Applescript, Illustrator CS5 and Saving as a PDF

Hello,
First I'm not sure if this is the best spot to post this but I figure I would start here! I'm a rookie applescripter and can find code and piece it together to get things done. The issue I've recently come across has to do with saving files as a pdf with Illustrator CS5 and the file type and creator. In the code below, if the code is changed to save as pdf (no options), the type and creator end up being question marks. I changed it to save with options and backed the pdf version to Acrobat 5, then the type and creator were correct.

The two questions I have are:
1. Is this an issue with Illustrator or something in my code?
2. Is this the proper spot to report the issue?

Hey gregery,
Please let me know what Acrobat version are you using.
Also, go to File> Properties> Security and check whether form filling is allowed or not as shown below:
