App update wont update

When i try and update the apps on my iPad they try and update and then a note comes up to say account not valid for use in german store. I am on the new Zealand store. Cant change store on the ipad so made sure im on the right store on my computer but still doesnt work.

Change to NZ App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the country/region where you are located; re-select country/region even if it is correct
9. Tap "Done".
Note: If the change doesn't take effect, sign out of account and sign in again.

    after i just got my internet connected after about a week without it, the apps tore will not update my apps. i tryed updating one and it says this: "snap collage- frame, caption, crop, edit, save to album and share photo creations on instagram, facebook, twitter and postcard' cannot be downloaded.     This usually means that the Apple ID you used to connect to the itunes store is not the same one used when buying the apps.  Purchases in the store are forever associated with the ID used to buy them.  Could this be the issue?  Go to Settings>icloud and verify which ID is currently being used.

    I have a question I have an Ipad Mini ( non retina display), and I have updates to apps but they wont download. What happens is I will click the update and they will all spin as if they are about to be updated then all of them turn back to the update button. Same thing if it try it again. So its like it wants to update but it doesnt, any Ideas on what would cause this to happen?

    I have a similar problem but a little bit different. My apps require an update but the only way for me to update is to search the app, click on it, then click update. If I click it in the update section all it does is open the app. Also I can't click "Update all" and apps that already updates say "Update"... Idk why mine is acting really weird out of no where. I tried the solution provided above but it didn't work for me.

    Hi Guys,
    Yet again new release of CC and the Camera Raw wont update on my iMAC and Macbook Pro both running latest versions of Maverick and Creative Cloud..   I have used CC to update Lightroom and Photoshop to the current versions (5.5 and CC2014 respectively) yet the Camera Raw is still maintained at 8.4 and gives me a warning message every time I try and edit an image from LR to PS.  Creative Cloud App says all the apps are current and when using the check for updates option in CC2014 it says all up to date.
    Had the same issue with Raw 8.4 and way round it was to manually update the Raw file in the respective location.   Unfortunately I can not remember which locations and haven't found a link to download the updated file as yet.
    Tried Adobe online support but their 'specialist' team doesn't seem to work the same hours I am available (despite being a major international company )
    Any help gratefully received!

    Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
    Quit and Relaunch CC app
            http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-connection-faq.html#id_10491
    Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
    Mac OS: Go to the Applications folder and open the Adobe Creative Cloud alias.
    Windows 7: Go to Start > All Programs > Adobe Creative Cloud
    Windows 8: Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application from the Start Screen.
    Click the Apps tab in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
    Click on All Apps, then Previous Version
    Your installed CC Product would be listed, Click on Install Drop-down and then select the CC 2014 to install.
    After Successful Installation, Update your Product
    Let me know if you are still not able to Update ACR.

    Hi, everytime I decide to go on the app world via my blackberry curve 9300, a message pops up and tells my to follow the steps to update. I do it all but it always says error after all the steps are completed. I have also updated it via the PC but it seems the message is still there. Despite the version is up to date.

    I have an update ready to install for iMovie,but each time i try its telling me to log into account that purchased it,im in that as i have only ever had 1 account ?

    The apps were purchased by another user with a different Apple ID. You will have to erase them and repurchase them using your Apple ID.

    When I look at the info block on the apps they indicatre that they are linked to an Apple ID of chucnkster92.  Apple wont let you have tan ID thats not an email address anymore.  So when the apps are trying to update they are looking for my old account of chunkster92 and not the account name format as Apple wants now of [email protected]
    When I look at the apps page in iTunes and selct "all" apps at the top of the page, it indicates at the bottom of the page available.  When I try to update the apps the next screen says that there or no updates available.  I'm signed into iTunes as [email protected] and not chunkster92 which is the account the apps are looking for.
    Short of deleting all 230 apps (I know, I could reduce that number some) and reloading them, how do I change the apps to look for [email protected] or reestablish my old ID of chunkster92?

    My iPad 1 apps wont update. It has the loading bar half across the apps but when I click on it it says 'app name' could not be downloaded at this time. I have tryed signing out and back into my Apple account and restarting my iPad but neither worked. The strange thing is the new apps I try to download work fine. This is very annoying as I can't use the apps. Please help!

    I've seen periodic flakyness in the App Store (mainly on the device) ever since iOS 7 was released over a month ago. Could just be another one of those moments, especially with the new iPad Air releasing today with many users activating & downloading.

    Reset your iPhone.  Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds till the Apple logo appears.
    If you continue to have issues, try downloading the apps to iTunes on your computer, then sync your iPhone using iTunes.

    I have changed my wife from my iTunes account to her own iTunes account and made her part of my Family account with me the lead account. Now lots of her apps on her iPhone 6 wont update. Is this to be expected? i thought that if the accounts were linked then she could purchase, and iunb this case, update apps, with her own password???

  • I need to know how to delete apps from my phone permanently because in order to update some of them i need a friends appleid pw because it was at one point synced with his apple id. these apps wont update unless i can delete them and DL under my apple ID.

    Okay, so this is a little more information on my problem. When i first got my iphone i didnt have a computer of my own. So i synced it to my friends computer under his apple id. well then later down the road i got a mac of my own and was able to sync it to that. well some of my apps (facebook, snapchat, instagram, and google) backed up to his id. Now none of those applications will update if i dont have the password for his apple id. What i would like to accomplish is to delete them from my phone and such completely, or just unattach them from his icloud/apple id so that i can re download them under my own account. at this point everytime i try to delete them from my phone and go into the app store to download them again, it only gives me the option to redownload them from the cloud. i do not want to do this. because that means the app still wont be up to date and it will still be associated with said friends apple id. is there anyone who can guide me through this issue?

    In this case if you download it from his account, you will need to deleted and download it again by your account
    also delete your backup from iTunes after you delete all the apps/games that you download it from your friend account
    so in the next time you try to restore your backup, you will not face the same problem
