Apple TV 2 isn't recognizing that I have a season pass after update.

I recently updated to the latest update on Apple TV. I have a season pass to a show, but now my Apple TV 2 does not allow me to download episodes without paying for them again. I am logged in with my apple ID, so that's not the problem. I received am email saying that I had episodes available to download, but the instructions on the email are outdated (it wants me to choose the "download" setting, which doesn't exist. I suppose I can just download the episode to my computer and connect that to my TV, but that completely defeats the purpose of having the AppleTV. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the post however the download you sent me to is for Windows (see below) I am running Snow Leopard on an iMac. Could anyone help with this as this is still not resolved.

The files that weren't inside the media folder on the original machine need to be copied over to exactly the same paths as they had on the source machine. See this thread for an ongoing discussion of a similar problem. See also this post on migrating the iTunes library.

If you update your existing iTunes account then yes, all of the content that you currently have on the account should remain on it, and you will be able to redownload what you can currently redownload (if you are changing countries then you won't be able to redownload, content is tied to the country as well as the id)

Because I had to have my hard drive wiped a while back, I have items on my iTouch that are not in my iTunes. Is there a way to copy everything on the iTouch into iTunes, if necessary, before I load the new software?

It is possible to transfer purchases from your iPod back into iTunes before updating the OS. If you had any CDs from your personal collection, these you have to put back into iTunes manually. Hope this helps you & good luck!

I used iMovie (5.0.1) the first time after years who i have it... and ... i like it.
But i have a little bit problems with the effects. I made a little movie with a lot of little selectet QT movies. This movie have a playtime of 6 minutes (thats the playtime of the backroundsong)... So, in first time i can work great with the effects "Fade in, Fade out" ( i hope, thats the englisch words, i used a german iTunes) but i think, when iMovie have to much transitions effects insite, they have problems... When i select and put a new "Fade in" that effect have nothing effect.
After a lot of trys i closed iMovie and restart it... it works. But what is the problem???

Sometimes you may not know what the problem was. A restart can fix lots of things. Just be glad it worked. I have made several movies with many photos with transitions between each 2 photos. You are correct. When iMovie has a lot of transitions or effects, it seems to run slowly and do strange things.
You can also try repairing permissions with Disk Utility.
Are you using any third party effects such as GeeThree?

Someone tried to hack my account. Apple disabled my ID but iPhone isn't recognizing that the account has been reset. Help?

My iPod touch is stuck on apple logo and isn't recognized by iTunes

My iPod touch gets stuck on the apple logo and won't let me get to the home screen. I tried plugging it into iTunes but It was not recognized. When I hold the power button down it tells me to charge it. When I do it gets stuck on the apple logo again. Please help!

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

IPod stuck on apple logo and isn't recognized by my computer

Hi, my ipod just today, got stuck on the apple logo and when I held the menu and center button it would reboot and would get stuck again. Also, I tried hooking it to my computer and setting it in disk mode but, both of my new computers don't recognize it. So, I decided to see if I could run diagnostics mode on the ipod by holding the center and rewind button but, I can't even access that for some reason. I seriously need some help here folks.

I have the same problem. Everytime I try to reset it loops back into the apple logo. But the apple logo is different isn't it? The screen is black with the logo white. Isn't the screen supposed to be blank with the apple logo black. I can't remember anymore I've been staring at this screen for days now.
Before it started looping I actually did get to run a diagnostic check. It didn't help though. It would go through everything then try to check the firewire. At that point it would just wait for me to plug in the firewire. Isn't that for older ipods?
At another point I did get it to go into disk mode. But when I would try to restore or update an error message would come up or I would get the folder with the exclamation point. But now all it does is loop into the white apple logo.
Can anyone help?

I had my pse installed on two computers, which is allowed with my serial number. I just got a new computer so I deactivated one computer and tried to add it to my new computer but I keep getting a message telling me I can only have it on two computers. How can I get the new computer to recognize that I removed it from my old computer? Please help!

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues. They can help clear up matters with deactivations as well.

Usb audio interface isn't recognized by mac os 10.4.11 after reconnecting

Hi,
I use the native instruments audio 8 dj interface (1.2.0.020, driver 2.3.5, FW 23) with my macbook pro (mac os 10.4.11).
The audio 8 dj is only recognized by it's control panel when it's connected to the notebook via usb before the notebook is started.
When the notebook is already up and running and you connect the audio 8 dj it's not recognized by the notebook.
Also when you disconnect and reconnect the usb cable while the notebook is running the audio 8 dj is not recognized any more, although in all cases the usb led of the audio 8 dj is steady green.
Does anybody know which could be the reason for this problem?

I'm having the same problem on my new MacBook Pro 13", but in my case the issue is with a Sennheiser USB adapter (modelno UUSB2) that I use for my headset.
It's very annoying having to reboot each time I would disconnect and reconnect the device!
The Sennheiser adapter works fine on my older MacBook Pro 15", so it's not an hardware issue with the adapter itself. I've tried resetting the SMC and PRAM to no avail. Sennheiser does not provide any drivers, so it's not a third party driver-issue either. I've tried clean re-install of the OS as well without any luck.
The log-messages from Console.app start notifying me about this when I try to re-connect the device:
