As soon as my mail arrives in the inbox it is promptly sent to trash. Every email. How can I stop it doing this? iPad 3
Email arrives in my inbox and then after I've read it or even unread gets tossed into the Trash! Why does it do this? It's such a pain! How do I stop it from happening please? Only had iPad for couple of months. Grateful for any help
My phone is the 4. Not the 4s. And I went there but it's nowhere the option to delete from server.
I only see: ask before deleting and it's on.

My phone didn't have space on it when I originally tried downloading a large app (Infinity Blade), so I downloaded the app on my computer to save time and removed apps from my phone to make space for it.
I then connected my phone to my computer and transferred the app across onto my phone and it works fine.
However, everytime I visit the App Store on my phone it starts downloading this same app until it tells me there isn't enough space for it at which point the app goes back to its normal already downloaded self and I can carry on playing the same game.
How can I stop it from trying to re-download everytime I visit the app store?If it's still trying to download the app to your phone, then it thinks the app is not on the device.
A reset or restart would be a good starting point to clear up the attempts to redownload the app. -

If 32-bit Firefox was installed, it will be always listed as such. If both 32-bit and 64-bit were installed, please make sure to start the correct one. Okay, so you cannot access the account of, retrieve new messages from, or read old messages in, your .mac account, then, right?
Do you have more than one mail account that you used Mail for? If so, is this affecting only the .mac account but not the other accounts?
Are you able to view the message list pane and see the list of previously received/retained messages? If so, when you click on one, does it display in the preview pane? When you double-click on one, does it open in a new window and display okay?
If previously received/retained messages are visible (and if more than one mail account), do any of these messages belong to your .mac account?
Have you done any software installs or updates (either Apple or third-party) since you last were able to successfully use Mail?
When you launch Mail and login and are waiting for any new mail to download, do you get any nastygram splash screens?
In your menubar, choose the Window item, and select its Connection Doctor. Do you get all green lights? -
I presume I have an autofill turned on somewhere as in a number of boxes I just type in the first letter and the remainder of stuff I have typed in the past is displayed. In some instances I do not want this information to be available to others. Please can someone tell me where this info is stored so I can delete some of it.
The Mail app on the iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch does have an option to clear previous recipients. You can learn to live with it. But if you want to get rid of it, the only way to remove these cached email addresses from the Mail application is restoring the iPhone/iPod Touch as a new phone/iPod. If you restore from backup, the cache is also restored.

Hi, I'm trying to update my apps, but the e-mail that appear there to update, is note my apple ID. But when I'm going to buy some app, the e-mail is correct. The problem is when I'm going to update the apps. How can I change?
I get it with my original ID, I never changed my ID. And when I'm getting new apps, it's normal, the problem appear when I'm going to update the apps that I already have. The other e-mail that appears is another e-mail of mine, but I don't have any ID in apple with this e-mail.

I had to change my PC because it stopped working suddenly. I had no time to recover iTunes. On my iPad, it is recorded the name of my old PC as syncronisation machine so it refuses to syncronize with the iTunes I installed on my new PC (windows 8).

My wife and I's iphone 4s' are both on the same computer. When we did the new upgrade to ios6 it started sending text messages to both of us from each other. For example I sent my wife a text "Hey" and then my phone received a message from Me "Hey." Another example is that a friend sent my wife a text and both of us received it from that friend, but not in a group message. We both deleted our icloud account and the problem still happened. Then we checked that we were both signed in to our own personal accounts for imessage and we were. After turning off imessage the problem went away. Any ideas on how to make imessage work without having it send messages to both of us?
I also have the same problem and changed the send & receive addresses . But it always seems to revert back to 2 addresses/numbers on the second , my wifes phone . Which isn't the best .
