Assign as many sales groups as desired to the sales offices in CRM

Dear guru!
Can I assign as many sales groups as desired to the sales offices in CRM? Any one sales group can belong to several sales offices in ERPu2026
In this moment I have next error:
Attribute R3_SA_GRP with value 337already assigned to O 50000935.
Please help me!
Best regards,
Andrey.

CRM has the possibility to change the std. assignment which is limiting you right now into a multiple assignment. You can find this functionality in spro->crm->master data->organisational management->data transfer->(the first one) something like Change Orgmodel to multiple assignment.
Be aware that there are some limitations with each setting and this change cannot be made undone. So please read the documentation on this IMG activity carefully. If you execute the report and re-load the buffer via SE38 - Report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE you should be able to assign the office the way you want to.

  • In the Production Order, Sales Quotation is displayed not the Sales Order

    Hello to All,
I need a kind help from you.
    My scenario is as follows
There is a Configurable Material (Finished Product)
Sales quotation (VA21/2/3) were made for this material.
Sales Order (VA01/2/3) with reference from the Sales Quotation were made for this same material.
Now when I run the MRP (MD02) for this material, Planned Orders were created.
Planned orders were converted to the Production Order.
In the Production Order (say in Display mode), under the 'General' tab, there is a segment called 'Sales order'. In this segment, the sales order is being displayed if the Production Order is created for a sales order (MTO scenario).
But, in my case, the Sales Quotation number is being displayed instead of the Sales order.
My Issue which need your answers:
Is it a standard SAP scenario?? I mean, if the production order is created for a sales order and again if the sales order is created earlier with reference to a sales quotation, then in the production order, the Sales quotation is displayed. Is it a standard?? Or it is showing wrongly? I mean, is it like that, always the sales order should be displayed in the Production order and not the sales quotation??
Please suggest so that I can overcome this problem, if at all it is a problem.
Some More Inputs (For your analysis/research):
    1. After the MRP run of the material the Planned Order is created. I have checked the planned order, and found tha the assignment of sales document (in this case Quotation) is done in the Planned order itslef. It is visible wthin the "Assigmnet" tab of the Planned Order.
    2. For the analysis purpose, I created one stand-alone Sales Order for the same material. I mean, without reference from any Sales Quotation. Then, when I run the MRP (md02), the Planned Order and then production order were created normally, with reference to the Sales order. This just for your kind information.
    3. I have checked the pegged requirement of the Production order in the MD04. It is showing the Sales order itself. But, if I see the production order (CO02/O03), it shows sales quotation.
    User Requirement:
Evenif, the sales order is created with reference to a Sales Quotation, after MRP run, in the Planned and thereby subsequent production order, the Sales Order should display and not the Sales quotation.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Supriyo

    Hi
Since your scenario is configurable material,  the system takes the reference of sales quotation only. Because the in case of configurable materials the sales quotation is the base and based on the sales quotation the sales order is created and subsequent production order.
This is std SAP and for configurable materials the sales quotation is deciding factor

  • Hide the characteristics grouping buttons depending on the sales order type

    Hi Gurus,
I am trying to find a way to hide a characteristics grouping button (CU50) whenever a certain sales order type is issued.
A condition was created that states that a certain characteristic will be invisible for the user depending on the sales order type chosen for that case. The characteristic is located inside a char. grouping button.
I would like to know id there is a way to hide the button while the characteristic is hidden as well, just to avoid showing a button which is empty.
If It is of any help, here is the condition created to turn the char invisible:
    $SELF.INVISIBLE = 'N01017_E'.
    *if not $self.N01017_E specified
    Thanks in advance.
    Kind regards.

    Hi!
Sounds like you need a line-triggered output (with a message, which displays all lines of the order).
Do you have problems to create a new output type?

  • Data in Customer Group Field according to the sales area

I have two sales area, i.e. 1000,10,10 (area1) and 1000,20,10. (area2) configured in the sap.
i want that when user creates a customer for area1, then he get different data in list in "customer group field" in sales area in sales tab i.e. group1, group2. and while creating customer for area2 field, user get different data in list of the same field (now group3, group4).
    is that possible without ABAP??

    Hi
The field customer group flows from imgsd-master data-business partners-customers-sales-define customer groups
Whatever you define here will flow as options in F4 while creating CMR
But there is no restriction of limiting certain groups according to sales areas as reqd by you in standards
    It needs a development only

  • Multiple Sales group assigned with sales office to Sales area

I need to know whether i could be able to assign different sales groups to Sales area in BP master.
Eg  Sale grp 1 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
Sale grp 2 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
Sale grp 3 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
The standard system is not allowing to maintain more than one combination if the same Sales Area. In the practical scenario, there could be more than one sales group can look after the sales in Sales Area thats attached to one sales office. Is there otherway to check this requirement?
Another requirement is i need to read the sales group value during processing the transaction ( Remember still i have not saved the transaction and i am processing it). I have found the some BADI which is not helped me lot. Eg i am processing the lead by entering existing BP/ prospect, i need to read the sales group assigned in the transaction.
Any body can help me out.
    Thanks

    Hello,
As of release CRM 4.0, it is possible to use the "Enhanced Backend
Integration Model", where you may assign a sales office to more
than one sales org, and a sales group to more than one sales office
However this assignments are shown in a different way as in the
standard model: multiple assignment are not viewed in the tree
    structure but in tab "FUNCTION".
This is the standard design of the system. You can find more
information about this new model in symptom of the note 691015.
Also Please go through the documentation under following path:
    Customer Relationship Management
    Master Data
    Organizational Management
    Data Transfer
Convert Org. Model to Represent Multiple Assignments in SAP ECC
    ( Documentation).
I hope this information helps you.
    Regards,
    Sri.

  • How can Sales Group on a sales order be copied from emlpoyee

We are on SAP 4.7 ERP
    We have created sales groups
    G01
    G02
We have assigned G02 to emlpoyee JohnD via HR, in table PA0900
We have assigned the sales group to sales office 001
When JohnD creates a sales document for sales office 001 can the sales group on the sales document be automatically be populated with G02 based on the entry on the employee master. Currently the sales group is blank in the sales document.
We do know that the sales group can be populated from the customer master but we don't want that, we want to copy from the employee into the sales order.
    Thanks for the help
    Brad

This is possible through a modification. Change include MV45AFZZ to add your own changes to FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK.
You can move value of sales group from the person created the order. Check on VBAK-ERNAM and then you can select sales group from the personnel info.

  • Assignment of single Sales group to multiple Sales offices not possible

    Hi all,
We need to assign single sales group to multiple sales offices in CRM. When we try to assign a Sales group to more than one Sales office the first assignment between Sales group and Sales office is removed. Only the new assignment is available.
Instead of having two assignments I still only get one.
First I transfered the ECC organization as Standard backend integration. When I realize I needed multiple backend assignment I ran the Conversion to multiple assignments. However, I am not able to realize multiple assignments.
Is it not possible to realize multiple assignment if you first transfered the ECC organization as standard (single) assignment?
Please let me know how to overcome this problem.
    Regards
    Anders

    Hello Anders,
Starting CRM 4.0 multiple hierarchy with this enhanced org data model
    works the following way:
    - 1 R/3 org data mapped to ONLY 1 CRM org unit.
    - multiple hierarchy (1 sales office assigned to several sales org,
1 sales group assigned to several sales office) is managed in the detail
of the org unit with tab Function and with sub tab sales office
    and sales group.
For example if you have following R/3 org structure:
    Sales org SOr1
    _ Sales office Sof1
          _ Sales Group Sg1
    _ Sales office Sof2
          _ Sales Group Sg1
    Sales org SOr2
    _ Sales office Sof1
In PPOMA_CRM you have to do the following:
    For the R3 mapping :
Sor1 mapped to org unit 50000001
Sor2 mapped to org unit 50000002
Sof1 mapped to org unit 50000003
Sof2 mapped to org unit 50000004
Sg1 mapped tp org unit 50000005
    And for the multiple assignment
    - For sales org 50000001 and 50000002 you just have to maintain in tab
function, sub tab Sales org the Distribution channel division values
    - For sales office 50000003 in sub tab Sales office the assignment to
    sales org Sor1 and Sor2
    - For sales office 50000004 in sub tab Sales office the assignment to
    sales org Sor1
    - For sales group 50000005 in sub tab sales group the assignment to
    sales office Sof1 and Sof2.
If you have different division distribution channel on sales office sale
group compared to the sales org you can maintain manually the values.
Or if is it always the same values you can use * value for distribution
channel division (in that case please read carefully notes
    691015 and 735020 if needed)
In addition regarding report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE I would like to
clarify that this report can only be used for initial download, as
written in the customzing documentation of this report (spro-CRM -
master data -  org management - data transfer - Copy SAP R/3 sales
structure ) it can only be executed once and so following org
modifications have to be done manually in PPOMA_CRM.
So for this report the correct way to use it is to create all the R/3
    org data in 1 shot.
If only 1 R/3 org data is already mapped to a CRM org unit in ppoma_Crm
you will have red light and so it will be impossible to create all
    dependent org data.
Hoping i have been able to clarify how it works.
    Regards, Gerhard

  • Sales employee and sales group

    Hi Gurus
How sales employees can be assigned to sales group . As understood a sales group have many sales employees but could not able to find in SPRO where sales employee is assigned to sales group?
How can we display sales employee in Sales order ? via partner function? are sales employees customer specific?
    thx in advance

To avoid th use of HR that is not very well linked to SD you can:
    1) use the SALES OFFICE field to describe the sales grupo
    2) use the SALES GROUP fiel to describe the employee
    3) assign 2 to 1
you define and assign them in customizing:
    spro: enterpr.structure->definition->sales and distr.->maintain sales office / sls.group
spro: enterpr.structure->assignment->sales and distr.->Assign sales office to sales area / Assign sales group to sales office

    Hi Friend,
Check the assignment of Sales group to the sales office in the ENTERPRISE STRCTRE--->ASSIGNMENT
Path: IMG->ENTERPRISE STRUCTRE->ASSIGNMENT->SALES ORGANISATION->ASSIGN SALES GROUP TO SALES OFFICE.Make sure the same sales office was entered during the sales order creation also.
May be the issue with having dual sales office and sales group creation.
Please revert if further clarification is needed.

  • Sales Office and Sales Group cannot be changed

    Hi folks,
when i create a sales doc. based on a billing doc./sales doc.,  the sales units - sales ortgn, dist. channel, division, sales office and sales group are copied onto the newly created doc.
Sales orgtn, distr. channel and division are coming in grey mode or in disable mode which cannot be changed.
But Sales office and sales group are changeable..
Is there any way to make these two fields i.e Sales Office and Sales Group  also in grey mode / disable mode or unchangeable mode.
    thanx in advance,
    Sourav

    hello, friend.
try using SHD0 to create your own screen variant for the sales order.  just follow the on-screen instructions.  look for Sales Office and Sales Group (if any) and check the box making manual entries not possible.  after you save the variant, assign this to your order type and test.
    regards.

  • Delta replication of Sales Org, Sales Off and Sales Group (ECC to CRM)

    HI All,
I am struck with the delta of the Sales Area.
Sales org with 6 Sales Offices and 6 Sales Group were created in the ERP and all this were replicated in to CRM in Initial but now my client wants to add 3 more sales offices with 3 Sales Groups.
Sales Offices and sales group were maintained in the ERP system and i have created the Sales Offices in CRM but the problem is those sales offices and Sales groups were not reflecting in CRM.
Newly added Sales Offices and Sales Groups were not replicated in CRM?
I was trying to assign the ERP Sales Org,Offices, Sales Group  with CRM Sales Org, Office, Sales Group in "Assign SAP CRM Sales Org. to SAP ECC Sales Org.""Assign SAP CRM Sales Offices to SAP ECC Sales Offices" , "Assign SAP CRM Sales Group to SAP ECC Sales Group" but i can not view the ERP Sales groups.
So what should i do inorder to replicate the newly added Sales off. and Sales Groups in CRM which were created in ERP?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Arun

    Hello Arun,
You have already created 3 Sales Offices & 3 Sales Group in SAP ECC Enterprise Strurcture. Now you require these new sales offices & sales groups into CRM System.
For that you use Transaction CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE. Here in this transaction you can see your newly created sales offices & sales groups. You have to select these rows & click on "Generate Selected Lines".
Once you have done with this you can see new rows added with New Organization units for each unique sales Office & sales groups. After this dont forget to SAVE.
Now You can assign the ERP Sales Offices & Sales Groups to CRM Sales Office & CRM Sales Group.
    Best Regards,
    Rajendra

    Hi,
    info from SAP F1 help
    Sales Group
A group of sales people who are responsible for processing sales of certain products or services.
    Use
By using sales groups you can designate different areas of responsibility within a sales office.  When you generate sales statistics, you can use the sales group as one of the selection criteria.
    Example
If sales office personnel service both retail and wholesale markets, you can assign a sales group to each market.
