Apple ID has been disabled - Yes I have reset my password
Hello Gang,
I am having a hellava problem which I hope someone can help with.
Yesteday, while trying to update apps as normal, I received a pop-up telling me that my Apple ID had been disabled. I immeditely got in line and reset my password after reading all of the Apple Support sites and was able to login in to Apple Support and iTunes.
I then went back to my iPhone and a) Signed Out of my old password (Settings>Itunes & App Stores), b) powered down my phone, c) powered back on, d) signed in with the new password ( Settings>Itunes & App Stores) and e) attempted to update apps.
But I am still receiveing the pop-up error, "Your Apple ID has been disabled"
Any ideas?

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
I have tried to download apps and a window pops up saying apple id has been disabled. I have reset my password and it is still happening! Help

When Trying to download applications from the itunes store, I receive a message that my Apple Id has been disabled. I reset my password, accessed my Itunes Account successfully, but when trying to download, the same message appears.
You need to contact Apple Support, particularly iTunes Store support team. Cheers!

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

I use iPad3 64GB and have been buying and downloading from App Store but recently, each time I want to buy or down load apps from the store, I will receive a popup, "your apple ID has been disabled". I have made efforts to download to no avail and have also change my password severally and later my username and still I get the same message. Now, I can neither buy nor download free apps from the store. What do I do? I need help!

I Continue to get the message my Apple ID is inactive. I have reset my passcode and this doesn't seem to help.
If you are still receiving that message after resetting your password, you need to contact Applecare and tell them that your Apple ID is disabled.

When i try to purchase or update it says "Your Apple ID has been disabled." I have contacted Apple 3 times and they told me to change my password each time and i told them i tried that, but it didn't work.They said they would try to fix it and they never contacted me after that. My Apple ID has been disabled. I have set a new password, but it still is saying disabled. About six months ago my itunes was hacked. Itunes replaced the money, but now I am cannot get in. Is there anyone who might be able to help me out? Thanks
