Define "just now bought".
If you're out of bounds for a return, you can always sell your iPad and buy a new Air model. That might come under the "pay the overheads" (whatever that means). I just sold a iPad 4 32GB on ebay for $425 so I have some "overheads" also. My new iPad Air arrives next week.

Bonjour, il me semble que c'est compliqué selon les directives d'Apple, puisque si l'appli est disponible sur le store, elle doit avoir été vérifiée, et pour cela, une appli "verrouillée", ne répondrait pas à la première demande. A vérifier directement auprès du service commercial d'Adobe.

HT1766 I reset my ipad then tried to restore it with my icloud backup. it asked for my apple id and password. I knew my password but could not remember the apple id. so I asked the dialogue to retreive it but it asked me to reset my password. now i can't

i had problems with it being very slow even thought I deleted all my music and pics and even a lot of apps so I figured I'd reset it and restore from the backup I have on iTunes. but after aksing for my apple id and then being forced to change my password, it also asked me to associate an email with the account.after all that when I try to restore it says it has a problem. I can't remember the exact message I get.
I set it up as a new ipad thinking I'd try and use iTunes to retrieve it. but it doesn't look like I can do it that way either.haven't synced with a my laptop in a while.

Ipad air prb signing in

Recently i bought Apply Ipad Air but after making apple i.d i can't be able to sign in anywhere its showing the password is incorrect then i changed my password again its showing password is incorrect and i know m typing correct password so plz help me out with this prob i can't sign in anywhere to verify my i.d therefore can't use my ipad unless i verify but where to go what to do ?

It is more likely than not that you have simply just mistaken the email. Unless he made that email back when hotmail was first started a LONG time ago, its unlikely that it is just his name with no numbers or anything else with it. I think you just got a lucky guess on the birthdate.
Go to https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid and see if you can locate his Apple ID. If you still are stuck contact Apple for further assistance with locating the correct account. Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security

IPad Air not compatible with NFL Mobile app?

Hello Verizon and community -
I recently added an iPad Air to my Verizon wireless account, the biggest reason being so I can watch NFL network via the NFL Mobile app through Verizon. Come to find out after some trial and error that the iPad air is not compatible with the free access to NFL network via the app? Seems other applie iPad devices are compatible, including the apple iPad mini, but no iPad air for some reason.
I have a Galaxy s3 on my account as well. When I download the app on that device and start it, I get a popup saying that I have access to the content for free and I am able to stream the NFL network with no problems. When I download the app to my iPad and open it, I do not get the same notification of access to the content. It opens and runs fine but if I try to tap the button to watch NFL network, it asks me to sign in with my cable provider instead of streaming.
I'm wondering if compatibility for the iPad Air will be added anytime soon?

Seems like if they really wanted to cash in they'd jump on making it
available for the Air, as it's one of the more spendy of the tabs they have
available. But I suppose that'd be too easy
Unfortunately it's Comcast around my area and they don't play nice with
others. Not on the list of compatible cable providers. Do Verizon rep's

Bonjour over EOIP

Hi,
I have a use case with Applie IPADS and Apple TV connecting to the same WLAN. The WLAN has multiple interface associated with it as part of an Interface Group.
I want to allow Apple devices to see each other using the Bonjour Gateway feature of the WLC allowing mDNS (224.0.0.251:5353) to be forwarded across interfaces.
The particular issue I have is that the WLAN is Anchored to the DMZ. I believe Bonjour over EOIP is only supported if the Apple device in the DMZ is on the Wired network. All of my devices are Wireless only.
I am running 7.4.100. There are some posts mentioning that this setup is supported in 7.5 but I cannot find any information to support this.
Does anyone have this type of a deployment working?

App Store showing updates but all apps up to date

App Store icon on iPad is showing there is 1 update, but when App Store is launched all apps are up to date (there are no updates to be applied).
iPad has been sync'ed with iTunes and everything is up to date.
iPad has been restarted after updating to iOS 8.1.1.
App Store continues to display "1" in update badge.
What to do now?

ATtempt to power off your device and power it back on, if that doesn't work reset all settings should resolve it for you

Rented Movies not shown

Hi there
When I look in iTunes for my iPad, it shows my rented movies downloaded to my iPad, and significant space is taken up on the device.
However, when I tap on my Videos app on the iPad, I can't see any of my movies?

Yes. Both my iMac and my iPad are connected to wi-fi.
Restarting the iPad doesn't seem to make a difference.
What I tried:
Moved the rentals 'off' the iPad, and clicked Apply.
iPad space usage reduced as expected. See screenshot 1 below.
Moved the rentals onto the iPad, and clicked Apply.
iPad space usage increased as expected. See screenshot 2 below.
Ejected my iPad, restarted, and tapped on Videos. No luck :-(

As when installing an app on a computer, there must be a version for the app that is compatible with the computer and the OS running the computer.

Songs don't show up on my iPad after applying them from iTunes. Help?

I plug my iPad 2 into the computer and iTunes automatically comes up. When I go to apply a new playlist from iTunes to my iPad, it looks like it finishes loading and then it shows that I should have 181 songs on my iPad but i only see that I 31 songs. What should I do? or What is going on? I haven't changed any settings on either my iPad nor my computer.

Are you selecting the playlist like this
Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Music Tab on the right.
Click on all of the albums or playlists that you want to sync
Click on the Sync Music Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
