Apps in desktop are fine, can't open on laptop. Sign-in required and failed.
I purchased the Adobe CC pack so that I could use it on both my computers (not at the same time) since I sometimes have to travel and use my laptop instead of my desktop. The apps only will only open on the desktop and not on my laptop. WHY IS THIS?! I can't seem to use them, the apps say I have to sign in, but I'm clearly online @ the CC window. Can anyone help me out?! Thanks in advance!

Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

You can't remove the built-in root certificates, but you can remove their trust bits via the Edit button to prevent Firefox from using them as a trusted root certificate.
Intermediate certificates that Firefox has stored when visiting websites that show as "Software Security Device" should never has trust bits set.
Note that it is the responsibility of a server to send all required intermediate certificates to make it possible to build a certificate chain that ends with a built-in root certificate. -

• I thank you all each and every person, ladies and gentleman who are connected with Mozilla Firefox in any manner and who have contributed for its development and any other who is in any way even concerned and every well wisher of Mozilla. My good wishes for all of them and for their work that it has become so popular and every one of them has laboured selflessly and without any money angle for that and that is the best thing. Such selfless work must be appreciated by each and all.
• My earlier suggestion for accepting cheques from those who like me do not have any cr. card has still not been accepted.
• You please incorporate features from other good programmes as these are still not there in FireFox and I am using only this since when I first installed it and I do not intend to use any other but these features as I remember were available few years back are still not there in Mozilla so today there should be many more features which can be incorporated in Firefox.
• When the connection is on but not opened i.e. the connection has been switched on but not opened i.e. the modem lights are on and not off then if I go back to a page opened then the Firefox shows loading problem but if I switch off the modem then I can access that very same page. This should be taken care of so that even if I switch on the modem but the connection is not on even then I should be able to see the page 1 or 2 or many pages backwards.
• Then I can not open the history even of today and see that page whereas earlier I could click any history page and it showed even if it was 5 days old (which is my setting) and I have not changed any setting.
• I also thank the all add-on creators because I have installed very few but even then these are very useful.
• I would also suggest that you incorporate these add-ons in the FireFox itself for example I suggested many moons back that let there be a system of any number of tabs being opened (and a few more suggestions) and it is available as add –on in tab mix plus which I have now installed.
• I also request to everyone concerned to give his ideas as to what other features can be incorporated in Firefox and these suggestions be on your website and after a certain number of well wishers and users select the idea you please either develop it yourselves or any well wisher can do it and then it can be incorporated in the Firefox.
• I also give you my suggestion which is not available presently to my knowledge in the browser or add-ons this is that if I move a window in tab mix plus then it is always in a window for each tab but instead of that my suggestion is that I should be able to move any no. of tabs or any other tab to one particular window only and that too in any manner I like in any sequence like at a particular No. of tab say 15th etc.
• I also feel presently having some problem that when I shut down the computer after save and quit pages that are there are not reopened. Loading problem in those pages appears I do not know the reason but Firefox should be able to show all the last page/pages/window/windows I was perusing after I saved and quit.

Please provide more details about your computer along with the graphics card. Also, A log file might help identify the cause of the crash. Please right-click 'My Computer', select "Manage," look under 'Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Application' to see if there's an event there from Premiere Pro. If so, copy the contents of that log and paste them here.

I hope you can help and that this is the right forum.
We have a RMS 1.0 sp1 server which has stopped working.
Users get "only documents created in a signed application can be opened in a signed application" when trying to protect a document in word or Outlook, and are unable to open previously protected documents.
C:\Users\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\DRM - only has the one file in it which is DRM-Machine. the .eul .CLC and .Gic files are missing from this folder.
The server running the rms has an event id 82. " the callers machine certificate has a certificate chain that is not valid"
I ran an irmcheck on the local machine which showed " No user Certificate"
I can connect to the rms server urls , both licensing and certificate with no errors and IE shows the zone to be local intranet.
Can anyone see what my problem might be and suggest why the workstations are not getting their certs and allowed protection? What else should I be checking?

Here is the answer which resolved my situation, I hope it helps yours.
Guybrush-Threepwood I've marked your post as helpful as we had installed SP2 but it was not installed correctly and installing correctly was part of the solution.
PROBLEM:
Client began seeing the error:
“Only documents created in a signed application can be opened in a signed application”
On the server we were getting events:
“The callers machine certificate has a certificate chain that is not valid”
CAUSE:
Servers running RMS before SP2 can no longer get a valid Server Licensor Certificate.
RESOLUTION:
1. Install RMS v1 SP2 from:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14329
2. Locate and then click the following key in the registry.
For the enrollment URL on x86 versions of Windows Server 2003:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\DRMS\1.0\
For the enrollment URL on x64 versions of Windows Server 2003:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\DRMS\1.0\
3. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click String value.
4. Type EnrollmentURL, and then press Enter.
5. On the Edit menu, click Modify.
6. Type
https://activation.drm.microsoft.com/enrollment/enrollservice.asmx, and then click OK.
7. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click String value.
8. Type CloudGicURL, and then press Enter.
9. On the Edit menu, click Modify.

Okay , you should only delete EMPTY DUPLICATED folders, not preview folders or any others. I would put them all back. Then just delete any DUPLICATED EMPTY folders, do not disturb any other folders. On iOS switch off DOCUMENTS AND DATA under ICLOUD in SETTINGS. Do this on all iOS devices not just the one. Once deleted DUPLICATE FOLDERS on the mac in MOBILE FOLDERS then exit the LIBRARY. Open PAGES on your MAC and view folders on icloud. Check everything is all there as expected. If okay then DELETE and re-install PAGES app on iOS - THEN switch on DATA and DOCUMENTS in ICLOUD. Now open PAGES. If you have Time Machine on you can recover any 'lost' doc files and restore them from your mac from pages application. Try the process again and do not disturb any folders other than ones I mentioned as this is the system files LIBRARY. It is not a place to be over zealous in moving, altering and deleting folders and files. Take care please.

If you can't open a particular ibook then try deleting it from the bookshelf via the Edit button at the top right of the bookshelf, and (assuming that it's still in your country's store) redownload it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the app (or if you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes library sync it back from there).

CS6 was the last version capable of opening Pagemaker files. It's included with Cloud subscriptions, so if you don't have it installed (or an earlier version) you can download it from your cloud subscription.
To open them you use File > Open..., but the quality of conversion can range between nearly perfect and total garbage, depending on the PM file and the status of links (unembed images before trying to convert). -

I don't know why the change, but the pointer appears in the same way as it does on the main screen, not a pointer. There does not appear to be anyway to change it. You may want to submit a comment to the Features Requests: Acrobat Feature Requests. I also submitted this as a bug.
As a clarification, your "adobe acrobat 11 reader writer" is not informative. There is Acrobat 11 and Reader 11. Writer is not a product as such. So you have referred to Acrobat in a contradictory manner. In the future, please just indicate Acrobat 11 or Adobe Acrobat 11. -

Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings. It won't delete your data.
