Arcobat XI isn't holding it's serialization or registration after deployment

I am currently working on preparing several Mac OS X (10.8.3 or Mountain Lion) images for deployment at the school where I work. These contain both Acrobat XI and the CS6 Master Collection. For CS6, I use a serialized deployment package that I created with AAME. This enables the Creative Suite to hold on to it's serial number and registration information after the image is deployed to other Macs. However, I've not been successful at getting Acrobat XI to do the same.
At first, I installed Acrobat manually in my image, using the standard installer and entering the license information by hand. However, I observed that after applying that image to another Mac, Acrobat did not retain it's serial or registration. So, I then downloaded the Acrobat Customization Tool and created a serialized package with that. I then uninstalled Acrobat from my original image and added this package as a post-imaging installation in DeployStudio, which I use to deploy my images. That seemed to work great, but a few days later I launched Acrobat on an imaged Mac and found that it opened to a request for the serial number. This would have been irritating if it had happened upon the first launch, but it worked just fine for a week and a half, leading me to believe that there was nothing wrong.
I thought that perhaps this was a result of my original image having Acrobat installed, then uninstalled, then re-installed with the serialized deployment, so I tried applying the same serialized package to an installation of OS X that didn't have any previous Acrobat or CS6 installation and when I opened it up post-deployment it was asking for me to sign in with an Adobe ID despite the fact that the package was supposed to suppress all requests for registration.
I'm seriously confused as to how I can get a serialized copy of Acrobat deployed to my 250 + Macs without having to manually enter the serial number on each and every one. What can I do

This should really be addressed in the Creative Suite Forum area as you are using that installer which is different than the Acrobat installer. Also you should check the Licensing log files to see what the messages in them are when you do a first launch of Adobe Acrobat.

My I phone 5 isn't holding it's charge, have tried resetting it to factory settings as read on one forum.
Has Apple acknowledged there is a problem? is there a fix to this problem?
I have it constently on charge just to be able to leave the house with it.

Something is using location services. You can go into Settings, Privacy, Location Services, and see a list of what you have authorized for location services, and see a legend that tells what the display of the arrow head means and you should be able to compare it to the list to find out what app was using it.

My ipod touch isn't holding a charge

Likely the battery is just wearing out. How long does a full chrge last and what is the iPod doing during that time?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync/delete all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

IPhone 4s apps randomly shutting down, overheating, battery isn't holding much charge. HELP!!!

Hello, I bought an iPhone 4s in November 2013. The phone is through Sprint. (didn't know if that made a difference or not.) In the past 7 months the phones apps have been opening & shutting right down, the app might stay on for 2 minutes if you're lucky. It started out with my Facebook app shutting down, then it progressed to other apps & the repeated random shutdowns have been getting worse. The phone itself overheats without even being plugged into the charger. The Safari is now beginning to close randomly. I called my carrier & they said that they could run a diagnostics test on my phone to see what's making it do what it's doing. Since the phone has been shutting down & randomly shutting apps off for over 7 months, they've ruled out the option of it being a bad software through Apple. Has anybody else had this problem & what are your suggestions on how to fix it? I've already reset my phone just about every time it shuts down & it hasn't helped at all.

Given your description of the issues you are experiencing, I would make sure my data is backed up, then try restoring the iPhone to factory settings and testing to see if the issues persist in the default configuration before restoring any other data. what i'm doing;
made a text box on the stage called it messageBox_txt (set it
to dynamic)
in the code on other layer, i wrote;

when i run this it is blank and these instructions are from
the Flash 8 textbook so they can't be wrong. is there a chance i
need to change some setting? but it didn't work on the machine to
me either. i'm in a computer lab.

Have you embedded the fonts in the text field (just
checking)?
1) Select the text field
2) Click "Embed..."
3) Select the characters you want to embed (I usually click
on Uppercase and then shift-click on Punctuation to select
uppercase, lowercase, numerals and punctuation)
4) When they are highlighted click OK.

Acrobat XI losing serialization after deployment?

We're a CC/Enterprise customer and just ran our first Windows deployment test (we use Symantec Ghost) and had some unexpected results when we tested the systems we imaged.
For the test, I built a lightweight MSI with the CC Packager that just included Acrobat XI and Photoshop CC. I created a batch file to first run the ExceptionDeployer.exe with the parameters --workflow=install --mode=pre --installLanguage=en_US. After that completed the batch ran the MSI built in packager and then the ExceptionsDeployer again in "post" mode.
On the imaged workstations, we discovered the following:
- If Photoshop was launched first, both programs would launch correctly (activated, no EULA, etc.)
- If Acrobat XI was launched first, it would exit a few seconds after the splash screen appeared. Further attempts to launch it would not even produce the splash screen. Then, when I launched Photoshop, it would demand an Adobe ID login.
- Running adobe_prtk on the system would fix all the activation and launch issues.
The batch file/installer worked perfectly on a test system I set up as an individual machine install. Any ideas why it's not holding up under a deployment?

Thanks for your quick reply. Does this mean that we need to launch Photoshop (or other point application) after imaging to activate/serialize each computer? This isn't much different than CS6 when we ran the serialization tool post-deployment. I was under the impression that if our prototype was successfully serialized that the serialization would "stick" on the imaged workstations.

Form holding old fields and data even after deleting

Hi all:
I've been searching but can't find anyone else having this problem. I have a form that was created (a set of 3 fillable vouchers). The users decided to just have one voucher per page and had me delete all the fields in the first 2 vouchers. The crazy part is even though the fields are gone, if i do an EDIT -> SELECT ALL it highlights all the old fields even though they are gone now. What is even worse, if I then copy and then paste into a word document, you can see all the data that used to be in those fields. Surely there must be a way to purge all that out of there? Anyone have any ideas? It's pretty scary to think of a form holding all that data in there (and it isn't just grabbing it from my cache as I tested it on several different pc's and it does the same on all of them).

I have a tagging program, but I neglected to mention is exclusi'vely use WMA format. That doesn't matter.
There are no duplicate files, because I check that before uploading to the unit.
I've figured out a few ways to solve this problem, though. One way is to create a playlist. The Zen displays the correct file count this way.
Another way is to select files via album, artist, or genre, and THEN go back to All Tracks.

Why isn't my ipod nano not getting podcasts after I switched to Windows 8

My old computer died recently, so I switched to a laptop that runs Windows 8. I downloaded itunes on to it. I can see the new podcasts download at the top of itunes, but these new episodes don't show up on my ipod. When I click on My Ipod, the sync button on the bottom doesn't work. I also cant find the bar that I used to use at the top to disconnect my ipod.
I've tried to remove all the apple software and reinstall, but I get the same results.
Please help, as now my ipod is useless without being able to download new podcasts.
