AQ Adapter CLOB queue Problem

I am trying to setup the AQ adapter using 10.1.2 but am having difficulties.
We are using the FTP Adapter to pickup a file, publish event, and that works fine.
Trying to create an AQ subscribe event, for a CLOB queue, the message is received but when it transforms it and enqueues into the production database it the message is empty.
Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Hi,
Create a DataType at the database a refer a CLOB.
Insert the DTD into the Commom Data Types.
When you create the Business Object, refer that datatype aand insert inside the DTD that you already have at the Common Data Types.
Then make the map has you want to...
And you can see that it's working!...
I work with interconnect for a long time (since the first version - OAI). At least until version 9.0.4, The interconnect can not handle files larger than a size and this is the only way that I discovered to do that.
Hope it helps

  • OSB 10.3 JMS queue problem: JMSCorrelationID is null

    Hi everybody,
    I am new to OSB/ALSB, and need some help regarding JMS message handling. I am trying to put some input data into a JMS queue( say, reqQueue) and to get the response from another JMS queue(say resQueue). My architecture is:
    OSB proxy service->OSB business service->JMS queue(reqQueue)->BPEL process(through JMS adapter) ->JMS queue(resQueue)->OSB business service->OSB proxy service.
    I have used JMSCorrelationID for response correlation. but my problem is that when I am trying to test the service from proxy service, I am getting the JMSCorrelationId as null in BPEL process as well as in the weblogic server JMS log, and as I am getting the CorrelationId as null, I am unable to correlate the response, so I am not getting any response.
    This is urgent, please help me as soon as possible as possible.
    Thanks in advance.

  • HELPL ! BPEL reading business events (WF_DEFERRED queue) problem

    Hi all,
    I'm actually trying to catch a CDH (TCA) business event using the Bpel Oracle applications adapter. The problem is that there is no visible bpel instance in the console, but in other hand i can see events being raised by CDH in WF_DEFERRED queue (messages). The event that my bpel service is listenning to is "oracle.apps.ar.hz.Person.create". The WF_DEFERRED agent statuts is "Enabled" in workflow administrator console. I'm using Jdeveloper 10.1.3.3 and EBS R12. So, did i forget any steps ? Where can i find detailed documentation about this subject ? Any help would be apreciated. Thank you,

    I'm using Jdeveloper 10.1.3.3 and E-Business suite R12.

    Yes. It's running. I checked it out in the Oracle Workflow Adminstrator console. It says status: Enabled. Thank you again for any help.

  • Adapter engine queue monitoring

    Hi All,
    I have one doubt about adapter engine queue.
    We can see adapter engine queue in  RWB->Message Monitoring-> Adapter engine-> Display  .
    Here in queue if one message goes in to system error status, remaining all messages from that queue goes on holding status.
    So unless someone manually clears this system error message, remaining messages from same queue will not be processed.
    Is there anything to automate this process? Because currently someone has to manually monitor this queue and clear the message if it is in system error.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Bhavesh,
    I am getting a PO file from source system which contains data and control record. But target system expects two different files for data and control. So in mapping program I have done this.
    When interface split happens for one scenario and the multiple messages are going to the same receiver, an internal queue name is generated from the message ID of the original message, to ensure that the correct processing sequence is maintained. As a result, the quality of service switches from EO to EOIO. Here is the reference link:

    Also can you please elaborate on CCMS?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Adapter Engine Queue

    Hi.
    I got yhe following error in default trace.
    ==========
    Could not get next EOIO QueueMessage from MessageStore. Reason: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.MessagingException: Error retrieving message from database store. Reason: Could not create Message. Reason: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.MessagingException: Could not parse XMBMessage due to Binary index out of range: 1613824 Putting message back into sequencer for manual retry.#

    ==========
    I check the
    http://<host>:<port>/MessagingSystem/monitor/systemStatus.jsp, and found the following information.
    ?EOIO   Status   HOLD  -> 1
    ?????????   TBDL  -> 1
    ?Matrix  one of the Adapter
    ???????????TBDL -> 6
    ???????????Size -> 161384
    I think the Adapter Engine queue size is overflow.
    (It is 161384).
    Question1
    How can I restart this "TBDL" message?
    I tried to restart from RWB -> message monitoring,
    but could not deliver cause of error.
    Question2
    How can I change the "queue size"?
    There are documents that refer to "thread count",
    not but "queue size".
    The thread count is default. It's "5".
    best regards,

    Thank you for your replying.
    I retry the message, but the error occured again.
    I check this message by performance monitoring on RWB.
    Nomarry this inerface process the "5 messsages" at one time.
    The average message size is "2MB".
    The "TBDL" message size is 2MB(I mean average size),
    but the number of the message is "19"!!
    Should I increase the number of threads?

    You need to restart your sap adapter in GRC front end from configurations tab-->Sap adapter >choose the one for your back end system> if it's grayed out or even green still, click on it and let it restart and turn green again.
    Then you go back to your backend ECC system and in SM59 , choose the RFC connection for the Risk Terminator (the one you have saved in the Risk Terminator transaction /VIRSA/ZRTCNFG in backend system).. and test the connection. It should pass the connection test if your adapter is working and set up correctly. Then when you do save in SU01 or make changes in PFCG and have Risk Terminator activated for the backend system, it will check the SOD violations against those transactions from RAR front end.
    If you don't want Risk Terminator to check for SOD violations in front end RAR, then you need to set your settings to 'NO' for all in the Risk Terminator transaction. You can get all this info in the GRC config guide for RAR and SPM area.

  • Deleting Adapter engine queues

    Hi Experts,
                     While trying a proxy to database scenario My message is (processed Successfully in SXMB_MONI) getting stuck in Receiver JDBC channel and the status of the message is DELEIVERING. How can i delete the messages from the adapter engine queue. I am trying to cancel the messages from the Message monitoring in the RWB but i am not able to cancel that message due to which other messages are also in DELEIVERING state.
    Thanks
    Ajay

    Hi,
    1) How can i know the Queue ID in the Adapter engine as my message is processed succesfully from SAP-XI and stuck in adapter engine.
    A) See the Blog for this
    2) Is it mandatory that we have to clear the Very First message which is in the queue , means other messages which all are in DELIEVERING stage can't be deleted?
    A) YES, Its mandatory to clear the very first strucked message

    Dear Subramanyam,
    Some message might be struck in the queue. Because of this reason furthur processing is not performed on time.
    Please try to do like this:
    Go to SXMB_MONI, or SXi_monitor, select QueueID in the row, which is showing green flag. In the next window belongs to queue select the queue and press unlock button on the panel.
    This could possibly release the queue which is struck.

  • JMS Adapter Message Selector Problem...

    Hi
    I have set the following in the invoke before producing the message and dropping on the queue
    <invoke name="Invoke_1" partnerLink="adapt"
    portType="ns1:Produce_Message_ptt"
    operation="Produce_Message"
    inputVariable="Invoke_1_Produce_Message_InputVariable"
    bpelx:inputHeaderVariable="Sender"/>
    On the receive side I have the message selector configured for the adapter as follows:
    <jca:operation
    ActivationSpec="oracle.tip.adapter.jms.inbound.JmsConsumeActivationSpec"
    DestinationName="dattjndi"
    UseMessageListener="false"
    MessageSelector="Sender=AdaptationRequest"PayloadType="TextMessage"
    OpaqueSchema="false" >
    </jca:operation>
    Where AdaptationRequest is the value for the Sender variable which will be used to filter the message. But this does not work. the messages are still not consumed. What could be the problem?
    Thanks,
    Anil

    did you check the message selector section on
    http://java.sun.com/j2ee/sdk_1.3/techdocs/api/javax/jms/Message.html
    explains all the operators you can use and the correct syntax. Make a note of the case sensitivity.

  • JDeveloper - ESB / BPEL - JMS Adapter - prefix queue name with db schema

    When I use the JMS Adapter in ESB to create a new message queue producer or consume using database (AQ) I'm experiencing a problem when selecting the queue.
    I can browse the queue in the database but when I have selected the queue JDeveloper prefix it with the schema name owning the queue.
    Example:
    java:comp/resource/DocumentQueueResourceProvider/Queues/QUEUES.DOCUMENT_IMPORT_QUEUE
    Schema owner is QUEUES and the name of the queue is DOCUMENT_IMPORT_QUEUE.
    The problem is when I try to use it its unable to look up the queue and I have to manually remove the prefix from .wsdl file before deploying it - as with setting mcf.IsTransacted='false'.
    When the resource provider finds the queue and exposes it in the JNDI three it does it without the prefix.
    Question: How do I either:
    a) make the schema prefix be removed by JDeveloper
    b) make the resource provider prefix the queue name with the schema name.
    Anybody?
    Best regards
    Christian Damsgaard

    Try this:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <xsd:schema targetNamespace="http://www.yourcompany.com/msg"
    xmlns:tns="http://www.yourcompany.com/msg"
    xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
    xmlns:nxsd="http://xmlns.oracle.com/pcbpel/nxsd"
    nxsd:encoding="ASCII" nxsd:stream="chars" nxsd:version="NXSD"
    elementFormDefault="qualified" attributeFormDefault="unqualified">
    <xsd:element name="rootnode" type="xsd:string" nxsd:style="terminated" nxsd:terminatedBy="${eof}"/>
    </xsd:schema>
    This will result in a single node xml.

    Hi all!
    We have several communication channels between XI 3.0 (SP21) and TIBCO via JMS queues. All of them are working fine except  one. This problem only happens in development and quality systems with SP21, production has SP17 and doesn't have this error on the same communication channel.

  • Integration Sap PI - JCAPS through JMS queue problem

    Hi to all,
    we have to send data through Sap PI 7.1 to an application server Sun Seebeyond JCAPS via JNDI JMS.
    We created a Simple Java Test Class that sends data to Jcaps Queues using stcms libraries suggested from Sun.
    I already tested this code on Eclipse, and it works fine. (Jcaps receive correctly messages sent from Java Class)
    Using JMS Communication Channel on Sap PI with same settings used on Java Class (Queue Connection Factory, Initial Context Factory, URL, Queue Name) and deployed the same stcms libraries on PI,
    Jcaps doesn't receive any message. In ABAP Monitor and Communication Channel Monitor we don't check any error: infact in CC Monitor a "Succesfully Connected to Queue" is displayed.
    During our tests on Java Class, we tried to change CreateQueueSession istruction ( qsession = qcon.createQueueSession( false, javax.jms.Session.CLIENT_ACKNOWLEDGE ));
    we checked that any other setting (changing parameters required from Java Method), different from setting just exposed,
    messages are not received from Jcaps and we don't have any error during sending operation (like happens in Sap PI).
    So correct setting to send message to JCAPS are:
    Transacted = False;
    acknowledgeMode = CLIENT_ACKNOWLEDGE;
    How we can set this parameter in JMS Communication Channel on Sap PI?
    If the CC configuration is correct, where we can find the problem and what kind of issue could be? On client side (Sap PI) or on Server side (JCAPS)?
    Thanks

    In order to set Transacted = false, uncheck "Transactional JMS Session" in the Processing Tab of JMS adapter. Keep in mind that the message delivery is NOT guaranteed in such a scenario. It is recommended to use transactional sessions in JMS scenarios.
    The JMS sessions created by JMS adapter are of type "AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE".
