Asset aquisition report help req (urgent)

hi  all,
in my following code there is a problem ie i am not getting all line items from
table ANLC & ANEK.
check the query whether there is any problem in the loop or query .
send me the modification for that or otherwise if u have devloped the code

I found out one small error in your code.  While fetching from ANLC table

<b>gjajr = t_anlc-gjahr</b>: here if you are fetching data into <b>t_anlc</b> for the first time, then how can you use it for selection also? this is my question. I commented and executed and i got the records fetched from ANLC table.

    i have to develop Asset Aquisition report.so i have developed it.
    but in this i am not getting logic for the following---
    if i enter a date like -19.12.2006
    then the output of this report should show all the asset aquisition of the
    company from  01.04.2006 to 19.12.2006 only.
    bcoz in indian scenario fiscal year starts from 1st of april only.
    but in my output it is showing all the asset aquisition from the day comapny was
    started having its asset aquisition.
    so plz if anyone has logic for above sceanario then plz share with me.
    or any one has previously worked on this report can send the code to me
    satisfying the above scenario. its very very urgent guys.

    i am developing asset aquisiton report in which i should get
    the record of asset depending on indian fiscal year (1st april to 31st march).
    so that means if i enter 31.03.2006 then i should get all the asset records
    from 01.04.2005 to 31.03.2006.
    how to do it. its very urgent. plz if aany one has done this scenario for
    asset aquisition report then plz send me the code.

    Hi Kumar
    It sounds like you could be trying to use the TO_DATE function and are either passing to it a value that is doesn't understand or you have not defined the format mask. Only if the string being converted is already in the database date format you do not need to provide a format mask. In all other cases you do.
    For example, if your database format is DD-MON-YYY then this is valid: TO_DATE('01-OCT-2009')
    However, if your format is something like 10/01/2009 you will have to tell Discoverer how the date is made up. In this particular case the answer would be: TO_DATE('10/01/99','MM/DD/YY')
    You should notice how the format mask is included in single quotes and separated from the date itself by a comma.

  • Fixed asset acquisition report by month?

    Hi,
    We're using the fixed asset acquisition report thru tcode 'S_ALR_87012050 '.
    but there is only the report date input with the last day of the fiscal year concerned.
    Is there any standard report to see acquisition amount with month-end or specific date?

    I have just one more suggestion.  Even though you have to use a yearend Report date for a closed prior-year, you could define a range in the Posting date selection criteria.  In other words, if you would like to see the acquisitions for a given month or range of months in a closed prior-year, then give a 12/31/PY for the Report date and a specified date range in the Posting date selection criteria.

  • PS report does not equal to asset balance report

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    We have this problem where PS report S_ALR_87013557 is showing higher amount than the Asset Balances report S_ALR_87011964.
    Have checked on the transactions and found out that some postings are not yet settled to asset that is why the amount is different. However, there are instances that settlement has been done to Asset but it did not reflect to Asset Balances report. Is there a way or report so that I can further check on discrepancy?
    Also, is there any existing report where I can view all postings made to WBS element or even project definition?

    Receiver in settlement rule is  fixed asset, but some did not have WBS in asset master, maybe this is the reason.
    Have checked report S_ALR_87013558, though I'm not sure what is Commitment column all about?
    Can any one help the purpose of the commitment column and in what scenario it will reflect to actual column?

    I tried to execute the reports but when you change the layout the cost center column/set is not available in the list.
    But if you check the asset master data in AS03, the cost center field was indicated under the time-dependent tab.
    Kindly advise on how I can show the cost center in these reports.

    Hi Vinod,
    I hoe that you are doing reconcilation between Asset ledger & FI ledgers. Before that just run ABST ,there u can findout whatever the documents not assigned to FI.
    Asset is subledger to GL.It is automatically updated through determination,while post GRN to capital goods.In somecases bsuiness remove the reconcilation acount and do some adjustments that time that report not match with FBL3N.
    You can run ABST then u can get details

    We are trying to use XML Publisher to create an Asset transfer report. The element TO_FROM=0 denotes the From part of the asset transfer, the TO_FROM=1 denotes the To part of the asset transfer.. in this case we have a asset 200 units transfered 199 and 1 to two locations..in out rtf we are getting only the first line i.e.199..we have begin the group by <?for-each-group@section:G_ASSET_TRANS;ASSET_NUMBER?><?variable@incontext:G2;current-group()?>. In the units column we are giving <?$G2/LIST_G_TRANSFERS/G_TRANSFERS[./TO_FROM=1]/UNITS?>

  • S_ALR_87011990 asset history  report  error

    Dear All
    We need to process S_ALR_87011990 asset history  report for year 2008 that  giving an error. System recommends to proceed AJRW but it is giving error. But we did not do any Year end closed processes for Asset & FI.
    We checked using OAAQ - it says 2006 last closed and tcode: OB52 says 2008 for Assets.

    Hello Madhawa,
    ob52 controlls only the periods in the GL. It is possible to close the assets in ob52 but the AM-module is still open for this.
    OAAQ displays the last closed fiscal year in AM, start AJAB for 2007 then go on with AJRW for 2009.

  • Fixed Asset Book Report

    When running the Fixed Asset Book report, the system shows every instance of an asset number. By that I mean that when and asset has changed locations the asset shows in the report in both locations with a value of zero in one location. This makes using this report for NBV reconciliations to the GL very difficult as I need to find ways of tracking and eliminating the duplicates before I can even begin.
    Is there a way to get the report to provide the data only in the current locations or is there a differant report I can use that provides a NBV at a period end broken out by cost and accumulated depreciation.
    Any assistance would be appreciated.
