Attached AR invoice in email is blank
Has anyone seen an issue where a client sends out an A/R Invoice from SAP via email and the attached invoice (in PDF) comes across blank? It shows up blank in Messages / Alert Overview as well.
Issue only happened for about 6 separate invoices to different customers on the same day within 30 minutes. Could not reproduce the issue in prod or test. Also did an update to Adobe Reader.
Opening the invoice within SAP as a PDF works fine. The first one I tested opened fine though after 15 seconds a Yellow Adobe window popped up asking if I wanted to send information to Adobe to make their product better. I said no to the message. The message did not come up any more as I opened other invoices in PDF.
They are on SAP 8.8 PL 18 and SQL 2008 on a W2K3 server. The have to licensed users that use Citrix to log into the server to work, no client installs of SAP on their PCs.

In any web mail program AOL, Yahoo, my companies you can not attach files when composing an email. By the attach button/icon it says "no file selected" (or when you hover over it). This happens in safe mode also. Also browser speed is very slow. After logging in to my yahoo mail I get a blank page. In the title bar it says I have x amount of emails.
I reinstalled Firefox and for about 60 seconds it was fast and yahoo opened fine and I was able to attach emails in yahoo and my company account. After that it reverted back to being slow and not attaching and opening yahoo to a blank page.
I have run spybot and malware and removed all found threats. I believe something is infecting Firefox. IE and Chrome do not have this problem. Any help would be appreciated as I am at a loss.antivirus was not a problem since there was not one installed. Firewall settings are fine. I did just finally resolve this issue. Spyhunter was able to detect a couple of hijackers that the other programs did not and this fixed the problem. As I stated in the original post I did suspect this was the issue. The lesson learned is to run multiple malware programs until you find one that eliminates the problem if you suspect malware as the problem.

When trying to attach my key, the 'Attach My Public Key' option is blanked out so I can't use it.
This is referring to 'Digitally Signing and Encrypting Messages'. When trying to send my key by email, the 'Attach My Public Key' option is blanked out so I can't use it. I have a work around but it is a bit of a nuisance.
Any ideas?

I want to email a Pages document as a Word doc. I used to be able to do this by clicking on 'share' then 'send via mail' then on 'Word' and an email would appear with my word doc attached. Now the email does not come up. Why?
It's difficult to do more than guess when you don't say what version of OS X or Pages you're running, but if you're on the latest, have you tried the Share menu -> Send via Mail command?
If that doesn't help, you may have better luck if you ask in the Pages forum:

When I attach images to an email they show as an image and not an icon. Is there a way to have them attached as an icon?
When I send attachments this way some people can't save them. They can see them but not save them.
Any ideas?They are received as attachments, i.e. icons. What you see is the real image on your disk, and only if small enough to be displayed. Otherwise, they are small icons inserted in the text.
Additionally, when you place an image in the message, you will find an option in the lower right corner, otherwise absent. Use it, if need be. -

From yoru phone In the email - look at the bottom right arrow sign, click forward - then it will ask if you want to include the attachment and then click yes.

i work for a retailer who sends out e-receipts as pdf attachements. When the email arrives on any apple product, i see the email with the paperclip icon showing that there is an attachment but i cannot ever see or find the actual attachment. Any ideas?
i have scrolled left, right, up and down on iphone4, iphone5 and ipad and the attachment simply does not exist. It has to be something with the apple mail client setup because for any mail client, if they go to the webemail thru safari, the attachment is there and it can be viewed without issue.
I know there are plenty of people out there with this issue with the mail clients set up that you access thru the email icon on the iphone and ipad but i cannot find anyone with a resolution. I cannot find any settings in the mail client setup that has anything to do with attachments or for what attachments can or cannot be read or seen.
Hopefully someone out there has figured something out because this is an odd one. -

I need to save an online file to my ipad and then email it as an attachment from my school email? It is my college gmail account and I can't add it to my mail app. This was an assignment for class to make sure we could use the BB email system.
You can use your gmail account within the native Mail app using IMAP
Make sure you've enabled IMAP in your main Gmail settings
Open the Settings app on your device
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Tap Add Account...
Tap Gmail
Enter your account information, being sure to use your full Gmail address, including '@gmail.com'
Tap Next

I received a .pdf document as an attachment to an Entourage Email. It refuse to print on my HP4050N printer which is otherwise performing as advertised. Printing fron the desktop, Adobe 9.4.4 nor Preview won't work. I have a PowerPC G5, OS 10.4.11.
I think the file has somehow been corrupted. Can you have the person that sent it to you send another copy?

My emails are Blank! Empty content since 10.18am this morning...
Just want to second this - I woke up this morning to find some of my emails displaying blank/empty content...
It turns out that the blank emails are everything incoming since a certain time (10.18am). This was half way through my mail session - all before are fine. All after are not.
I can see everything in the header (Subject, to, from etc) but then there's nothing in the body.
Not in the main viewer window. Not in it's own viewer window. Not even when I locate the message on the hard drive and check it using quick look.
On the web, where I can also view the email (Network Solutions) everything is fine.
Any ideas?

Should I restore the index file that I copied to my desktop or the Mail folder itself - it didn't seem to do any harm...it just didn't fix this stinking problem.
I just sent another test message. It still comes in fine on account #2, but account #1 still has the problem of the message being blank - incidentally, all message from this Forum are still blank but I can read it if I View/Message/Raw Source.
I'm off to bed now. Hopefully, you have another trick up your sleeve. I don't understand what is going on.
One more thing to note. I just now tried Entourage (which I stopped using since I wanted to be a tru Mac user). The messages show up with no send or subject. When I open them, it's like viewing it in the Raw Source from above. -
When I try to attach a file to emails, the attachment fails and I receive an error message saying that it has failed. Sometimes it asks me to check whether there are firewalls or proxy. How do check for these? How do I disable these? Do I have to do so every time I attach a file to a mail? My OS is Windows Vista Home Premium and browser is Firefox. Email is Gmail. The files I try to attach are less than 5 MB.
So sorry to all. I did some research in this community and found out I was not the only one with that problem. I removed microsoft Silverlight as suggested and followed instructions on how to do it and that did the trick. All is well now.
