APPS_WF_EVENT_T.xsd not found

Hello all,
I am trying to use the Oracle Applicaitons Adapter to try to listen to a business event on my R12 eBusiness Suite. I picked "Oracle Applications" Services as my partnerlink, found the business event that I was looking for but couldn't see the APPS_WF_EVENT_T.xsd anywhere in the file system to be imported. I am using jdeveloper 10.1.3.4.0.4270 Any idea why?
Thanks!

create the business event partner link using Oracle Applications Adapter.
When at last step - it asks about schema , choose : Any Schema and create the partner link.
Then using receive activity, connect the partner link to receive and create variable.
Save it, based on the name of the partner link, a schema will be created in project folder : can be accessed from Jdeveloper applicaiton browser in SCHEMA Folder.
That is the schema for the business event standard and common to all business events.
let me know, else i will email it t you.

  • Bpm xsd/ReviewObject.xsd not found in composite while deploying

    Hi,
    I am a newbie to BPM.
    Installed 11.1.1.5.0 soa/bpm suite.
    Tried http://st-curriculum.oracle.com/obe/fmw/obpm/11g/r1/firstProcess/firstprocess_obpm11g.htm
    Getting error while deployment of the above saying
    The XML-Schema file for the fact com.oracle.xmlns.bpm.bpmobject.hellomodule.reviewobject.ObjectFactory could not be found in the composite.
    The XML-Schema file xsd/ReviewObject.xsd could not be found in the composite. The XML fact com.oracle.xmlns.bpm.bpmobject.hellomodule.reviewobject.ObjectFactory of target namespace assumes the existence of the schema file in the composite.
    Check the composite for the schema xsd/ReviewObject.xsd and make sure it has target namespace. The schema is expected in the project xsd or businesscatalog folder. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services.

    Installed as per the quick start guide mentioned in the documentaion page, ie. with oracle-xe, wls 10.3.5, rcu 11.1.1.5.0, soa 11.1.1.5.0
    configured the domain for bpm suite for developers, soa suite for developers
    Developed and deployed from jdeveloper as per the above bpm example link.
    If tried without the business rule component, there are no errors, works fine and able to check from /bpm/workspace properly.
    Please let me know what needs to be done to correct the above error.
    Thx

    Hi,
    i believe that is a bug in the composite editor. You MUST NOT copy ReviewObject.xsd from the businessCatalog folder to the xsd folder.
    Instead, try creating the Business Rule from the BPMN process. This can be done from the "Implementation" dialog of the Business Rule activity.
    In that dialog, you can specify the input and output of the Business Rule by dragging&dropping from the Process Data Objects into that dialog.
    There is no need to even look at the XSD, it is all hidden under the covers.
    Not sure why the tutorial wants you to create the rules component from the composite editor, i will check and get that fixed.
    Let me know if that works for you.
    Best Regards,
    Ralf

  • Oim-config.xml was not found in MDS Repository.

    Hi there,
    I'm trying to install Oracle Fusion Application (last version .5) but I can't go ahead becuase I got an error during the OIM Server installation.
    $ uname -a
    Linux server02 2.6.39-200.24.1.el6uek.x86_64 #1 SMP Sat Jun 23 02:39:07 EDT 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
    $ cd /repository/fusion/fmw/iam/bin/
    $ ./config.sh &
    Select only “OIM Server” [...] everything is going fine without error. I've re-started the AdminServer and started the OIM.
    If I try to open the browser http://<server>:14000 I got an Error 404
    Take a look at the log, there is an Error on oim-config.xml
    I was trying to find something on Google but all the forum talked about the missing security files.
    I tried to install again OIM but nothing happened.
    Someone could help me please?

    Thanks for your support Rajiv Dewan and idamGod,
    I've just followed this metalink ID: “Easy step for Oracle Identity Manager 11g (OIM 11g) installation on Windows [ID 1234357.1]”
    In my case I don’t have this error:
    Unable to find keystore "default-keystore.jks" in <DOMAIN_HOME>/config/fmwconfig/.
    Unable to find keystore ".xldatabasekey" in <DOMAIN_HOME>/config/fmwconfig/.
    […]Maybe it’s the same root causes but I installed again the OIM without success. I can’t login to the OIM because I just back 404.
    I’m sorry but I didn’t understand what I can do.
    Thanks,
    Lain

    Hi
    Please go through the related pointers ->
    The OSS note 672960 has already indicated you need to use BADI to address it.
    For Search criteria
    You can also use user-defined fields as search criteria. To do this, you have to set fields XINPUT and XDISPLAY to 'X' in table ET_FIELDS for the fields you want to use in BADI BBP_CUF_BADI_2 in method MODIFY_SCREEN. The fields defined this way are displayed if you choose the 'Extended search' link.

  • Page definition is not found while running JSR286 portlet in WebCenter app

    Hi All,
    I have ADF application which has 3 different task flows 1. my service 2. my car 3. my bike.
    which I have placed into a single bounded task flow called repairTaskflow.
    I have created a JSR286 portlet out of a repairTaskflow. I am trying to consume it in an Webcenter application. When I place the portlet on to the page in Web center application
    and run the page. I see the following error in the console.

    In service page taskflow the default activity is a method activity. If I convert the service-task-flow alone as a portlet, it failed. showing the similar error : pagedef not found.
    Then I created the portlet out of car task-flow whose default activity is a page. This time I can view the portlet, the car list page. Once I click create button on that page which again goes through a method activity, then it failed showing the error mentioned above
    It seems where ever there are method activities on the taskflow, the portlet cannot find the pagedef and its throwing error . I have cross checked the deployed war file and all the pagedef's are bundled into it.
    Any suggestions are much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Morgan.

    Hi All,
    I solved this issue. The path of pagedef files was not recognized when I publish the taskflows as portlets. Though it runs when I place it as a region on jspx file.
    The folder structure where I placed pagedefs earlier was some thing like this in ViewController -> Application Resources
    com.mycomp.view.pagedefs
    When I wanted to consume the portlet in the portal application, all the pagedefs under this path were not visible to the portlet.
    Once I change the pagedef folder to the immediate folder after the Application Resources, it found all the pagedefs
    Now my folder structure in ViewController -> Application Resources
    view.pagedefs
    Is this a bug? or Am I missing some thing.
    Thanks,
    Morgan.

  • "Source not found" Error creating URL Data control with query parameters

    Hi,
    I have a restful service for which i want to create a URL data control. I am able to create the URL data control successfully when i am not passing any parameters in the Source field. But if i am specifying the parameters in the source field like this Department=##ParamName##, something weird is happening. After giving the param string in the Source field, it asks for default param value to test the url. It tests the url successfully. After that i select XML as the data format in which i am mentioning the xsd like this . "file:///C:/..../something.xsd" . And this is when i am getting the error. "Invalid Connection. The source is not found". I am giving exactly same path for xsd which i gave while creating URL data control without query parameters. Infact i was able to create the URL data control with query parameters successfully till afternoon. after that it started giving me this error all of a sudden. Infact as soon as i was able to create a URL data contol with query parameter successfully, i took a backup of the application before moving further. But even that backup is not working now.
    As far as i understand, i dont think there will be any change in xsd if query params are passed to a web service. Please correct me if i am wrong.
    Just dont know what could be the issue. Please help
    Thanks

    Hi,
    xsd is used for the URL service to know what the returned data structure is so it can create the ADF DC metadata

  • HTTP_RESP_STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK 404 Not Found

    Since moving from SP9 to SP12, all of our communication channels using a receiver file adapter get an HTTP error. One specific scenario is we read a file from UNIX (this works) and then remap and write a file back to the same directory (this gets the HTTP error).
    receiver adapter config is as follows:
    Adapter type = File
    Receiver
    Transport Protocol = File System (NFS)
    Message Protocol = File Content Conversion
    Adapter Engine = Integration Server
    Target Directory = /sap_int/XI_railmax
    File Name Scheme = new_sapack.txt
    A sender agreement has been created (and worked prior to the upgrade to SP12)

    NOTE - this is only an issue when writing a FILE.  IDOC's inbound and outbound still work, the JDBC adapter still works, reading a file still works....just a problem with a 'receiver' File Adapter....any ideas?
    thanks /Dave

    Thankyou all for the quick responses:
    Sudhir - the parameters for the file conversion worked prior to our moving to SP12, but i tried chnaging the protocol to just 'file' anyways - same error
    Saravana-had a look at the OSS note - seems unrelated
    Michal - checked with our basis person, he has already redeployed the adapter framework and SDA files...i checked the service for the HTTP RFC dest, and it is in the format 5<instance>00, but when i change it to 80<instance> and run a 'test connection', it comes up with the 404 error.  Looked in the ICM and according to the display of the HTTP server the port is 52800 just as it is in the service of the rfc dest. So, i guess i am still stuck, and getting some Basis time here is proving difficult (i do not have access to the J2EE tools) -

  • Restlet Error "The server has not found anything matching the request URI"

          <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
       </servlet-mapping>
    </web-app>
    Here is my Application router class
    public class FirstStepsApplication extends Application
         @Override
         public synchronized Restlet createInboundRoot()
              Router router = new Router(getContext());
              // Defines only one route
              router.attach("/hello", HelloWorldResource.class);
              router.attach("/login", LoginResource.class);
              router.attach("/", BasicResource.class);
              return router;
    }I've gone back to the basic first steps example.
    It works fine if the url pattern is <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
    localhost/rest/login returns a string from my LoginResource, same too for /hello
    However a static html page I have /Mypage.html does not get returned when I enter the URL /MyPage.html
    However, if I then modify the url pattern to be
    <url-pattern>/login</url-pattern>
    and then enter the url /MyPage.html I will get the html page.
    But ...... I get the error "The server has not found anything matching the request URI" when I enter the url /login which worked ok the first case.
    What must I do in order for both Restlet & Static HTML resources to work together?
    Thanks ... J

    yes, basicResource is my own class. It's a catch all for restlet requests that don't match any of the other ones. It just returns String = "My catch all resource"
    Because you highlighted it I decided to try and remove it from my Restlet Router. Presto, it now works, the login & hello requests are serviced by my Restlet resources and the MyPage.html requests are served the mypage.html file. This now brings another question. If from my servlet mapping in web.xml all urls are to be handled by restlet "/*", how then does a mypage.html request not get serviced by my restlet? Seems to be just passed through the restlet framework when there is no router to match it? what do you think?

    The FacesContext is created by FacesServlet which is
    definied in the web.xml with an url-pattern.
    If you just follow the url-pattern of this
    FacesServlet, usually /faces/ or *.faces, or *.jsf,
    then the FacesContext will be created.Hi balu,

  • Class not found for class generated by autotype when deploy

    I'm getting a ClassNotFoundException when I attempt to deploy a webservice that was originally generated from an XSD.
    1) I create the stubs using "autotype" and the schemaFile attribute. Class files are generated and placed in the location specified by destDir.
    2) I then run source2wsdd to generate the web-services.xml and WSDL files. source2wsdd specified the "javaSource" attribute and points to the java file the WebService is to call.
    I also take all the generated JAVA classes and put it into a JAR file for step 3.
    3) I run wspackage to create the EAR file. For "webAppClasses" I specify the class files that goes with the "javaSource" specified in step 2. I also take the JAR file created in step 2 (which contains all the code generated by step 1) and use "utilJars" to put in the the /lib directory of the war file.
    4) When I deploy, I get a "class not found" for one of the classes that is in the utility jar file I created in step 2. I have verified that the jar file is in the "web-inf/lib" directory.
    What am I not seeing that is causing WebLogic (WLS 8.0 SP2) to not find the class?
    Thanks in advance...

    Bruce: Got it working. (Bad news is I'm not sure what I did to fix it. :-( )
    My service now deploys, but I'm having problems doing a "source2wsdd" from inside
    Eclipse. Found another customer in this group with the same issue, and added my
    info to his message.
    For now I have to run the build outside Eclipse, but at least my service is deployable.
    Thanks for taking the time to reply to my message!

  • Modify service endpoint in webservices.xml throws class not found for link

    Hello, we had a problem for serveral days and have not found any solutions googling. We read the documentation and seems ok, so we are a little desesperate.
    We have a WebService project in Oracle Eclipse included in Weblogic 10.3.5 with the following classes:
    - An EJB (org.test.TestWSImpl) with the @WebService annotation:
    @WebService(serviceName = "TestService", portName = "testService", targetNamespace = "testNameSpace",
    endpointInterface = "test.TestWS", wsdlLocation = "/wsdls/test.wsdl")
    - When deploying the ear all runs ok. Now, for serveral business reasons, we need to change the defalut service URI so we added a webservices.xml and weblogic-webservices.xml.
    The webservices.xml:
    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
    <webservices xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee"
         xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" version="1.2">
         <webservice-description>
              <webservice-description-name>TestService</webservice-description-name>
              <port-component>
                   <port-component-name>testService</port-component-name>
                   <wsdl-port xmlns:tns="testNameSpace">tns:testDataService</wsdl-port>

                   </service-impl-bean>
              </port-component>
         </webservice-description>
    </webservices>
    In the weblogic-webservices.xml we define the new endpoint:
    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
    <weblogic-webservices
    xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-webservices"
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

    Sorry for the copy; a browser error. Please delete this thread

    We have found a solution removing the eclipse webservice project and adding the EJB inside the EJB project module.
