APP Store Urgent Problem ~ On my Ipod Touch ?

Dear Apple,
Hello, on my IPOD TOUCH, i just realised i have DELETED my "App Store - App" off my Ipod Touch 4th Gen (IOS - 5.0.1). How do i Download or get a New App Store APP on my ipod touch, so that i can download NEW APPS. Can anyone please help me ASAP ?

The App store app can rallly be deleted:
- It can be hidden by Restrictions. Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and check. If some Restriction are set, tyou need a passcode to change them.
- The App store icon just got move to somewhare and you can't find it. Try using the Spotligh Search on the iPod to find it. You can laos go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Screen Layout. However, that will will mess up any folders you made.

How do I download the App Store onto my first generation iPod touch

The App Store is a pre installed app that cannot be deleted.
Swipe to the left of your Home screen. Type in app store in the search field at the top of the window.
If you can't locate it that way, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout

Can not download any apps from app store with my first gen ipod touch

I am able to search for apps and maneuver around the app store, but i can't download anything. The button that says "FREE" or has the price of the app is unresponsive. There does not seem to be anything wrong with my screen since I'm able to use any apps I already have.
A google search turned up a couple of discussions from others that seem to indicate this is a recent issue.
I'm using a first gen ipod touch with the latest OS it can use.
Does anyone else have this problem?

For me the problem started on my IOS 3.1.3 Gen 1 iTouch sometime between my last purchase on 12/10 and a sync. So a sync didn't preceed it. I discovered it when I tried to purchase an Audiobook. I can do podcasts, buy individual songs, but that's about it. I can update apps so long as I do them all, although update has been like that for awhile. I can't buy apps (even free ones), audiobooks, or albums using the Touch directly. I can't see many of the screen previews for apps and I can't review feedback on productcs either. I don't have any problems transfering purchases from my computer to my Touch using the iTunes app. I guess I eventually figured Apple might go here, but I sure haven't seen any announcement they were gong to do it now, so if it's intentional, it was sure done in an unfriednly way. I'm a developer, so I understand having to move on, but my Gen 1 is no where near end of life, even if it can't run the latest IOS. I was an early adopter of the Touch, so I'm one of millions that helped IOS devices become popular. I have newer IOS devices in the household under the same AppleID and another, and they work perfect. But still use the Gen 1 daily. If this is the way going forward, I guess I'll have to buy on my computer or other devices and transfer to the Gen 1, but I'll sure miss being able to do it directly. And I of course tried a factory reset and that didn't resolve it. Given so many are having this issue, I'm pretty sure it's the older IOS or Gen 1 interacting with the Apple storefronts that's the issue. The question is, is it intentional by Apple, or Apple oversight with an update to the storefronts? If intential I can understand apps, but not sure about Music and Audiobooks other than possibly the older IOS is holding back new store features???

Can some one please help me? So i have an iPod Touch 4G 8GB! it was working 100% on ios 5.1.1, then i updated to ios 6 and the app store and itunes keep crashing on my ipod. Even some apps like instagram keep crashing and the ipod is very slow. i know it has the A4 processor and now its a bit slow but i dont know what to do????? i have restored my ipod and then ugraded it to ios 6 agian, i have restared it, closed all the apps in multiasking and other thngs that people have sugested but it still didnt fix things !!!!!!!! i have done some reserch and other ipod touch users are having te same problem. if any one has an idears or knows how to get back to ios 5.1.1 again with out shsh blobs ( as i have not jailbroke my ipod) PLEASE HELP ME????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go into your settings>general>restrictions and make sure the installing Apps is on.

Ok so everytime I got to the app store since the ios 6 update it crashes like about every 20 seconds. Its getting so annoying, is anyone having this problem and how do you fix it.????

I think everyone is having problems with it (among other things)... I found it always crashes when you get up to item 24 or 25 in the list. Maybe this is Apple's way of telling us there are too many apps and we don't need more than 25 in any category?

Problem downloading apps, videos, tunes to newly reset IPod touch

I was given a used IPod touch. I reset it and set it up using my existing Apple ID. I've used this apple ID for my IPhone. I was able to download some apps successfully last night using my apple ID, but today I cannot download anything to this IPod Touch. I even can't download free apps or free upgrades. The app appears briefly in the app window then disappears. The same thing occurs with a TV show I was trying to download. I have credit from an Itunes card on my account and was able to use it to download an app to my IPhone. I have active WiFI access and can access the internet without problem. I'm not sure if this is a security issue or a problem with the IPod touch itself. I downloaded the latested version of Itunes before doing the reset (I think 4.2.1??). Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Are you logged in with the same account that was used to activate the phone ? If you are, and the apps aren't showing as free, then try logging out of your account by tapping on it at the botto of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in and see if they then show as free.

Problem syncing from iPod Touch - iTunes with apps

I recently reformatted me computer in order to move Windows to a different harddrive. I plugged in my iPod Touch. I authorized my computer and transferred all my apps from my iPod Touch to my iTunes. All apps appear; works great.
I want to add a new application that is in my iTunes library. If I check "Sync Apps" I get a popup saying "Are you sure you want to sync apps? All existing apps and their data on the iPod ... will be replaced with apps from this iTunes library". I do not want to lose app of my application data.
Is there a solution to this? I work for a company that creates iPhone applications (I do not make them myself), and I am trying to install one for testing purposes...so I cannot just download the app from iTunes.

The ipod touch will sync itunes content from one and only one computer/library.
When you reformatted, it became a new library.
Your itunes content will be erased and replaced with content from the new library.
I don't believe that the data will be lost ( if the apps are in itunes), but I am not sure.

I suspect you really have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.
