Appex close application Window -- HeLP

Appex version 3...
When I run my application a [Close] icon display on upper right corner of the windown (screen). I close a message popup with Ok and Cancel buttons.
If I put (javascript:confirmDelete('Are you sure you want to exit?', 'CLOSED')) in the NAVIGATION the message 'Are you sure you want to exit? will popup. I click [OK] the application did not close.
If I put (javascript:*confirmDelete2*('Are you sure you want to exit?', 'CLOSED')) in the NAVIGATION the message 'Are you sure you want to exit? will popup. I click [OK] another message popup. I click [yes] the application close, but when I open the application again it did not ask me to log in it just runs as the application never closes. This happend only if I have my Microsoft Explore is still running in the background.

to bad, that I can't close the window, but I understand your argument.
But for the display mode I think I found a solution: When saving the transaction I set a global variable gv_is_ saved. Than in the read method I call the following:
  IF gv_is_saved = 'X'.                                                                               
CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_INTLAY_SET_PROCESS_MODE'       
      EXPORTING                                           
        iv_process_mode = 'C'.                                                                               
CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_ORDER_DEQUEUE'

       iv_collect            = ' '                        
       iv_enqueue_mode       = 'E'                       
  IV_FROM_INIT          = FALSE
    READ TABLE et_field_attribute INTO ls_field_attribute INDEX 1.
    REFRESH ls_field_attribute-field_attribute.
    ls_fieldattr-field_property = 'A'.
    APPEND ls_fieldattr TO lt_fieldattr.
    ls_field_attribute-field_attribute = lt_fieldattr.
    MODIFY TABLE et_field_attribute FROM ls_field_attribute.
  ENDIF.
