At my bank website, when I click the link to go to pay my bills, I go to the sign on page instead but I am still signed on.
When I go on my banks site below, I click on the payment manager, then I click on the "view and Pay Bills" Instead of taking me to that link, the sign on page appears. I am still logged on and clicking on back will take me back to the payment manager but I cannot get to the view and pay bills section. Help! Support here had no suggestions. My bank said that your latest version was giving people trouble.

This issues persists mainly on my two most frequently visited sites, Facebook, and deviant art. When I click any random link on any random page, the link would send me back to my home page, as if i had clicked the back button when i hadnt. I cant specify what links specifically, but it has done it twice on my facebook home page, once on a google search and several times on Deviant Art. On Deviant Art, I was several pages into the site when i clicked on a users gallery and it sent me right back to google, the back button wasnt active, but the forward button was, when i clicked the FORWARD button it went right back to my last page, just as if i has hit BACK. This problem has only been apparent for the last 2 days since the 29th, and only after i installed the last security update provided by the firefox team. seems like a bad coding error that mixes up and redirects addresses, that would be my guess.

I have downloaded every update and my battery life is better than any previous iPhone I have ever owned. I see posts from hundreds of people every day, and this is not a commonly reported problem. While there are a few random reports of battery problems, it is no more than I have seen for any other model or any other version of iOS in almost 8 years. Usually problems of rapid battery drain can be traced to bad apps (FaceBook is the worst offender) or corrupt data being synced from iCloud or other sources (gmail, Windows Live, Yahoo, etc).
The simple test is to restore the phone as New. Do not create any email accounts. Do not install any apps. Do not enable FaceTime or iMessage. Do not enable Twitter or any other social networking app. Use it for a day and check the battery usage. You will find that it is working well.

Firefox does not launch a website when I click a link.
When I click on some links firefox opens a new tab but does not launch the web page. The tab says (GIF Image, 1 x 1 pixels) but the screen is blank. I can get to the sites on my wife's firefox, but not on mine or on chrome from my computer.
Some firewalls like Kaspersky can block content and send a 1x1 GIF image instead.<br />

as said nothing happens, i click the icon and nothing loads up. i have used 3 anti virus and spyware malware etc etc for 3 days i have been trying this, please note this install of windows 7 is fresh 5-6 days old. firefox was working fine then one day i tryed it and nothing.

I'm trying to look at my past photos in my camera roll but all that's there is a block and when I try to click on it the photo says "Loading" but nothing ever shows up. I can't click edit or anything. When I plug my phone in to my computer and open the photo folder they're not even there. It's like I never took these photos

Your add-ons list shows AVG, ZoneAlarm, and McAfee products. Could one of them be blocking this site? See whether you can add exceptions or just disable them temporarily and test whether that helps. -
I reloaded an updated firefox, and this feature appears to have been inactivated.
Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.

This also happened at a bookseller's website, when I clicked on the photo of a book to enlarge it. Instead of showing me an enlargement, it took me to the same blank screen with the title bar, "Mozilla Firefox", and below it another bar with the words "Search Bookmarks and History," both at the top left of the screen. This has happened repeatedly at the two websites I have mentioned. When I went to the same sites using Internet Explorer, the error didn't occur. I did a Microsoft system restore for a previous restore point, but it still did not eliminate this glitch.

Okay, so, fast forward from July to now -
- I've visited my closest Apple store's genius bar twice now. (Over an hour and a half away.)
- My computer spent at least 8 hours behind their closed doors in the workshop
- Several complete erases of the harddrive have taken place
- Most of the Apple geniuses I dealt with were nice and very knowledgeable, but they were and still aren't 100% sure exactly what is wrong with my computer.
The good news is:
- They were able to at least get it running again, with a clean install from their servers of OS X Lion 10.7.5
- They believe that my problems stem from either 1 of 2 things:
- Faulty Hard Drive (even though it is brand new)
- The wrong build of software being installed.
Now, while the wrong build does seem like it could be the problem, it doesn't make sense in the aspect that all of the initial problems began when the first hard drive failed. The same problems continued when I changed out the failed hard drive with the brand spanking new one, and only slightly improved when I was able to successfully install the OS that came with the original disks for my computer. I'm not convinced this thing is back to normal, but hopefully I can make it last through getting a shiny new retina Macbook Pro in the coming future. Speedy machine this one :P Yep, that change completely sorted the issue, just opened about 741 new tabs through the shortcut on my mouse just to celebrate. Last night I finally sat down to learn how to use Bookmarks. I had no problem creating and organizing bookmarks, but there are some pages that I cannot bookmark. One, for example, is the Gmail log-in page, which I use multiple times a day. I type in www.gmail.com, which routes me to a longer URL and the log-in page. When I click the star to make this page a bookmark, it won't work. I've also tried using the menu option "Bookmark This Page," which also doesn't work for this website. It's seems to be hit and miss as to when Firefox will allow me to bookmark a page and when it won't. I've had no problem adding many other pages; it just seems that with a handful of them I run into this issue.
I've tried closing Firefox and re-opening, which doesn't help, but that is about the extent of my troubleshooting attempts. This problem has been an issue for me for a couple of years and through several versions of Firefox. (I think I am currently running the most recent version.) It actually led me to believe early on that either Firefox Bookmarks didn't work or I just didn't have the time to figure it out. So since I've been using Firefox I have been repeatedly typing the names of my most frequented sites. I finally took time to sit down with it again last night and have found that Bookmarks will be a huge help. If I could only get ALL of my favorite pages to work...None of the stuff in " http://kb.mozillazine.org/Locked_or_damaged_places.sqlite " helps. I have tried and tried and I have even wipe the computer clean still didn't help. I got the same problem as he/she has got in the first posted. Can add some web pages but not all the web pages I want.. I should have never updated to 3.6.13... That's when it all started for me, from that version..... Now Version 3.6.14 is out, I was hoping the version 3.6.14 might would fix the problem wrong again....
Funny thing is i can not even Bookmark Firefox.com!!!!!...lol
So any ideas on how to fix it other than the link giving would help.

I was on my son's school website and I was looking to click the link to his teachers personal web-page. When I did, many, many "untitled" new tabs kept opening in the same screen. In fact it did not stop until I restarted my computer.
When I tried to close mozilla firefox page, it would then open up a new screen again doing the many, many "untitled" tabs. Every time I clicked the red X at the top of the screen, it would load a new page doing this.
It also did this on one other web page.
I am sure that there is just some info that needs to be entered for what to do when you click a link, however I have no clue how to change it.For the list of teachers there are email addresses in the right hand column, did you click on an email address?
If you did that could explain the multiple tabs being opened. What may have happened is you have the mailto protocol set to open Firefox which results in 100s of tabs opening when you click on an email address. For details on fixing that see [[Firefox keeps opening many tabs or windows]], in particular the section on "Change the action for a content type". My guess is you will find mailto is set to "Use Firefox". -

hello, normally such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions. please remove all program rules for firefox from your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.

I wish to add music & photos to my production in iMovie. But when I click the music or photo icons, iTunes and iPhotoe do not appear in the boxes that open. I can have them open in another window and drag them in, but this is not what is supposed to happen, what can I do ?
Do you mean you have checked the box: "Always use private browsing mode"? If so, it's intentional that the private browsing icon isn't displayed as we didn't want Firefox to be showing everyone within view that you're using private browsing mode IIRC.
There are some easy things you can do to confirm that you are in private browsing mode such as visiting a new website and then confirming it doesn't appear in the history window.
