I m trying to open applet in IE but it is not displaying but it is working well when i run it through jbuilder ....in IE it give these exception in java consol

Does a method in your PicMsgComposer silently catch an exception and returns
an empty array or null?
That what the trace looks like.
The real problem might be an AccessControlException thrown by checkPermission or
a class that is not found (classpath) or something else.

Flash objects not displaying in Firefox (but works fine in Chrome and IE)

Well, I'm trying to embed a Shockwave Flash object into a website I'm building. It displays in Chrome and IE, but it doesn't show up at all in Firefox. It's just white space. Ive tried it on two machines, so it's presumably the code. Both the machines have Adobe Flash enabled... I'm not sure what the problem is. I've not worked with embedding Flash objects in HTML before, so, it's probably something really obvious. I just used the insert command on dreamweaver and it wrote the code that I'm using. If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated. Here's my code:

If you can't post an address for a page demonstrating the problem, could you check the Web Console (Ctrl+Shift+k) and Browser Console (Ctrl+Shift+j) for any messages related to the Flash media? For example, does either console show that Firefox is requesting the SWF file? Does either show an error in content type or any kind of security message?

Page not displayed on server but works fine locally in Jdeveloper

Hi,
The page works fine locally when run from Jdeveloper.
But when the page is imported to server and when the page is called....it trys to load the page for long time and times out and displays the IE error 'The Page cannot be displayed'.
Do I have to do anything specific in server after importing a page?

If you've installed a Mail plugin called "Mail Unread Menu" and you know how to remove it, please do that, then quit and relaunch Mail. Test. Otherwise, see below.
Back up all data.

try running it in either 32 or 64bit mode and see if this changes the experience. Locate the icon in Finder, right click "get-info" on it and see the checkmarks "run in 32bit mode" ..

Bluetooth audio will not connec with OS 4 upgrade, but work well with OS 3

The bluetooth with the OS 4 upgrade will not connect with my car stereo, but OS 3 worked well. The iPhone will connect with the bluetooth handsfree connect with the stereo, but not the audio. In short, I am no longer able to listen to the iPhone's iPod music, or use the navigation app through my stereo. Frustrating... I have done a soft and hard reset, as well as talk with 'Crutchfield' regarding the problem. The problem presents to be an issues with OS 4. What solutions are available?

I'm having this problem also. Bluetooth audio works fine with my motorola headset or phone "hands free" connection to my ford exployer but does not work with ipod function nor navigation app. Since this is my first iPhone, I don't know if everything worked with OS3.

Pogo game score history will not display in Mozilla but does in IE

In Pogo games, a tab will allow checking player standing among other players based on game scores. Recently, this feature stopped working in Firefox. Checked by way of Internet Explorer and the feature WAS still there. Cleared my Java cache, my Firefox cache and the score standings returned in Firefox but it only lasted about a week. Now I can't get it back again.

Firefox also does not show the favicon in the Tools > Page Info > Media tab, although this does list just three of the many jpgs and pngs within its folders. I've just added the favicon.ico to the folder where it does see a jpg and png, but no joy, still not displayed. See attached png.
How do I overcome this problem? Is there a plugin that resolves this issue? It would be nice to have some color in the page name tabs. Many sites, such as this one, do have their favicons displayed by Firefox...

Preloader progress bar not move in IE, but move well in Firefox

I have been in this problem for several days. I really got
frustrated about it. Pls. anybody can give me some help.
I created a general preloader using movieClipLoader object
and draw a progress bar using movieClip. I set the progress bar's
progress by setting bar_mc._x = percentage, and created as a swf
file. when test it , it works well, when open it using firefox, it
still work well, can show the gradual progress in the bar, but if I
using IE 6 or 7 to open it, it will not show the gradual progress ,
just jump from 0% to 100% after the whole file is completely
loaded.
I saw a note about progress bar not show graduate progress in
Flash Player 9, so I uninstall it and install Flash Player 8 again,
it is still like that.
I really don't know what 's the problem. Could any friends
give me some suggestion or idea, that will be greatly helpful.

Also, is there any way to remove unused styles (in an external CSS) in DW? Just it would be a pain to go through and remove the styles I've tried, but then later decided not to use.
Not exaclty a DW answer, but I've used the free FireFox add-on to help me find unused selectors. Point it to a sitemap.xml and it can spider the whole site (as listed in that xml file).

But be careful with it. It apparently doesn't read JavaScript and your PMM triggers are actually used.

Sharepoint 2010 - Home Page not displaying, all other pages work fine

The web page URL <server>/sitepages/Home.aspx is not displaying when accessed. All other pages work fine. We changed the default welcome page to another page, and that works. When we try to access the Home.aspx, it displays "An unexpected error
occurred" message. The Home.aspx only contains a couple of Lists, with Links, and a calendar. The other odd thing is that the Home.aspx displays in SharePoint designer in Advanced Edit mode, but won't display in a browser. Any ideas?

1) Check the approval of the page (Home.aspx) whether it is in pending state .
2) OR might be some problematic webpart is added in the page. You can try to close it and access. To do that,you can try to access the web part maintenance page of home.aspx and test by closing the webpart one by one.
To access the maintenance page,pass the parameters ?contents=1 after the home.aspx
For example, http://site url/home.aspx?contents=1
3) Also,check the ULS logs after accessing the home.aspx to know what is happening.
