We have been using tomcat for past 3 years. We do development on a windows machine and the applications are deployed in production machine which has Solaris OS. We haven?t faced any problems until we introduced a new level under webapps. Please find our current structure below. We have deployed 1.1 version of the applications under webapps/mces/mces1.1 and similary 1.0 under webapps/mces/mces1.0. The applications under webapps are of version 1.1.

We are seeing very instable behavior. We are not able to login to Superapp application under mces 1.1 and mces 1.0, but we are able to login to superapp directly under webapps folder. On restarting the tomcat server, we will be able to login to all the applications. The instable behavior comes after sometime, it need not be same, we will be able to login under superapp of mces1.1 but not to superapp directly under webapps.
Please advise us on what could be the probably reasons. Project release is getting delayed due to this problem. Please guide us.
Please find below the error shown in tomcat logs. Please note that it doesn't display the name of the class, that it is not able to find. Generally, along with java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError , the class that it is not able to find is also shown. This error comes while running same application under tomcat at different levels. One application is under webapps directly and copy of this application is kept under 1.0 folder. This error comes only after sometime of starting the tomcat. On restarting the tomcat, the error doesn't occur again and everything is fine. It pops up again after sometime. This behaviour is seen on UNIX only. This setup works well on window.

We have 7 computers on a local network 3 of them have local printers 2 and are brand new Vista equiped. we shared the local printers on the vista machines but they are unaccessable from one vista to the other... it works from an XP to a Vista, but not from a Vista to a Vista.... go figure.... When we try to add the printers, the error message that we get is: "windows cannot connect to the printer. the local print spooler service is not running. please restart the spooler or restart the machine."

problem description : I have a Lexmark x4270 all in one. I installed the driver for it in my new laptop running Vista. Turns out the driver is not for Vista but XP. I uninstalled the XP driver and downloaded a Vista driver from Lexmark. When I try to run the printer software I get a message "Local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine." I tried all of that. I have looked this problem up on the web and it is quite common with Vista. Many of the "solutions" say it is a problem with an incomplete removal of the incorrect printer driver and they show how to correct in the registry. I am not comfortable tinkering with the registry and thought I'd consult with you first.
I tried "everything" I could to fix the problem of getting "error 1075" fixed in my HP laptop running Vista. HP came up with simple solution below. The regedit part is what fixed mine. I did not need the safe mode part. I think Lexmark should add the solution to your knowledge base.

Reboot your notebook and press F8. The system will show some booting options select safe mode.
Note: Starting computer in safe mode may take some time.
Uninstall the printer using Programs and Features from the control panel of your notebook.

Here you can use proces type: 'Complete deletion of data target content' from Data target administration node.
Here in this process type you need to specify the target of which data to be deleted.

My itunes app was working fine then all of a sudden I'm getting an error - The Itunes application could not be opened. The required folder cannot be found. But it doesn't tell me what folder.

Assuming that you mean iCloud (I don't know what you mean 'issuance of the two is the seventh kind'), then when are you being asked for it and is it your iCloud account's password that you are being asked for or did you buy the phone second-hand ? If it's a used phone and the previous owner left it linked to their account then you will need to contact the previous owner, only they can remove it from their account : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515
