end i.e BW SEM system & trying to retrieve it from the CRM system using the below navigation.
SPRO-->CRM--> Define Transaction types--> ZBPD is the transaction type we had created.
And in Customizing Header level, in SEM Planning tab, trying to retrieve the Planning profile created in SAP SEM-BW.
Tried to search in both ways i.e prefixing the 'zprofile' with /prf/zprofile but still CRM system is not reading the same from BW system.
What ever the pre-requisites that are needed to be followed before doing all these, the same had been done in terms of creating the RFC Connections etc but still unable to retrieve the same.
And also not finding any standard content in the form of Planning areas & profiles at BW end after installing the SEM BW component add on in BW system.
Could you pls let us know what we are missing here.
    Thanks in advance.

I meet the same problem, any solution?

  • Problem in CRM - CO Integration...

    Hi Experts,
Currently in ECC we did not activated Operating Concern. Our Organization don't required that. But when we are doing CO integration with CRM It is asking to assign controlling area to Operation Concern(COPA). Even though Operating concern component is not activated in ECC.
For time being i assigned the Sample Operating concern to Controlling area i.e. S001. So far i did not get any error in development. even though the curreny of this Op.Concern is EUR. Actually my Company code currency and Controlling area currenty is OMR (Omani Rial).
My question is if i tranport this to Quality & Production. Will i get any error. (My organization doesn't want any Profitability analasys Because we are using BW.)
Advice me how to go about this. Any settings are there in CRM-ECC integration to avoid assignment of Op.Concern.  OR can i use Sample Op.Concern.
    Tks in advance,
    Abhinesh

  • CRM groupware integr: Mapping additional customer data

    Hi,
we're running CRM groupware integration for replicating CRM contact persons to outlook private folder. This works fine in principle. However, I've got a question:
When taking a look at an outlook contact one is able to maintain several phone numbers, e.g. "Business, Business2, Private, Private2, ..." as well as several mail addresses "E-Mail, E-Mail2, E-Mail3". By default the default phone number of the business parter in CRM is replicated to phone number "Business" in outlook. Same logic for mobile and fax number. Is there a way to replicate the other numbers and mail addresses (non-default) to the outlook contact and provide them under the corresponding fields (e.g. "Business2", "E-Mail2")?
Thanks for any inputs & kind regards
    Wolfgang Mayer

    Hi Praveen,
    do you mean
    - the email addresses maintained in the standard address
    or
    - the default email address?
The standard address is marked as BUT020-XDFADR, the default (standard) mail address (in the standard address) is marked as ADR6-FLGDEFAULT.
    Pls clarify this issue.
    Thanks & regards
    Wolfgang

  • WD ABAP CRM WebUI Integration

    Hi,
I have a question regarding CRM WebUI integration with WD ABAP.
My requirement is to trigger a particular CRM application (lets say, create quotation) from EP environment for a particular portal role, may be, from a WD application.
I searched in the sdn, and whatever threads i found was describing how to launch the complete CRM UI from portal.
Any pointers on how to trigger a single CRM application from a WD application?
    Regards
    Seshadri

I'm not sure this is really a web dynpro abap question.  Using the Portal APIs, Web Dynpro ABAP can trigger navigation to any navigation target configured in the Portal.  Reading your question, I get the impression that you want to know how to setup a navigation target in the portal for a specific CRMUI application point.  This seems more like a CRMUI or Portal question.

  • CRM -ISU bp replication

    HELLO ALL ,
    WE ARE TRYING TO
synchronize CRM - Isu master data  , business  / technical master data.
    In this  -CRM to ISU
    1) BP sync
    2)businees agrement sync
    3) technical data
    4)  contract sync
    now my first problem is
    when i am creating bp
step 1 ) create bp in role bp gen  ........*outcome* bp getting repleicated to isu in bp gen ....same no range ..pide setting maintained classification b ... accnt group ...SOLD TO PARTY  ...
step 2) extending role to sold to party  ....out come in  smw01 ...i am getting error as ..No matching standard customer exists for business partner 7000000017 (role Contract part.)...
in isu ...we have maintained in   sap utilities *masterdata * business partnersetting for creating standard busines partnermaintian para for ref bus partner *-
ROLE CAT --MKK    ......REF CUST -7000000004
    AWAITING YOUR KIND REPLY ..........

I'm assuming you have followed "IS-U specific set-up and load guide for business partner ". Make sure you have maintained ISU table T077D entry.  For account group that you are maintaining for replication, you need to mention CRM role (sold-to-party) in this table.

  • SAP CRM Groupware Integration - Create appointments on mobile phone.

    Hi all
We have implemented the serverside groupware integration with CRM 2007 and Exchange.
Usually the appointments in Outlook are created with category
"CRM_ACT_001". Unfortunately some Mobile Phones (like the iPhone) are not
able to set the category of an appointment.
Our users usually create their Outlook appointments on their mobile.
So we had to customize the GWAdapter to let through all activities from
groupware (without filtering for the category).
To do so we changed the spro entry "Maintain Groupware Object Selectionand Retrieval":
    - From: ACT Categories CRM_ACT*
    - To: ACT Categories *
Unfortunately this causes a lot of problems:
    - The category of the activity in CRM got deleted everytime you change the appointment in outlook.
    - When you set a meeting in Outlook to "private" the activities in
CRM AND Outlook are deleted automatically.
Does anyone had similar problems? How can you synchronize the calender on the mobile phone with CRM?
    Thanks in advance.
    Marco

    Checked the issue with SAP.
You cannot synchronize the appointments without giving an category. On iphone and most other smartphones you cannot chose a category.
Another "contra" of the CRM Groupware Integration....

  • CRM 2007 Integration with Lotus Notes 8.0 (Groupware Integration)

    Hi
We are doing CRM 2007 Integration with Lotus Notes 8.0. So i need your help in this regard.I have the following documents with me.....
    a) SAP CRM Groupware Connector Relase 4.0 (Installation Guide)
    b) SAP CRM Groupware Connector Relase 4.0 (Administrative Guide)               c) MapBox 4.0 sp 11             &
    d) Groupware Integration installation Guide.
We have started with Groupware connector Release 4.0 Installation guide
    We stucked at
5.3 Installing Lotus Domino Groupware Connector
    Procedure
    1. Log on to your host using prepared Groupware Connector's administrative account.
    2. Launch setup.exe
    3. Click Next on the Welcome screen.
    4. Read the text on the Installation Prerequisites screen and check if your computer meets all the software
and hardware requirements. If yes, press Next.
    5. Select the type of SAP Groupware Connector you want to install. Check if you want to install instance of
Default Groupware Connector Proxy. Then press Next, wait while setup routine detects required
    software.*
    Now my questions are....
    1. Where will this setup.exe come from?
    2. Do we need to install the things in the same mannare listed above a,b,c,d?
    3. As we are implementing CRM 2007, i hope we dont need install Mapbox.
Please help me in successfull Integration.

    Hi Peter & Stephen
Thank your very much for quicke replies.
Peter in one of the messages Martin Dauer  wrote the following recently on Oct 23 08. , so do you want me to confirm once again before proceeding further.
Re: Link between sap crm 2007 with lotus 8
Posted: Oct 23, 2008 10:30 PM    in response to: Naveen Raju       E-mail this message      Reply
    Hi Naveen,
thanks for your detailed description. This is exactly the way how the Client GWI is getting set up. one little remark from my side on the steps.
The user field are not required to be filled if you use Lotus Notes. this is only for the case of MS Outlook where you can start the synch from the OL Screen as well.
The password field is not used with either groupware system. So you leave it blank and with the first replication run you are asked to type (and maybe save) your password. it is there as the application is shared with Mobiel sales as well and therfore we could not get rid of it.
    Supported platforms
In general both the server and client GWI were tested with Lotus 8.0 and CRM 7.0.
For server GWI Domino 8 is already supported for greater CRM 5.0, so should work with LD 8.0.
The installation guide for GWI is available here ...

  • CRM-COPA integration

    Hi
I have a couple of requirements for CRM-COPA integration
    1. The CRM system captures no of service calls attended by our franchises. This pertains to equipment maintenance. I want to flow this data to COPA i.e. the no of calls serviced by each franchise
    2. When the CRM posts the service revenue to COPA, it uses RFC and posts automatically.. But, in the COPA document, the service material used in CRM is not captured... How can I populate this?
    3. The consumables consumed during the service are also posted to R/3 using RFC. This triggers transaction MB1A-201 Mvt Type... I am posting this to cost ctr as well as to COPA simulataneously... i.e. statistically to cost ctr and real posting to COPA... I want to capture the MM Storage location field into one of chars of COPA.. How can I achieve this
    Thanx in anticipation

    Hi Eugene
The issue is only one.. I have used bullet points as 1,2,3 for beter understanding of people......
I cant post three threads where one single question is broken into 3 parts.as people wont be able to understand the whole issue
What you said looks better in letter, but not in spirit.... All the 3 points are inter related, though the question is one
