AttachHome fails for 9i Oracle Home

Question

Hi,
I cloned an existing Oracle 9i(9.2.0.8) home to one of our new servers.
While trying to add Oracle home to existing inventory it's failing.
I am using command
./runInstaller -silent -ignoreSysPrereqs -attachHome ORACLE_HOME="ORACLE_HOME_PATH" ORACLE_HOME_NAME="9i_Home"
Inventory log shows below error...
Oracle home '9i_Home' was not attached or installed due to missing dependency.
CRS clusterware is not detected.
OS is Solaris 10
Any ideas on this?

Hi,
Pls find the details.We have a 11g home on this sever and that cloning went fine.
